Not sure where those negative comments derive from. My family and I have gone to this dentist for the past 6 years, even though we live in Fleetwod. The staff are nothing short of professional, caring, accommodating and kind. I would recommend this dental office to anyone in a heartbeat.

This is the worse customer services, the receptionist is scaring away new clients, she was rude and asked me why I left my other dentist! And when I ask to talk to her boss she hung up! very rude and bad place!!!

I am very happy to have Dr Candy and her team as my dentist! Her and her staff are friendly and care for your wellbeing. They treat you like family/friends. I look forward to continue being one of their patients. I’ve had fillings and cleanings done so far. Amy at the front is great as well! She’s very accommodating and was able to book me in last minute once she found an open spot.

Initially my family and I came to this dentist because it was close to our house in Port Royal, now i would come here regardless of where I live in the lower mainland. I have never experienced such a wonderful merging of professional service with such pleasant staff. If you are looking for a dentist, I can't recommend this shop any higher.

I had a very bad experience with this dental office, the dentist I think was Dr. Candy Cheung  .. .The office, I agree was smelly. If you happen to come in at lunch time, they ate at the back room and it was noisy. There was a woman there who spoke with very high pitched voice. If you're Asian or colored, you won't be served well. If you're caucasian, they'll give you heaven and earth. I don't recommend this dentist and at best, she can do dental cleaning but nothing else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cheung's at Queensborough Dental Centre for a good 8 years. Dr. Cheung, Paula, Kayliegh, Amy, Raquel and all of her team members (sorry I didn't list all names) are an amazing group of individuals that all come together and make my dental experience the best it can be. They are all highly professional, laser focused on your needs and genuinely care for you. I was taken aback by the 1 or 2 bad reviews. I do not believe that to be true or accurate. It is my opinion and belief that I have one of the best dentists - in the lower mainland.

Have had nothing but positive experiences here. The admin staff are very thorough and do a good job setting up expectations, especially concerning coverage with extended health plans. I've had my wisdom teeth extracted here and Dr. Cheung did it so effortlessly. My 10 year old has had his teeth drilled here and he claims to have not noticed he got injections in his gums. Dr. Cheung is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and knows when to defer to specialists.

When this clinic first opened, I sent my disabled son for check up accompanied by his group home worker. For several times, my son would be checked here and one time, when I had a day off from work, I told his group home that I will take him to this dentist. Upon seeing me, the female dentist was antagonistic, asking where was his "social worker" instead of recognizing me, the mother. She was condescending and didn't like my presence in her clinic. Her dental assistant, the loud mouth woman with Asian features commented that I should not be calling my son "good boy" for his patience sitting long in the chair. "He's a man. He should be called "good man." That female dentist and that loud mouth dental assistant were so prejudiced about a mother who they saw for the very first time, bringing her son along for his dental appointment. I paid for all the portions of my son's treatment and I paid for anything else they sold to my son's worker. I've never been insulted and the only reason was they weren't used to having me take my son because I WAS WORKING LIKE THEM!!! This female dentist with first name initialed C has very noisy receptionists and very noisy dental assistants and smelly cubicles as though someone was cooking noodles. This dental practice is very unprofessional. They also told my son's worker that they can go "around more than what the insurance pays" if they take my son to them and tell them he's complaining of toothache. Of which he was not. I refused to participate in such questionable practice. After the rudeness, disrespectful attitude towards me, Immediately, I told my sisters, family and cousins to boycott this clinic and they did. Will never go back. Hope this clinic goes down for their attitude.

Overcharged the patient. Had other professional opinion on how the patient was supposed to be charged but the clinic blamed it on the patient for not “having this discussion earlier”. Would not refund the patient. Would not go there.
