Very unprofessional and no regard for anyone's wellbeing. I had a tooth pulled at the beginning of the week and the next day I went back in so much pain. Was told to take advil the day before. When I got to the dentist office I was told no you aren't getting a prescription for pain medication take advil 600mg .. I took 2400mg of advil still in so much pain they made me wait 1 hour and 45 minutes in pain crying before the dentist saw me and he said " there is no indication of pain" meanwhile my face was swollen, bruised and bleeding. He kept saying what do you want from me. I told him I want it to go away. His suggestion was to freeze my face ... what was that going to do. He made me feel like a drug addict looking for pain meds .... Ive never taken anything in my life before. I then told him im reporting him for leaving me in pain and he changed his whole tune. He gave ke a prescription and even walked me out of the building " see yah later chels" he said .. chels ... im not your friend sir. He also said "if you were my wife" which made me very uncomfortable I wouldn't look him in the eye after that comment. Then 1 day later I have a horrible infection in my gums and then dentist office when I called again was very rude not wanting to help. I only went back because they infected me now you have to fix it but I will never return to this office again. The dentist I saw for the infection was a very lovely man and its unfortunate that I won't go back and see him because the dentist that hurt me owns the office. Every receptionist or front end staff rolled their eyes at me when I was in pain ... I would never recommend this office to anyone.

Mount pearl dentistry took me right in and took care of my dental problem, prescribing antibiotics and pain medication so I could get back to Ontario to have the problem fixed.
