Been going there for the past few years and everyone are always so nice! Dr. Charlotte Dickie is awesome to deal with and her work is awesome!! I would highly recommend her. She is very friendly & easy going. Her work is so amazing-I had a really bad cavity in my front tooth and she fixed it and it looked so awesome and you can’t tell it’s filled. Now I smile with my teeth showing before I used to be to embarrassed too.

0 stars for false information and overcharging. I was told that I had no cavities, my teeth and gum were healthy. I go to another dentist for a second opinion and now extraction is needed. Unnecessary exams and tests were done, and all that just for a wrong diagnosis. Save your time and get another dentist

Called to inquire about making an appointment as a new client I was fine with paying for a check up and any additional X-rays that could potentially be needed which was highly unlikely as I had Pan X-ray(full mouth scan) AND other ones done(individual sections) less than 3 months ago only to be told I HAD to have new ones done no exceptions kind of ridiculous considering they are aware insurance will not cover new X-rays and it was stated to them in the phone call that insurance will not cover new X-rays wouldn’t recommend as it’s more of a money grab

I just called there to hopefully schedule an appointment because my dentist is booked up for awhile and the receptionist cut me off mid explanation and was overall dismissive and either she's having a bad day or shouldn't deal with people as I'm already stressed enough without people being rude and short with me. A really wonderful dentist office! Kind, professional people that do great work! With all the Covid issues happening they take every measure to protect themselves and us. Could not ask for a better group of people. Wear your mask, be patient, keep everyone safe. Like doctors, dentists and their team are critical, without them we'd all look look pretty odd and as everyone knows there's noting fun about a toothache. Ian

I recently moved to St.John's and I was looking for a dentist. I have always had regular checkups and healthy results. What concerns me about this office is At the end of my check up he gave me a bill of over $2000 dollars of all the work he planned to do on my teeth which would not be covered by insurance. I had never been given a plan like this before from any of my previous dentists. The work the dentist was planning to do was never suggested to me by any previous dentist. I think I am going to seek another opinion for this reason as I had never been given a bill like this before of what the dentist was planning to do. None of the work was cosmetic.

Spent three days calling their office only to get a recording to call during normal business hours, with no option to leave a voicemail. My question would be what is your normal business hours, it's certainly not the hours listed on the web site
