I travel a lot for work so Its always difficult to get the time to go into the dentist but Maple Family Dentistry does everything they can to accommodate me :)

Amazing!!! Called them on a holiday because I chipped a tooth, but I was leaving the next day for a week vacation. I just wanted to make an appointment for when I got home, but they called me back first thing in the morning and squeezed me in before I left for vacation. Completely fixed my tooth before I left! Fast, extremely friendly, wonderful service - and very gentle during the procedure. I'm just thrilled!

We were their patients for a couple years. But, last time when I called them about my 3years old daughter and asked if they take small children for care, they said yes. Even I told them that she has a cavity and we need to fix it. When we came for an appointment, doctor just looked into her mouth and confirmed that yes, she has a cavity, but they can't do nothing, as they do not have equipment for small kids. And theycharged me for this appointment $120. After, they transferred her to kids dentistry, were we have to pay again for the appointment for check up. So, it was my last time went I came to this dentistry. Although, doctor was nice to my daughter, and she didn't cried, because nothing really was done..

I recently went in to get a cavity filled. All the workers and front staff were very welcoming . Dr. B was the one who filled my cavity and I must say he was very smooth and gentle, not to mention beyond professional and out going. Would highly recommend going here if anyone is in search of a dental office!

Friendly staff, mistakes were made with a procedure i had done but then it was fixed as soon as possible and for charging wise they understood my financial stand point. And did THE VERY BEST they could to help me. Im terrified of the dentist still am not going to lie but they honestly make you feel alot better about it going in. And very clean , and organized !

I’ve been going here since the old dentist was around (since I was 10 I believe) but he passed away unfortunately, he was wonderful as were the staff. However, I am very pleased with who they’ve become now and I got my bite corrected and the process was painless and so quick. I can close my jaw proper and my boyfriend has said he hasn’t heard me grind my teeth since I’ve had it done. Thank you!

I've been a patient for 35+ years (when they were above the LCBO) and I still receive the same quality of care today that drew me to this office. There have been many changes to the office and people do move on. I continue to receive the same professional care & treatment today, as I always have. I feel very fortunate that Dr Howard & Bohdan have taken over and that they have surrounded themselves with caring, polite & professional staff. I recently went to Maple Family Dentistry and was severely disappointed. My initial contact with the office was very good and when I first got there I didnt see any red flags. My cleaning went well and the hygienist was nice. After my cleaning, I went to get X-rays and the tech was very rough with the metal guides. I mentioned that when she pushed it in and took it out quickly it hurt and she told me to just "close your mouth slower then". My meeting with the dentist was less than good as well but the reception is what blew me away. When going to check out, I decided to cancel my boyfriends appointment due to my bad experience. She seemed annoyed and then told me the total of my bill- which was close to $200 (after 75% coverage). I was shocked and said that it seemed steep. I paid for it and asked for the bill. I was charged for a flouride treatment I hadn't received and $50 for dental advise. When arguing my bill the receptionist was not even slightly polite. I asked for the xrays to go to a different dentist and they sent the worst quality images that the other dental office had ever seen (I'm guessing on purpose). Also was told my family member only had one cavity... brought them to a different dentist and they found 3 cavities that were not even minor (shown on mouth camera). Not only is the office out of date, the diagnosis was wrong and the receptionist was very petty and rude (thin brunette).

We have visited the place last week for my 4 years old's first dentist visit. Receptionist have greeted us, Cathyln have done the check up, cleaned, flossed, and she was so lovely and polite. She explained the whole procedure in the way my daughter could understand. We than saw Dr Howard who explained us that her tooth were well looked after. The whole team was so kind and im glad that i was referred to this place.Thank You

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, went in for two fillings a year ago, about a month ago one of the fillings fall apart, went in to see them, they told me I might need a root canal, went to get a second opinion by another dentist found out that not only was the filling cracked it had a cavity still in behind the filling that caused the filling to crack and the cavity was never cleaned out correctly and just put the filling on top of the cavity, while I was getting second opinion I asked them to check the other filling, they took an x-ray of the other filling that Maple did and found the same thing behind that filling. Beware they seem to be so nice and friendly but they are just covering up their act and will just do quick fillings and cover up the cavity and hope to make more money in the future. Please BEWARE I have switched my whole family and have been telling anyone who is going to Maple Family Dentistry about my experience with Dr.Howard, Please stay away.

I could not be any happier with my experiences with Maple Family Dentistry. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. The reception staff is so warm and welcoming and always makes you feel valued. Jessica, the hygienist is wonderful and makes you feel so comfortable and cared for. Dr. Libstug is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He is thorough in his examinations and takes the time to engage in conversation and explain things in a way that his patients can understand. It is evident that he is passionate about his work and genuinely cares about the health of his patients. Was there recently for an appointment and had a very poor experience. The fat one at the desk was the only positive thing about your place. The obviously very pregnant girl and the dark haired girl both need to grow up and start treating the fat one properly. And they need to learn to be quiet when discussing personal business (pregnancy related) no one wants to hear about your mucus plug and the things that happen to your body during pregnancy . I get it the fat one made a small accounting mistake for someone, but shes only human.
