I used to really hate visiting the dentist. Dr. Ian Gaskin put me at ease immediately. He was patient, warm and is very funny. I have had to have a lot of work done because of my not wanting to go to the dentist, but this place is very different. Even though I am on Medicaid, they don't treat me like just a cash cow, they try and explore every option before extracting a tooth. I highly recommend this place and I can't wait for my son's first dental visit, because I know he will be in good hands.

I was always afraid to go to the dentist, but after my first visit to Alliance Dentist, that fear changed. Amazed with the treatment I always receive in my visits. Dr Gaskin is always very patient and funny, not only Dr Gaskin is all the team that works with him. I recommend them for all your dental needs.

The entire staff is so friendly. I'm one of those that are afraid of dentists, everyone takes their time to explain to me what's going on and make sure I'm comfortable with what's being done. They are centrally located and work around my schedule.

The women there are kind and friendly. The doctor on the other hand is no good. He doesn't care about your wants and concerns. Because I would not allow him to remove all my teeth he said he would not clean or replace fillings that fell out. He said that he would only pull teeth one at a time as they bothered me. I will never return there. I wouldn't recommend he to my dog.

It's getting ridiculous with these bullshit practices now a days. Oh your in pain? Well you have until February to get your teeth pulled. Oh wait, you missed 2 appointments YEARS AGO sorry we can't schedule you anymore. Because that's where the health care system is going now a days, refusing help because a person works for a living, God forbid.

complete waste of time went to have one problem addressed they failed to address the problem yet wanted to do all this other work that i never even consented to not to mention would have violated my personal beliefs it was very clear they are only interested in money and care nothing for the people they took a vow to help.

Awesome dentistry. The dentist, dental hygienist, receptionist ladies were super nice and friendly. I got all my appointments set up on the first day and the wonderful hygienist cleaned my teeth the first day. So thankful.

Office staff is very friendly and helpful. The hygienists are excellent and they make you feel very comfortable. The dentists are very kind and personable. Finally, a dentist I am happy to go to!

I really like this dentist,everyone is very friendly,and you are not in the waiting room for long,and this place is very clean,and we all seen gross ones due to low income insurance. Last year I thought I was dying lol out of nowhere due to a infected molar,they took care of things quickly,(I thought I would have to wait a week or more) I have in the past with other dentists, Very happy and will recommend to others..

Terrible place to go to! Messed my 4 lower left teeth up and wouldn’t fixed it! I had to end up going to another dentist to get it fixed and the fillings the doctor did turned out to need root canals in which he new and still have me fills! Very displeased with the overall service i experienced! I called and called for weeks and no call back nor did they admit guilt! If you care about your mouth do not go to them!

My wife went there got a tooth extracted the dentist left half the tooth in she noticed it a couple days later so it's obvious he's doing it on purpose so he can bill insurance company for more visits to pull out the rest of the tooth very unprofessional never go to this dentist unless u want to have to get double the work done on your mouth so Steve erkles look a like can make twice the money on you and keep u In pain even longer over the same tooth getting pulled he should be a veterinarian not a dentist

They are know good and the people that work for like there manger she suck there liers and they do not do good dental work. Alliance administrator called me back to cancel my appointment because they we're wrong on how I was treated and there workers not doing there job i advise know one to go here they do not know how to treat people all she had to do is say I'm sorry for what happened but I will have a talk with my staff to get better know she says it was my fault SMH crazy this is so ghetto never again so anyone that read this do not go to Alliance family dental they suck.

Amazing staff and dentist let me start off my saying I have had a fear on the dentist for over 10 years and suffer from extreme anxiety which has caused me to stay out of a dentist chair with something as simple as a teeth cleaning can be horrific but the staff was extremely patient with me I would recommend them to everyone they made a horrific experience into something halfway pleasant

What doctors office is closed on a Friday. This is the only office that has my files and I need something done today not tomorrow and definitely not next week.

My experience there was good. Staff was very friendly. Especially on my first visit. But it kind of goes south from there. I was told that all my teeth would be pulled on my next visit.. I show up and was told I’m only getting 4 pulled. After dentist comes in he asks top or bottom. Figured in a few days the opposite would be pulled. Dentist is very good. No pain at all. Get done and was asked when do you want too come in early or late . Said didn’t matter. Then the bad news. Next appointment is November 22nd. Was told I would have all my teeth pulled and have dentures in 6 weeks. Going too be eating mush until after Christmas. 3 months for next appointment is not realistic at all. Was told 6 weeks total. I kinda feel like I was let down. No thanksgiving turkey or ham. Like the old song all I want for Christmas is my two front teeth.

BEWARE!!!!!!! I was there for a cleaning. First time there. I had Julie clean my teeth, my mouth was sore for a week after as well as the fact that she was rude and condescending. Worst experience I've ever had and I go every 6 months. Then had a black dentist that looked like Erkle to check my teeth and he was arrogant and not very friendly. Also, an older blonde lady at the front desk was the rudest ever and didn't even look at me in eye when speaking to me. Never called me by my name when addressing my presence. Never returning!!!!! Beware!!!!

My boyfriend of 27 years has been a patient here for a few years but they barely return phone calls the text alerts for appointments ARE NOT always correct and because they NEVER answer the phone or call back @ inconvenient times they suck!!!!

The staff is great with the exception of the person i believe is the office manager ( heavy set white lady) , and the lab they use for crowns and partials is garbage

There customer service skills are horrible they hang up on you. They can get you in for your first appointment in a day but when you have a broken tooth that hurts it take them months to find an open spot.
