I am a nervous dental patient, and the whole process stresses me out so much, HOWEVER! Dr. Lagisetty was absolutely AMAZING and so awesome and really made it a comfortable experience. They kept me informed during the diagnosis and during the work. Dr Legisetty and his awesome dental technician were great to talk to and put my mind at ease. I was so chill that I forgot I was at the dentist getting fillings and more interested in chats (as much as you can with a frozen mouth) and what was on TV. In addition to an amazing dental team, The ladies at the desk are wonderful! The whole process ran smooth, and they do so much for their patients. If you are looking for a dental clinic that is going to take good care of you and your family's dental needs, look no further! This place is the best!

I did not have my normal hygienist this morning, but the young lady that I had was equally as friendly, professional, and knowledgeable as the one I am used to. The dentist did a quick check on a small issue that I am having and identified it within a couple of minutes. I have an appointment booked in a short amount of time to revisit that issue. And as always the front counter staff are pleasant and always professional, yet always up for a few jokes to lighten the stress of daily life or anyone who may have dentist anxiety!!! The staff at Airport Heights Dental are amazing! They really look after their patients. I have been very nervous about dental work after a not so great experience elsewhere and I’m happy to say I have overcome my fear again. I have had a cleaning and a couple of fillings replaced and it was no big deal. The dentists are kind and gentle and explain everything they are doing as they do it.

I can't say enough good about the staff at Airport Heights Dental. My first visit was somewhat an emergency and even though they had a full day booked, they fit me in right away. We had such a laugh and they made me feel comfortable and calm. Dr. Paul Burridge is professional and so pleasant, and the whole team is friendly and welcoming. In a way, I'm thankful I had this 'accident' and found myself a great clinic.

Location - Horrible. Inconvenient for public transport. Owners - Money minded. They keep pushing receptionists to bother clients until an appointment is booked. I had repeatedly told the receptionists to contact by text or email but they still continue to bother with calls while am at work. Dentist - During my 1st visit, Dentist was trying to pocket as much as possible through my insurance by giving non-sensical suggestions like getting 2 tooth extracted apart from some unnecessary X-Ray. I had only come for Dental Cleaning. Receptionists - Except for senior receptionist lady all other receptionists are below average. The male/trans receptionist was indirectly mocking my accent when he contacted me earlier today. He gives same type of vibes in person too. & both him & younger receptionists don’t understand or respect client’s privacy despite telling them repeatedly that I don’t want calls but only texts or emails. Also had asked 1 younger female receptionist to send the appointment change confirmation over email. She lied & didn’t send it. The only good lady who’s understanding & caring among all of them is the senior receptionist lady. Also today I took off from work for appointment, travelled almost 10km via bus & cab, just to be refused later cuz I shared I had cough due to allergy at times & had sore throat cuz of infection cuz hadn’t got dental cleaning since long. I am triple vaxxed & booster shot was taken just a few days ago. On top of that my temperature recorded at clinic was normal. But she didn’t care to even listen to what I had to say. Never returning!

I am commenting on all my many experiences at the Airport Heights Dental Health Centre. This is a tremendous Centre with the most friendly, courteous, helpful, professional staff ever! The services offered are superb and patient centered. It's like home 'away from home'. Being a 3.5 hour drive from the Centre, I appreciate the efforts of the staff to accommodate my schedule when in St. John's. They go above and beyond to meet my schedule. This is extremely important when one finds oneself in St. John's unexpectedly near the date of a scheduled appointment. The greatest emphasis is placed on saving and improving your teeth. This is extremely important to me as a patient. FOR THE BEST OF CARE - AIRPORT HEIGHTS DENTAL IS HERE!!!

I broke off and swallowed a large portion of a lower molar while eating. The tooth also had a huge filling that was probably 15 years old and broken wide open. I was 100% sure the tooth would need to be extracted. I called and was sitting in the dentist's chair about an hour later. He said it was no problem and after about 45 minutes of work I was done. The tooth now looks like it grew there yesterday. It's still hard to believe he was able to do that.

I've had a couple local hygienist (St, John's) when finished my mouth felt like they were using a jackhammer and forgot that I had gums below those teeth.

Would not answer a question or tell me how to become a patient at their clinic (which I will not attempt anymore).
