Excellent service and communication. After a horrible experience with another dentist, Dr. Tupman and his team were very understanding and patient with us, even though I initially gave him and his hygienist a hard time. Anyone who can go toe to toe with me and still be professional and courteous deserves a tremendous amount of respect. I'm a person of integrity and honesty. We do not have the luxury of dental coverage, so it was crucial for us to find someone who displays these values both as a person and in their practice. Dr. Tupman is exactly that! He was very upfront with us and took the time to explain possible outcomes weighing pros and cons. His care with my 6 year old son was genuine, with excellent bedside manners. Sonia (the hygienist) was terrific and handled our situation very well. I would recommend Dr. Tupman to anyone who requires dental work and wants someone who is a stand-up guy.

I hate hate going to the dentist. I definitely try to take care of my teeth but haven't visited a dentist in over 10 years at least. I went to this clinic and it was so easy. Had 3 appointments in less than 2 weeks and it went great, the doctor and assistants are super friendly and gentle. I would definitely recommend them.

Dr Tupman and Sonya were amazing, I got in for an appointment quickly and accepted my ODSP dental card. I was told at dentists in Thorold and St Catharines that it wasn't a good dental insurance card and that they do not accept it. Thanks for Dr Tupman and his team for treating me like I have been going there my whole life.

This is a review unlike any other. You can look at this with a jaded eye and think that I am prejudiced , or , you can reap confidence from a 100% honest review. Likely only another dentist can truly give an unbiased review of another dentist’s work. In fact, ten years ago I sold my dental practice to Lowell Tupman. Over the years I had several dentists work for me and Lowell was the most qualified candidate technically and as far as his communication skills went, he had the right mix of sincerity and humility. I can vouch that his patients are in excellent hands. Now to my experience. I am most impressed with the quality of his work (which I have already stated that only another dentist is qualified to judge). I have had many procedures done as a patient in this office and have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Dr. Tupman. I still tell anyone who asks, that I would not seek dental care anywhere else. Lowell Tupman is a caring and meticulous dentist. This is the combination which makes a dentist successful. For these reasons, I am pleased to give a 5-Star rating to the office.

I am totally recommending Dr. Tupman Family Dentistry. When they say family it's so true why? Because their dentist office is a family. You are treated with respect and kindness. Always a great experience when visiting Dr. Tupman and his staff! Very gentle with our children, especially with my daughter who quite fearful of dr visits and procedures. Dr. Tupman always talks her through every step so she is at ease with the process. Super clean facilities and follows Covid-19 protocols to a fault! Would recommend anyday!

I have not had a single cavity in over 8 years and I went to Tupmans family dentistry and they told me I had 4 cavities, when I called to reschedule my appointment they said I had 5 cavities and when I went to have the supposed cavities filled they said I had 6 cavities. I foolishly had the dental work done and it was a butchering. Iv never had such poor dental work done, months after the work I still have jagged edges from the fillings and when I initially got the fillings, the giant holes they bored in my crowns were not completely filled. leaving me vulnerable to actual cavities. They also used a VERY large amount of novocaine, somthing my past dentists have told me " can be dangerous ". ZERO STARS !!!!!!!

I was surprised and delighted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the office. They accommodated my many difficulties kindly, gently and concern for my comfort always top priority. For once I felt cared for and not afraid of my next appointment. 5 years ago I decided to change dentists and choose Dr. Tupman and have never regretted it. He and his staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Tupman takes the time required to discuss the procedures he is going to perform and during the procedure asks and makes sure that I am handling it well. His rapport with his assistant is wonderful to listen to and keeps your mind off of the procedure being performed. My teeth have never looked or felt better. My family had never been to the dentist until my husband got benefits at his work. Called up Dr. Tupman's office from the number I found in the phonebook (I know old school....it was actually a paper phone book:) Maria the receptionist got my whole family of 5 in For appointments within a week even with my crazy schedual, explained what are benefits covered and rebooked us all for follow up appointments that were needed. The work I had done was done very well with as minimal pain as possible. My kids (age 10, 12 &15) don't fight me about going to the dentist even when they know they are getting a needle for freezing .... The dentists are that gentle.The dentists are very friendly and don't rush you. They explain everything before they do it and answer all questions.....even the dumb ones;) All staff there is very helpful, knowledgeable and most of all treats you like family. So glad we found them!!

Dr. Tupman and Dr. Grant are great dentists. I have gone to both of them and I am always relaxed and at ease. Could easily fall asleep, because they are do gentle. These two dentists are the best in Niagara Falls. All the assistants have wonderful personalities and can make even the most nervous patient relaxed. The assistants and the dentists are always explaining what is going on while working on your teeth. I highly recommend this dentist office.
