I've always been welcomed and Greg always worked with my financial situation so that i wasn't walking around looking like a hockey player every emergency I've had they have seen 22nd within a few hrs always the same day.....they are all very polite and kind the atmosphere is non judgemental and the ladies always have. Welcoming smile even though i hate going to the dentist this dentist takes away that fear

I have never left a review but I was so happy with Falls Family Dental I felt obligated to do so! I haven't been to a dentist in awhile but I needed a tooth extraction and was very nervous about going. Dr. Greg Hooper is AMAZING! He is gentle, funny, reassuring, kind and when I received my freezing needles (which I was terrified of) I barely felt a thing! The staff were so nice and it made me feel so much more comfortable. They totally removed my fear of the Dentist! I cant say enough good things about this office. 100% recommend

** issue has since been resolved ** While I appreciate your prompt response, not only is your response completely generic, but you clearly did not read my review THOROUGHLY. I already said I had just applied for HSO the same day I came in for a visit. Which again, I was very clear. I also told your secretary I still needed to sign the consent form since I did not have access to a printer. I was told by the Niagara Public Health that YOU, on YOUR end can fill out an emergency form online! Perhaps you should read carefully, and contact the Niagara Public Health yourself and have them teach you what to do! Not having the right information is one thing, but to blatantly give me the wrong information was another. This is going to be a clear waste of my time since I already know you got my money and have no intention to resolve it. My healthy smiles card is not going to have the same issue date as the date of our visit! I am going to repeat myself one more time so that you understand: You could have billed through HSO by filling out the emergency form ONLINE. AGAIN..your front desk associate told me 1) you will do it and 2) it was a one time thing! Makes sense? It would have been different if all your associate told me was I needed the card or the temporary number, otherwise I would have to pay! How hard is that?!! I don't think it's hard to be honest and upfront. This would have saved alot of grief and any misunderstandings!

UPDATE: Still 5 stars, even though I just had a bunch of teeth pulled LOL. Seriously though, another great experience. I felt no pain, just some pressure, and Dr. Garcha and the hygenist (I didn't catch her name this time :( ) were amazing. It's obvious they truly care about your experience and work hard to ensure your visit is as painless as possible. I'd write another review, but Google won't let me, so I'll edit this for all my fellow dentophobics: from the administrators at the desk, to Dr. Garcha and the hygenists, thank you for making my experience painless and comfortable. Are you afraid of going to the dentist like I am? Don't be anymore! Due to a combination of things over the last few years, things, well, got pretty bad. Now that I'm in a better spot, and thanks to an excellent recommendation, I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Garcha and his team. Both him and the hygienist assisting him (Amanda) were patient, friendly and most importantly, calming. They made sure I was comfortable, and, I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm actually excited for my next appointment! Haha AND! And, when all was done, and I could see what was fixed, I cried. And spent most of the night crying as I showed everyone. It's been 6ish years, and now I can smile with confidence again and I haven't stopped yet! Huge thanks again to Dr. Garcha, Amanda and the whole team!

A bunch of crooks. This dental office is shady! Said they would fill out the emergency HSO as a time courtesy. Never happened! The information I was given over the phone and in person AFTER they had my son sit in their chair was totally different! They ended up charging me, when they said they would fill out the emergency HSO. All you needed to do was tell me you don't accept HSO and a card was needed in order to proceed. I was very clear on my situation and had mentioned I didn't have the card and had started the application process! Absolutely horrible. The only reason I gave these guys 1 star was they had friendly staff. Anyone going here for the first time: DO YOUR RESEARCH before sitting in their chair!!

The team here is beyond amazing! All so kind and good at their job! I had pain in my tooth so I called them and they fit me in that same day and then extracted my tooth 2 days later by Dr. Anthony he explained everything so well and thoroughly as well as the after care. I was having concerns about the way it was healing and they have an emergency number to text.. Dr. Ernie helped greatly and got back quickly to me even though its a holiday! They truly do care about their patients! Best dentist office out there!!

I had my first visit to Falls Family Dental today and this is now my permanent dentist!! The staff are very friendly and efficient. Dr. Ernie is great and my hygienist Lia was wonderful. She was thorough and explained everything she was doing. The entire experience was professional and I felt valued as a patient. When other offices are just trying to rush you through to get as many patients seen as possible, I felt that extra time was given willingly to address my needs and concerns. Conversation was pleasant with all staff and I was pleased to see many familiar faces especially Joanne! I do not hesitate to recommend this dental office and will do so in the future. Dr. Josh Garcha & his staff are simply amazing. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. They’re so friendly, knowledgable, patient and kind. I had to transfer my parents to this clinic during the pandemic and they were so accommodating and helpful, even during a global pandemic. I cannot say enough good things about them. They’re simply amazing and I highly recommend them. Even if you’re not from the Niagara region, Dr. Josh Garcha is worth the drive!!! :)

I recently started going to Falls Family Dental and I couldn't be more happy with that decision. First off, all the staff are pleasant. My dentist, Dr. Josh is absolutely amazing. I am personally not a huge fan of dental work to begin with but I literally could not feel more comfortable. I had my first filling in about 8 or so years and was very nervous. He makes the whole experience quite comfortable and barely felt the needle for freezing.. There were no awkward moments and felt like I could talk to him and his assistant(s) like they were friends. Overall a really great experience considering my fears and anxiety. So glad my friend recommended me to them.

I am very sincere when I say that Falls Family Dental is one amazing office for dental treatment. Dr. Josh and all of the staff (hygienists and front line staff) are kind, friendly and genuinely caring. In particular, Dr. Josh clearly explains procedures and has always answered my questions with a kind and professional mannerism, never talking down to me. This was particularly reassuring when I had my wisdom teeth removed. I am so glad that I found them. I've been a patient there now for around three years and its the only dental office that I actually have a "calming" experience with each visit. (really). They are all at the top of their game.

I think its fair to say that the majority of us have had negative experiences dealing with dentists.... This had been my case until I met Josh. I've had a lot of issues with my local dentists (I live in Streetsville, Mississauga... I can walk to a dozen if I wanted to) taking advantage of me and my benefits coverage. About 3 years ago I had completed a root canal, or atleast I thought I did... I was eating a slice of pizza and to my dismay one of my molars split... I had gone back to my original dentist who claimed they had advised me I needed a cap on this tooth (which they never did) and were now telling me that the tooth needed to be pulled and replaced with an implant....Not only was that going to take a huge hit on my wallet but also on my confidence as I'd have to walk around with a missing tooth for months. Before I agreed to this surgery, I was advised by a friend to go visit Josh in Niagara... whose an hr and a half away from me.... Boy am I glad I saw Josh.... he took his time, was honest in his opinion and believe it or not saved my tooth and me thousands of dollars!!! They say in life you should know three people, a mechanic, a lawyer and a dentist... 1 down 2 more to go. Thank you again Josh your a Saint!

Dr. Josh is the Best. My Family has been going there for the last 2 years after relocating to Niagara from Hamilton. Its the first time ever that when I had the freezing in for a cavity and there was no pain from the needle. Dr. Josh and his team are also great with my 7 year old son. By far the best dental office :) the hours are flexible and the staff are amazing. Perfect for adults, students, and kids.
