Very kind, caring people. Professional without being greedy. They were my dentist for 2 years while I was living in Queensborough. Sadly, I now live too far away and my new dentist isn’t anywhere near as nice.

This is a dentist office which subscribes to the U.S. style of care. Their primary interest is not patient care but profit. The doctors have at least been somewhat competent as they rush through their work to ensure minimal time is lost on their chairs in between clients. I had already lost my interest in continuing with this dentist but found myself at their office today to help me with a problem their expensive services created for me. I have been in need of an emergency extraction for well over 8 months and after nursing it carefully, the infection finally overcame me. I showed up at their front desk with a puffed up face asking for an antibiotics prescription. The first response I received was that there would be a $57 fee to see me. I responded by removing my mask and showing the clerk the extent of the infection. She responded by saying she wasn't going to argue with me and that if I wanted to see the dentist, I would also have to get xrays. The fact that a patient was in their office with a life-threatening condition seemed not at all a concern of theirs. I highly recommend avoiding this dentist's office like the plague unless you have a lot of spare cash and like being rushed through your appointments.

Everyone is very friendly, front desk accommodated me according to my work schedule. I got my cavity filling and during the whole process I was very comfortable and literally felt no pain or discomfort at all, even at the time of injection for numbness.
