I booked an appointment for the checkup package they offer and they gave me the price but they do not give me the detailed information what they’re going to do and I paid $300+ and they asked me to come back for second appointment and I paid $250+ but still do not get the report and they asked me come third appointment which I’m waiting list for the report… I already spend $500+ but still do not get the report that they promised after the first visit.

I had a root canal (first ever) and was prepared for the worst my imagination could come up with as to how it would go and how I could possibly last for that long in a dental chair. Boy was I wrong. My history with dentistry (I'm a senior) is such that I'd rather put up with pain than get something fixed until I couldn't stand it any more. I won't be doing that again. My experience at Lakeshore Dental Care was amazing. Super efficient facility and staff. I am truly thankful for my dentist and assistant. They were both amazing and explained what to expect as the procedure progressed. I am pain free for the first time in years and my only discomfort post-procedure is a slightly sore jaw from having it open for an extended period of time. This means a lot to me. Thanks to both. You are the best at what you do.
