Honestly the worst dentist. Took my 3 year old son there and couldn't even be in the room with him.. didn't see the dentist till the end where he rolled over on a chair from the next room and didn't even greet my son or I. Said nothing at all actually... Obviously not returning so been calling to cancel his appointment coming up.. calling for a week straight and no one returning my messages. Actually quite the opposite I receive a message on my voicemail today saying they are closing cause of virus and will call me back to reschedule his appointment (not from office number)... No I've been calling a week to cancel and left multiple messages get it together!Horribly unprofessional I wouldn't recommend ANYONE go to this horrible dentist office who can't even hire competent secretaries to answer their phones..

I have been here since I was a kid and have always been treated well, any issues with my teeth were fixed with ease, other pros to this dentistry would be the friendly staff, low wait times and very clean environment! Im reading these petty negative reviews and some people dont seem to understand that everyones teeth are different. Not everyone's teeth have the enamel strength other people do, not everyone is going to have a filling that stays in for exactly 3-5 years. I've had to get the same feeling to the three times and just a couple months and it's not anything to do with Dr Peracchia, has to do with the shape of my tooth it's hard for the fillimg to stay, there's also a lot of wear and tear on this one tooth and the shape isn't the same. I'm only going this in-depth because I hate seeing these petty negative reviews at such a great dentist!

Welcome to your worst nightmare! I visited this doctor in May 2019 because I had tooth pain. His diagnosis was that two of my teeth needed filling. The first tooth that he filled starting aching after a week, upon the second visit he said that there is an infection (because of the incorrect filling) and he referred me to another doctor to perform root canal and extract the infections. This process was very stressful if the specialist couldn't remove the infection caused by Peracchia filling I had to go to a hospital. The second tooth that he filled required revisiting his office 3 times!!! Because he couldn't correctly fill the tooth and the filling broke after each time. I also still had pain after the third visit. 7 Months later the first tooth that he filled has broken and after visiting a new doctor, I need a refill for the second tooth! Also, he did a minor filling on one of my front tooth which requires fixing! Stay away from this doctor and save yourself from a lot of pain and cost!

Dentist & staff are the best IMHO. Office and dental stations are always clean and ready to go. Dr. Peracchia is a good dentist and very professional.

really bad dentist they only care about taking money from the insurance they never care about the patient and the dr never gives enough time to his job I’ll never go there again bad experience don’t recommend to any one.

I have been a Happy Client of Dr.Peracchia for a few years now.The Atmosphere and employees like Laura and Lauren are fantastic and He is Amazing and personable. I always have confidence in his work and recommendations.With all this Covid stuff going on I was very relaxed when walking into this Office as I noticed the extra pre-cautions they were taking . Thank You Guys!

first sent me to get a root canal that I didn;t need , because he can't know how to do a root canal. Then went back he pulled my tooth left the root and 2 big pieces of tooth. I had to go 5 days later to another dentist and had emergency surgery to take out the root and pieces of teeth. His unprofessionalism should be reported

I have been with this dentist for 18 years and the last little bit i have been going i have not been happy with them. I feel rushed like he is in a hurry to just get it done. He did work on 2 teeth that weren't even bothering me and now they hurt all the time. He grinded some of my tooth so the tool would fit around my tooth now there is a gap between 2 teeth. He used to be super gentle and awesome not so much with the last few visits. They have also put things through my insurance i have not had done. Make sure they are billing you accurately. Wouldn't recommend this dentist.

Best experience ever, I am veryyyyyyy sensitive and hate needles and dentist period....... But visited this place and had a root canal, 1extraction and a filling at the same time????... But I did not feel a thing, best dentist ever. This is my dentist for life. Great job staff....????????

This is the best ever dental place in Canada for me. I was there only once for tooth filling and I want to call that place my favourite dental clinic and will come there always because I didnt feel any pain.
