Y'all... if you're looking for a dentist, go here! I have had major dental phobia since I was a kid, and recently became a patient here. Every single person I've encountered at Monarch has been phenomenal at making me feel safe and calm. I had to get a filling yesterday, and Dr. Danelon did an amazing job. If you're scared of needles like I am, you'll be happy to know I didn't even feel a pinch! Meghan and Kim are also both incredible with handling anxious patients and doing their job carefully and well, so thank you guys! They're also very cautious to be safe during this pandemic. 10/10 would recommend.

I really like this dentistry. The staff are so friendly and easy to talk to. All of the staff are great at making sure the client is comfortable. The dentist is great with consent and checking with you during procedures to make sure you are comfortable. The new location is easy to get to (located downtown St. Catharines). It's a renovated funky building on Church Street. You don't really think about dental offices in terms of customer service until you have experienced first hand the different extremes. This is something Pavilion doesn't take for granted. They understand how great customer service can really help calm anxieties and actually make a dentist visit a good time!

Excellent patient care. The family has been visiting this dentist for over 10 years. The new location on Church St. St. Catharines is better suited to our needs. Everyone is very nice and friendly there. Jennifer at the front desk is awesome and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Dr. Danelon is a great dentist who is gentle and caring, my kids and I really like him. My youngest daughter use to be terrified of the dentist and would literally make herself sick before going but since we made the switch here she doesn’t mind going. The staff is very compassionate and makes sure your ok.

I had to get my wisdom teeth out and they were so accommodating. From the time I mentioned they were hurting to the time I had them x-ray’d examined and then pulled was only 2 weeks. They explained everything to me and answered all of my annoying questions and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The way they adhere to the covid rules without making your visit more difficult is really admiring. I love how Brittany and Jennifer can tell who you are just by your voice, they seem to have so much knowledge at the top of their tongue and they make calling into the dentist so simple and pleasant. 10/10 I would definitely recommend.

I briefly went to Monarch for denistry while i was in college (2009-2012) and was always treated with care. I had my wisdom teeth removed while under their care. I have a new dentist in my current hometown and upon looking at my xrays, my new dentist commented that my x-rays are every dentists dream and whoever had done my wisdom tooth extraction and done a fabulous job. Thank you Monarch, your hard work does not go unnoticed!

5 out of 5 stars HANDS DOWN Everyone here is SO wonderful! Jennifer at the desk is SO nice and so encouraging incase you need a little encouragement. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed today. I had previously had 1 removed a few years any at my local dentist and it wasnt great. The process was long and dragged out. Poor stitching and no love for a highly inflated price. Today at monarch i had 3 wisdom teeth extracted (without gas or sedation)with Kelly cheering me on with positive feed back and encouragement throughout the entire 20 minute procedure. (I kid you not. I could have left my vehicle running. LOL) Her and the doctor were So great I cant say enough. I cant believe how quickly & smoothly the procedure went without stress or feeling rushed! I was In and out to recover at home in no time! Thank you so much everyone for such a great atmosphere! It really puts away all the nervousness about coming to the dentist. **I Very highly reccomend Monarch. Compassionate, Clean Professional. I will never go anywhere else !***

The greatest patient care. When you walk in for your selected time, they are already expecting you. The work the dentist and dental hygienists have done are great. Completely changed my view on dentists, and even though it's a 40 minute commute from my home, it's worth it. Highly recommend. UPDATE Feb 2021: I am still a patient here and you should be too. I was even late to one of my cleanings because I thought it was 30m later than it was scheduled and the hygienist still accepted me and did her work diligently. They could have easily said too bad, but they didn't. Of course, I have been a patient here for some time so that could be why, but nonetheless it was the courtesy of the action that matters. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve had very bad dental history/experiences and have been to at least 5 different dentists in St Catharines, I read these reviews and gave them a shot and they are definitely the best! Extremely respectful and considerate, I was booked very quickly, had 3 teeth taken out around 30 mins painlessly, healed so fast (didn’t even need pain meds) and honestly look forward to my next appointment. I'd give less that one star if possible seeing as how the customer service here doesn't seem to care. I recommended this dentist to my mother after googling dentists for an emergency tooth pull. She called and left a message on THREE separate occasions, and was never responded to. I don't really see how you can maintain clientele treating people like that.

It was my first time here, (in the midst of a COVID lockdown) and the staff were friendly and informative, and thorough. Each room had an air cleaner and magnetically closed plastic doors, and the hygienists were dressed to the nines in PPE. I felt very safe and looked after. And the price point is what I expected--they don't gouge you. They have parking around back, about 8 spaces, and not too tight, which is nice to have in the downtown.

Meghan always does a great job with my cleanings. She's a very nice young lady and it's important to us that our kids like her as well. She always takes her time and makes the kids feel at ease. It makes our trips to the dentist much easier than before with other dentists who are impersonal or pushy. Jennifer the receptionist has also been friendly and accommodating with our busy schedules.
