The dentist was very professional, she is clean and gentle. On our first visit for tooth extractions, she was reassuring and very comforting to my boys. I really appreciate how she communicates with us every step of the way. This was our second visit, and it was another great experience. Thank you Doctor Tahkar (don’t count on my spelling ????).

Went months ago to get a cavity fixed and paid $400. The dentist was not sure if I needed a filling or root canal, but ended up going with filling. The tooth hurt so bad after, I had to go back within a few days. Had a different dentist there look at it and attempt to fix it. Went home and after the numbing wore off, I noticed it still hurt really bad. I called asking to go back because I was still experiencing lots of pain, couldn’t chew on the left side of my mouth. Not even a banana. They booked me and didn’t tell me I would have to pay another $400 to go back until I called the day before, making sure I didn’t have to pay for my visit. I was obviously extremely upset, questioning why I would have to pay MORE money when they messed up my tooth, not once but twice. The receptionist got hostile, saying I can’t say it was the dentists fault.. I told her I don’t want to go back then, I don’t have the money to keep throwing away to still have a sore tooth. She then told me I would have to pay $100 to cancel my appointment!!! I told her I’m not paying $100, I have to go find a new dentist and pay them hundreds of dollars to fix the tooth they couldn’t. Plus the receptionist never told me I had to pay $400 to go back. They were going to wait for me to get there and get the work done to tell me I owed another $400. After I voiced how upset I was about having to go to a new dentist and start completely over, she waved the $100 fee for cancellation. Months later now, my tooth is sore every single day, I still can’t even chew a banana on the left side of my mouth. The filling was done so poorly, I can feel with my tongue the sharp edges they left. I have had fillings I got done as a child and I have never had an issue like this one. If I did need a root canal, that’s the dentists job to know what work needed to be done. If they would have put my $400 I already paid, towards the root canal I would have got it done. But they just want to take everyone’s money in the middle of a pandemic when NO ONE has money to throw around like that. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this dentistry. Even if you have benefits to pay for your visits. Save your time and oral health.

Hi I just want to say I have read a lot of the comments and I have to say I don't think the staff is rude or unprofessional I have been a client of theirs for over 10 years and never had a problem with any of the staff or dental work that I have had done. I had my tooth filling on a root canal came.off . I called them and lucky they asked me to come same day to have it fix. Dr. Ahmed was gentle and have it done quick. Service was good and friendly staffs.

Dr. Arpita was absolutely amazing. The office is clean and very inviting. The girls at the front desk are to be comeded for their great personality and making the experience flawless. Dr. Arpita comes highly recommended in my books, I just moved to the area, and she will be my perment dentist going forward. If your looking for a great team to help you with all your dental needs, I would definitely give the a call. A+

Don't use them, they don't know what they're doing. Did a filling that had to redone by a real dentist. They also tried to double bill and then send me to collects, in the end they over charged by almost $100. I'm now waiting on their cheque.

I’ve heard a lot of different reviews about this dentist office and read the mixed reviews on here but I have to say I’m in complete shock. As a server, I don’t have insurance but they said no worries we have options for payment plans and it was great. Decided to get my Invisalign clicks off my teeth, clean the years of stains and also replace my missing tooth. They did a mold of my existing teeth, and literally made me a new tooth. In one week I went back got my bridge on! Oh, and to add on top of everything, I got done two root canals because I was so comfortable and happy with the dentist. STOP READING THE BAD REVIEWS!! Trust me! Money isn’t an issue with me. service and my teeth are the priority. And they did a great job for both.

Very inexperinced staff 'Not good with children they clearly don't know how to deal with youth. One assitant watched my child take a water tool and spray her and it took her 2 mins to realize that he was playing with tools right beside her.

Hmm.. have just read the review on line. Actually, I (Susan Sakowski) took my her brother, John Sakowski there, (Special Needs), and they were very good with him. I was concerned because we needed to switch Dentist once he became 65 and off Ontario Disability and no more coverage,. Could not afford our original dentist. I felt the front staff were very good with John and myself, explaining everything, especially the costs and exactly how much each procedure would cost, before proceeding. I have not met the dentist, but John really likes him, feels comfortable with him and trusts him, and that is a big plus. The front staff doing John's bookings, always make sure that he has the same hygienist, so it is easier on him. All in all, I think they are doing a great job, and we will keep going. Have already had 2 cleanings, and 3 fillings. As I have always felt, if I have a problem with an establishment, I always give them the benefit of the doubt, as no one is perfect, and give them a second chance. Just a thought. This place is so unprofessional and has absolutely no bedside manners!! I'm extremely busy lately and didn't show up to my appointment.. I completely forgot! The owner of this dentist called to yelled at me saying I have to pay 100 dollars! I understand there will be cancel fees but to handle a patient like that is so unprofessional!! I'm disgusted on how they run the office!!

While on vacation I had a dental emergency. My experience with "Dentistry On The Falls" exceeded my expectations. I got an appointment for the same day I called. The dentist was ready to see me by the time I filled out their form. The exam and x-rays only took a few minutes. My options were clearly explained and the bill was less than I expected. If you need dental services this is the place to go!

Our worst experience in a dental office so far. We had to wait with two kids about half an hour however we had an appointment (we were there 10 min.earlier than the scheduled time)and they only called us because I questioned them about the waiting time .We didn't wish to wait long ,especially during this pandemic times. The two ladies at the reception were chit-chatting and laughing annoyingly loud. We saw at least three people are coming in the office without any face coverings.(I hope they had a very good medical reason doing so...) On the top of that the dental assistant was not wearing mask too while she was dealing with our daughters.Our children obviously could not wear masks due to their dental examinations. When I questioned the assistant about why she doesn't wear mask she gave a confused excuse that was not too satisfactory explanation. They should be more careful and professional in a hard time like this ,especially when people are more sensitive for waiting with their children in a medical environment. People want to feel safe. I'm sorry but we will never ever visit that dental office again.

I was looking for a new dentist called this place... They made an appointment for me to come in on Monday.. they then call me to reschedule for later in the day I said I couldn't make it so they said to keep the original time bit when I suggested to reschedule they say there gonna charge me 50 dollars because they require two business days to do that.. although that never came up in my conversation with the secretary, even though there closed on Saturday n Sunday.. this place must be a hurting little unit to try and screw someone who's never been there out of 50 dollars.. so make sure you don't schedule appointments for any days before Wednesday other wise they will try and take your money

The dental hygienist is also amazing, she is patiently and kindling encouraging my daughter through her cleaning, not getting irritated or annoyed that she’s trying to talk and moving around. I love the dentist and the people are very very nice but unfortunately i had to cancel my appointment because i had to self isolate they still try charging me for cancellation and its been hard for me to find work im also on odsp which pays my rent and thats it. It sucks i have to find another dentist because this is BS period so you would rather me risk your staff and stuff smfh

Terrible front desk reception. No knowledge about insurance benefits/forms, uneducated staff. Unclean, dirty carpet, not inviting when you walk in. Hole in walls/ paint coming off of walls. Overpriced for a small crowded unkept dentistry. Do not recommend.

5 STARS FROM ME! From the reception staff, to the assistants and all the way to the dentists, this place has an amazing way of making sure you feel right at home and in the right hands. Best treatment and great customer service from their staff. Yesterday had the honor of having Dr. Arpita along with her assistant Israa, perform one of the most painless and smoothest treatments on me was nothing shy of perfect. Always making sure to check for my comfort and explaining the overall process, was perfect. Only dental office I'll ever go to! Highly recommend if you want to feel like your in the best hands!
