I started going to north town back in December I went in with pain she took it away so I booked another appointment I had issues with my insurance but north town worked with me I though everything was great. Untell my last visit I had booked an extraction for the second time and again when I went in dr Sharma did not want to pull my tooth and convinced me to try to save it in the mean time she would get me outta pain. So I said okay she can be very convincing. I wasnt in pain when I got there just little bits here and there when I left I couldn't even think straight I'm not sure what she did but I was in pain for 3 days after that ( my mother in law had to bug them for painkillers they were just gonna send me away) I went to another dentist and was told half of what she did was right and the other half was wrong. Dr sharma was right about trying to keep my teeth I did decide to get root canals done but not at her office I choose another dentist and it went perfectly also I have 100% coverage and was still paying at northtown witch is ridiculous i dont pay a thing at my new dentist. I will never return to north town and neither will my husband!

Excellent, caring, professional and dedicated to her field ! It took an emergency for me to find the best dentist I have ever seen. I have had root canals in the past following braces however I had an accident with an old filling falling out this week and the pain was unbearable. I called Saturday morning and spoke directly with her and she was more than happy to see me in the afternoon. She understood I was in a lot discomfort and her goal was to ease and take away the pain. It had been years since I went through root canals so she walked me through it and explained everything whilst making sure I could not feel any discomfort throughout procedure. I was amazed at how well my mouth and jaw felt following the procedure that I was able to go out to dinner. Her skill and touch as a dentist and health care professional of the highest standard for her patients. She has a wonderful personality and loves her profession. We are so blessed ( as well as I ) to have this wonderful dentist her in Niagara. She has a new patient for life! I can certainly enjoy the holidays and cooking again. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

The Girl at the front desk was the most pleasant person ever. Her name is Lindsay. Today there was a new girl sitting next to her. who was as nice and helpful as her. My wife said the same thing. The dentist herself is as nice and welcoming and helpful. The nicest dentist I have been to. I am surprised to say that I am looking forward to my next visit to this office. It is just a pleasant experience, even though I had a root-canal done. And in case someone thinks that I was under an influence when writing this - I do not drink. But you will see for yourself when you go there.

I suffered 2 days into the long weekend. My wife made me look for a dentist. I found that North Town Dentisry was open 24/7, so Saturday night I gave them a call so I strolled into the office at 9:30 pm for a emergency appointment. The staff was fantastic, freindly and professional. Dr Sharma explained everything that would happen as soon as I hit the chair. She helped me out and I was very thankful. The front office is great with making sure that you don’t forget your appoints. The dentists are great at what they do and make sure that you are comfortable and aware of everything that is taking place throughout operating. This is the only office I would go to! I called this dentist they got me and right away that's same day and fix my tooth and were able to give me a cleaning. I moved from the GTA to Niagara Falls in August of 2020 during the covid epidemic. I had to leave a lot behind. From my family docs to my dentist. I wasn't even sure if i would be able to find a dentist around here that were worth it. I was finally pushed to finding a dentist after 1 year of not being able to visit my old one. My gum was sore, and it led me to going through the options i had and i stumbled across this one. I gave them a call, explained my situation, and right away they took down my details, and made me a plan in which i dont have to pay for the exam and xray realizing it might be pretty bad. They booked it the same day with an appointment rather than Emergency which would be even more taxing on my wallet. From the first visit, i was treated like family more than just another customer. I thank God and North Side Dentistry for the care they provided. Luckily enough, it was just build up and nothing severe, right after the appointment i felt like i had brand new teeth. With their support im once again back on a beneficial oral hygene plan with their insight. I couldnt have asked for a better dentistry to go to. Today was another check up and second clean up after the first time i went, and my teeth look like a whole new set of teeth. I felt comfortable, the receptionist is extremely kind, and my dentist makes conversation, keeps the experience light and funny, and Dr. Sharma is very kind as well. Would highly recommend.

I hadn't gone to my dentist in over 18 months and when I called to schedule an appointment over a cracked filling I found out that Doctor Sharma was no longer working there. I was very unhappy about that and after the call I set about locating Dr. Sharma, as the dental office I had called refused to give me her new location. Why did I go to this trouble? When I had been a patient of Dr. Sharma I found her to be very caring and attentive to my needs. I was also quite surprised that the way she did the fillings and dental work was more 'old school'. What do I mean by that? When in England, as a young boy my family had an elderly Polish dentist who was in her late 60's. When working on dental issues she would always take her time with the drilling so that the tooth never overheated, with the subsequent pain that would ensue if it did. She was always considerate of the patient. She never treated me or her other patients as a commodity - i.e. the more patients the more money earned. Dr. Sharma reminds me of my childhood dentist. Other dentists that I have had over the years have never reminded me of that. I also found out, when trying to find a dentist in the Niagara Falls area originally, that Dr. Sharma was able to work with me when I refused to have X-Rays (due to being affected by them). Other Doctors insisted that they couldn't do anything until I had X-Rays done. Dr. Sharma, on the other hand, said that it would not be a problem. This is why I will keep Dr. Sharma as my dentist. I am just very grateful that she is in my area. - Christopher S

My experience with North Town Dentistry has been awesome!!. Initially my sister had her visit with the hygienist and Dr. Sharma. Based on her high praises of their services, I immediately scheduled myself and my two kids for checkups. Dr. Sharma is VERY competent handling kids and adults. She explains everything clearly and is so engaging and polite, making you feel so relaxed and welcomed at her office. My son who has a fear of anything medical/healthcare related, was taken care of in such a warm, friendly, encouraging manner. They often distracted him with a movie of his choice during the procedure, which he thoroughly LOVED, and after two visits he was SO much more comfortable doing dental procedures and enjoyed getting a toy reward after! :-) My 2yr old daughter's experience was great as well. The receptionists and all the staff are very professional and friendly. The office is very clean and outfitted with modern technology and equipment. Dr. Sharma offered flexible payment options and even accommodated my sister one time for an urgent visit when she was experiencing toothache. We love the ease of scheduling appointments and appreciate the reminders for our appointments. Dr. Sharma is now our family dentist for life and we all love our visits at North Town Dentistry.!

Previously I was very happy with NTD - The dentist was amazing. However, after pushing me into completing three thousand dollars worth of work to get the best out of my work benefits, when I lost my job the doctor did not want to wait until I started a new employment. After 2 months of non-payment, she sent my remaining balance of $800 to a recovery agency - a week before I started my new job. Her work is amazing - patience and people skills? Nope. Not to mention, she gave out my personal information like my emergency contact information... So guess who calls my parents once an hour? Thanks. :) If I could leave no stars, I would. Very happy with the service from North Town Dentistry! The dr is very knowledgeable, patient, and gentle, her assistants were absolutely fantastic and fully explained to me everything they were doing while doing it. I have never had any work done on my teeth apart from cleanings, so today my first cavity went extremely well. I am very pleased with how the visit went, and will be returning shortly for a follow up visit. Very happy with how quickly I could get into the dentist and how easy it was to make payment arrangements/insurance payments. Thank you again!!!

I had a tooth extraction on Sunday, by Dr. Deepa Sharma (Guru Nanak Dev University, India 1998 / Boston University, United States 2009) and everything went fine, I was very glad she was able to get the tooth out and make my pain go away due to the exposed nerve. Other than that, I received a call today from her (the call was recorded) she said verbatim, "It (my insurance claim) has been sent out the following day, on Monday (1 day later). It just depends on how long it takes the insurance company to receive and process the claim so they will send you your money." ~30 Minutes later, I check my mail, and guess what I've received, the same EXACT copy that she made on Sunday (the staple was even in the same exact place with my debit receipt on it). So she lied about sending out my insurance, I called and confirmed it with my insurance that they have not received any e-claims, and they obviously haven't received the claim she said she sent out, because it's in my hands right now... If she can lie about things like this... I'm glad I didn't pay in cash or I probably wouldn't have received anything. On Sunday after the extraction was done, she asked if I wanted to send it out or she could, as I have never sent one out before I kindly asked her to, she said "No problem it will be sent out tomorrow". So #1, she didn't send it out Monday, she must have kept it for at least 6 days after, however the envelope did not have any stamps on it, meaning, she either got someone or, drove to my house and put it in my mailbox (most likely she got someone else to bring it to my house, which is very creepy, the same day she called (today, when she said she sent it to the insurance company) literally 45 minutes before I got the mail, to request I not be a patient there, because of my bad review. Don't get on her bad side she is obviously a very manipulative person. Not to mention when I asked to get my tooth extracted she said "We can save it (with a root canal)", even after telling her I did not want a root canal and explained why, she still opted that I get a root canal, now if anyone knows anything about teeth (I talked to another credible dentist to get this information) the dentist I talked to said, "I would never do a root canal on a back top molar, due to it being so close to your nasal cavity you would want to get a specialist/surgeon to do it." Be careful.

My 4 year old daughter had a chipped front tooth on Christmas eve and I called many places. Not only was Dr. Sharma kind, but she saw my daughter that day! Her front tooth looked beautiful afterward!! Now, 4 years later, my toddler now has a chipped front tooth. I called and the secretary was wonderful again and they are seeing him today! I am so grateful I found North Town Dentistry! Thank you! UPDATE : I had to drop stars as there was a freak power outage, I had to return the next day, a long drive with my toddler, to then have to pay $360 for 5 second filing of the front tooth while I held him perfectly still for her. Very shocked I was put through all that and had to pay that much. I feel completely ripped off.

Wow...Amazing staff. Had a tooth that broke in the evening and needed to have it looked at called many 24 hr. office no luck don't know why they say 24 hr service. But my first call in the morning got RIGHT in and the STAFF couldn't be better. I have found a office that is very caring and patience. I will never ever return to this place. Brought my kids there for cleaning before I pay for all there cleaning upfront over 1000 dallars I have no insurance . That was fine before I left I ask the dr do u have payment plan cause it's me and 3 kids..she said yes we do. So I went yesterday with my wisdom teeth having alot of pain. They did 2 xtray then she said they have to extract the teeth ???? I said k..she said your bill will be $452 i said ok can i pay 250 now and pay remaining on Friday my pay day..she said hold on i went to ask front desk then front desk went in the back come back and said I have to pay full amount because of the procedure. Then I said today Monday all I can pay is 250 and then Fri If I can pay the rest. Again she said hold on went in the back again while I'm already embarrassed cause she did tell me I could have make payment plans before and now the running around.i was so emotional I started????????.she came back and said sorry. I went back to work pain in my mouth everyone at work said I will give u the remained of the money I said cause that wasn't the point. My kids and I will never return there cause I never expected u to treat people like that cause I pay upfront in full Every time my kids came in..really shameful and I will pass this on to many my wonderful experience cause I do work in the public

Finally, I had the fortune of finding a truly outstanding and amazing dentist. I'm nervous when it comes to letting anyone work on my mouth but she totally put me at ease and I was blown away at how she was able to inject me with hardly any pain. Xray machine didnt work spent merely 5 mins in the chair to be sent away with a $100 bill and $75 dollar in presribtions. Mu previous dentist was at least nice enough if he could do anything he would charge his clients 100 buck for really doing nothing for me as a walk in clinic could have precribed the same with 0 cost but she obviously needs to pay off the broken xray machine

When we were on a vacation trip in Canada we also spent a few days in Niagara Falls. Even before we could admire the famous falls, my wife got a horrible toothache. With help of our concierge we finally found Dr. Sharma who also offers 24/7 emergency care. Luckily we got an appointment within 3 hours. Dr. Sharma analyzed the reason for my wife´s ache and took the time to discuss options and cost. We decided in favor of a root canal treatment that took place immediately. For medical aftercare we got another appointment for the following day. It turned out that there was a second problem with an inflammation that needed to be treated with antibiotics. As we had to move on to our next destination Dr. Sharma offered to stay in contact by e-mail. She took responsibility for further aftercare throughout our stay in Canada. My wife´s recovery from the infection lastet more than one week. But since then she feels fit again. We highly appreciate Dr. Sharma´s help in our special case. So we could continue our trip without further restrictions. And we really loved it :-) The doctor´s office is equipped with modern devices in a comfortable environment - even a TV in the waiting room. Thanks to Dr. Sharma and her staff for their friendly cooperation and commitment.

I rang them up at 11AM on a Saturday after calling around places for a half an hour beforehand, getting a lot of answers I didn't like, and spoke to Dr. Sharma. I had lost a filling the night before, and wanted something done ASAP. Within just a couple minutes we had an appointment set up for me that same day in the Niagara Falls office, even though it was technically supposed to be closed that day, as she knew it was much closer to my location. She arrived right on time, and within 40 minutes I had done my paperwork, been examined, had X-rays done, my filling completed, and was walking out the front door with 100% satisfaction. Dr. Sharma was very patient with me, as I can be somewhat uncomfortable with dental work, and gave me tips to prevent future fillings from falling out. To boot, although I am aware certain dental prices are essentially universal, she did what she could to keep costs down, as I was paying out of pocket, so I ended up paying about a $70-$100 less than what I had been told by other places that would give me any pricing information. She, and North Town Dentistry, earned a customer that day with their excellent service.

We are a german family who has been travelling to Niagara Falls over the weekend of August 6th, 2016. Our 9 years old son broke his front tooth (his adult tooth) at the hotel pool at app. 6:30 p.m. on a saturday night. The emergency dentist didn't want to treat him on the same day even if he was told that it is very painful because the inside of the tooth is visible and bleeding. After further research, we luckily found Dr. Shama who immediatelly gave us an appointment. We met her directly at her dental office. She was very nice and our son - who usually does not like dentists :-) - trusted in her immediatelly. Dr. Sharma took a lot of time to analyse the tooth and explained to us the best possibilties to treat this tooth. We decided to pull out the tooths nerve. After app. 40 minutes she was finished and our son was happy to be free of pain. We really appreciate Dr. Sharmas effort and are happy that we could further go and enjoy our vacation in Canada and USA!

I am honestly not even sure how to begin......I have been attending this Dental office for the last 3.5 years.Dr. Sharma and her team have been taking care of my entire families teeth for the last couple of years, not only do they take care of our teeth it feels like an extension of my family when we come here. Everyone is so genuinely kind and caring the aura and energy is always so positive and warm. I came into the office a couple weeks back in severe pain basically crying and Dr. Sharma squeezed me in between her scheduled appointments without hesitation. She saw me and got the medication I needed and scheduled my root canal right away. I was so overwhelmed emotionally, most dentist will not just take walk in patients like that especially during Covid. I was terrified to have my root canal done and she was so gentle and reassuring, I laughed throughout the entire procedure (without laughing gas) :). My husband was suffering severe pain in his molar and Dr. Sharma took us in on such short notice. So accommodating and so helpful. She walked us through what needed to be done when we called, and when we got to the clinic she took my husband in right away to figure out the cause of all this pain in his mouth. She pierced right through my sinus cavity and barely missed my orbital bone and lied about it! Her terrible neglect has also resulted in my granddaughter now needing surgery instead of the simple procedure it should have been. We will be sueing!!!! 10/5 Stars. I don't usually like to do reviews online but I must give credits when it's due and hope someone will benefit as I did! I had tooth decay years ago from vaping + smoking etc. and I always avoided going to the dentist due to fear of the medical instruments as a teenager and that affected my confidence for years even though I had dental insurance. I always tried to avoid talking with people and smile due to my teeth and that made me depressed for years and very ashamed of myself until I decided to finally seek help and had the honour of meeting Dr. Sharma and she fixed my teeth like it was a brand new implant without implanting anything and boosted my confidence and made me proud of myself and now I'm all smiley :D My first reaction when she gave me the mirror to see the results I was like "WOW this is Photoshop" I couldn't believe this was the same teeth that I had just an hour ago. Dr. Sharma is very knowledgeable at what she does and you can see her various Degrees and Credentials from the top medical schools in the U.S hanging at the reception lobby you can tell she is passionate about her job and not just doing it for a pay cheque. Overall the whole North Town Dentistry experience was amazing from the receptionist to the dentist assistants and all the rest of Dr.s. I definitely would recommend this place to my family, friends & co-workers and will be my permanent dentistry from now going forward.

Dr. Sharma is a very competent and compassionate dentist. Her biggest quality is easy accessibility whenever her patients need her. She promptly addresses the issue and make room for acute issues. I have been going to North Town from the day they opened and I have always found the North Town team very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable and have given me great recommendations to keep my teeth in good health. They have a Keurig machine in the waiting room with a variety of choices and they even have a tv you can watch while you get your teeth cleaned.
