I am writing this as I am in my car leaving the dental office. I had been referred to Dr Ricky Sachdeva to have my wisdom tooth extracted. I heard he is the man to go to for wisdom teeth. He loves extractions and you can tell he loves what he does. I can tell he truly cares for his patients and wants the best for them.Dr Ricky Sachdeva was extremely patient, kind and professional. I hate going to the dentist but he has changed my mind. The extraction took 20 seconds and the numbing was what took the longest. Wow Very impressed, all the staff there is amazing and they all go above and beyond for their patients. Front staff is very warm and friendly :)Would recommend this place in a heart beat. No pain at all, and still able to drive home :), UPDATE: its been about 5 hours now and there is no swelling, tenderness or anything. I had dropped by the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and the pharmacists had asked when I was going to get my teeth pulled ! ( I was perfectly fine right after the extraction)

This is an absolutely fabulous dental clinic. I have a great deal of fear surrounding dentistry, and Dr. Sandeep Sachdeva is incredible. He will take the time to make sure you're fully totally frozen, and will talk you through the whole procedure if that helps you. He even got me through a root canal, which I would never have believed possible. The dentists here are all siblings and all wonderful people who will happily chat with you when they have the time. The front desk staff are also so friendly and kind. I can't recommend this place enough, especially if you're nervous about going to the dentist.

Nothing like being told your going back for two fillings to find out 9 have been charged to your medical unknowingly and you can no longer repair that emergency cracked tooth causing you excruciating pain. Is it really legal for a dentist to submit work not even mentioned to you on your benefits without any services performed? Very Disappointed!

I just found this place through searching on the web for a dentist close by my new place and went off the glowing reviews. I have since been twice. The first time was a thorough exam, X-rays, cleaning and four small fillings filled. I really appreciated having no freezing necessary and the treatment was pain-free. I had one of the brothers advise him grafts for my sensitive and receding gums. I will probably get that done in the new year. Today was part one of a two-part crown procedure. Dr. Sarika is very pleasant and describes everything she is doing as she goes. I appreciated being given an Atavin for my nervousness about the procedure. I love these guys and can certainly understand why a lot of their Langley clients followed them to anew Westminster. Feeling blessed to have them do close!

This is the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Who knew dental appointments didn’t need to make you miserable or cause unnecessary pain! I just switched from my dentist that I had since I was 5 years old and I will never be going back to her after my visit at sapperton dental!

I have honestly in all of my life never been to a better dentist office. From the front desk to the chair it was just amazing. I laughed the entire time. If I could give 6 stars I would. And the lovely Bernadette just made it even better. I want to go back just to hang out.

I'm 65 years old and I haven't been all that diligent in taking care of my teeth. I had pretty much given up on them ever being white again. And to top it off, I hate Dentist! When I was young, I had a bad experience with a Dentist that I never got over. Lets just say there is still a picture burned in my mind of a man in a white lab coat with one knee on the arm of the chair and both hands griping a pare of pliers as he pulled on an infected tooth to extract it from my 15 year old mouth. A month ago, I had another infected tooth, and I kept putting it off until I had to give in and see a dentist, My wife had told me about her dentist. (she said he was very gentile) so I gave in and made the appointment. From the time I first shook his hand he made me feel safe and comfortable, he showed me where the infection was and the options I had, I chose to extract the tooth, now I'm not sure here because, I'm really not sure if I was just drifting off in my thoughts or if I was actually drifting off to sleep, but what I do know is, there was, NO pain! From start to finish! I'm chewing on both sides of my mouth since I don't know when. (breaded pork chops, oh how I had missed them:) Second visit, four cavities fixed and again no pain! and my mouth is looking (and feeling) better than it has in years. If this is the future of Dentistry, then we are going to have a lot of smiling kids in the future! As for me, it looks like I'm going to have to learn how to smile all over again :) Thank you Dr. Sandeep Sachdeva ! Came because it's the highest rated dental clinic in my area on here, was not disappointed. All of the staff were very kind and welcoming. I have had a lot of work done in the past (every single tooth has been worked on at least once) and it's a great relief not to be judged by a new dentist. Highly recommend, will come again!

I’ve been to other dental clinics in the past, and although I have never had issues with them, I decided to go to Sapperton Dental Clinic as I had recently moved to New Westminster. Despite having to have multiple fillings done and uncomfortable impressions taken, I had a blast (what a strange thing to say about a dental visit, I know). Receptionists and the doctors were all so, so nice and very informative. I felt like I had known everyone for years. Very happy with the work they’ve done and will definitely continue to go to them from here on out.

Had to find a dentist office for an unknown issue in my back teeth, and being new here I referenced Google reviews. I'm glad I went! (and I'm terrified of dental visits) Dr. Sarika (Sachdeva) has been fantastic in figuring out with the problem I've been having! She is very thorough and considerate of any pain I have been having. The dental hygienists who I've met and done stuff were great. She also explains what she is doing and why, which I appreciated because often as a patient you're left in the dark.

I had already reviewed this place but after going again I notice some bad review being posted that just sounded complete off. So I'm going to do my best to out right discredit them. For ONE, I and a few others that are "Local Google Guides" have reviewed this office and it's outstanding. Two, the last few negative reviews are from individuals that have little to No previous reviews. Three, the last 2 bad reviews are oddly enough poised only in a way to repel people. Not worn. Four, the family that owns, runs and works in this office. Are some of the most sweet and kind people I know. They are good to their staff and just as good to their clients. They know me by name and face. Remember my kids, wife's and even parents names and care to ask how they are all doing. This Office is an example to how business should be ran and I'll be damned if I stand by and let shady people discredit them and their hard work. The staff at this clinic are very friendly people. Always enjoyed my visits here... however, I would absolutely not recommend. I went to this clinic during my time living in New West. Prior to moving to NW i had perfectly healthy teeth with no issues. When going their clinic i was told that i had several caps and filling that needed to be changed, and at a very hefty cost to myself despite having dental coverage threw work. I was able to afford to have a few changed(only 3 out of the 7 or 9 they told me needed change) in the time I lived there. After moving out of province my new dentist told me that i had no caps or filling which needed required changing that they all in fact looked perfectly healthy. Found this strange, got a second opinion, and I got the exact same response. Strange. Also in the following year or so i noticed my teeth were starting to look very yellow and almost translucent. My new dentist compared my x-rays from before sapperton dental to after and it appeared as though my teeth had been grinded down so thin that that is why they appeared translucent and yellow. But i have zero other evidence or grinding on any other of my teeth. Strange? Now there is no solution to this problem, other then getting veneers...$$... which will eventually wear down more teeth... which will require more veneers...more $$ out of my own pocket. I will let you guys make your own conclusions. But seems like a nice little cash cow to me for the dental office.

I came in with my grandfather as a walk in and from the moment the service started to the end with us walking out the experience was amazing. An incredibly friendly and caring group! The first time I walked in it was like they had known me for years, quickly putting aside any unease or awkwardness on my part coming to a new dentist. It's obvious that Dr's Sandeep and Sarika Sachdeva really love their jobs and care about your dental health, offering as much or as little information as you want on all your questions, and there is ZERO sense of judgement from them (even when you sheepishly admit to maybe not flossing as much as you should :-S ). I can't way enough about them! Fantastic doctors!

Been a patient of Dr. Sachdeva for years, I've literally never had a better dentist. Going to this dentist is a joy! I cannot fathom what motivates the few people here who give negative reviews; their experience is so far afoul of reality it shocks the conscience. Best Dental Clinic EVER!!

On my first visit, I went in for a regular check up and was surprised to hear that I would need over $1000 worth of dental work. I have very healthy teeth and never need any additional services. I received a second opinion and was told that all the work "recommended" was unnecessary. This is the first time I ever felt like a dentist was trying to upsell me. This is not your regular family dental office, it is a business and they are trying to make money. It's unfortunate and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have also noticed that any negative reviews they receive, they respond with saying that it must be a fake review. There is a level of immaturity in this establishment.

I have previously had horrible dental/cavity experiences at other dental offices, resulting in me not wanting to get dental work done at all. I was referred to Sapperton Dental Clinic and have had a MUCH more pleasant experience. I felt comfortable and calm and for once had no pain during cavity treatment. All of the staff I have interacted with are pleasant and welcoming. Very happy I have found Dr Sachdeva and will be a patient for years to come.

I went there to get an extraction and I got one. It was not only painless (as painless as it can be) but I actually had quite a bit of fun. The staff are thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had 0 pain after the procedure so I was able to return to normal functioning within less than 24 hours.
