Dr Tait is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful, and does an excellent job while being fairly quick as well as gentle. As I’m sure everyone knows, a gentle dentist is extremely important because of the type of job they have to do. His dental assistant is so nice and again, very good and knowledgeable at her job. She always makes sure I’m comfortable whenever I’m in the dentist chair. While I’m here I may as well mention Erin, his receptionist. She is so nice, organized, and will do what she can to make sure you have all the info you need about your visit, as well as helping schedule appointments that work for your schedule! Very happy customer over here :)!

We are so sadden to have had the experience today where they told my nine yr old daughter twice she *had* to take the mouth wash before she sees the dentist. My daughter told them twice she isn't allowed to take the wash. The assistant then threatened my daughter by saying "I will have to call your mother then" where she never did end up calling me to check, So it made it seem like they were just doing that to scare my daughter into taking the mouth wash. Such a sad experience as we really liked dr. Hicks. We won't be going back.

My wife needed an extraction after twice failed root canal, but the extraction appointment appeared to be mone than two months away, meanwhile the tooth kept bothering her. Our neighbors suggested us to call Dr. Hicks, we hesitantly called...in 2 hrs she had her tooth removed, we never expected a simple call could make such a big difference for her suffering, thank you Dr. Hicks.

Dr. Hicks is an incredible dentist and is wonderful with children! He is very calm, professional and just has a way with the kiddos! My little had a tooth extracted at the age of 5 and it went surprisingly smooth! Not one tear because Dr. Hicks joked and talked him through the entire thing! Amazing!! Dr Hicks is amazing. I have a tooth that had been cracked twice and was so scared after the second time that he would need to pull it. I’ve never had a tooth pulled so I was really nervous. He looked at it and said “oh, I can fix that”. An hour I was in and out. Very gentle, very calming.

Dr. Tait recently replaced his receptionist, and since that happened I do not think that the level of service is acceptable. They have lost referrals, and she has been extremely rude to my children. I think I will be looking for a new dentist and no longer recommend Dr. Tait.

One thing that I absolutely love about this office is that they do not up sell you for products that are not required. They want you to have the best dental and mouth health. I plan to be a patient here for many years to come! The girls both front desk and assistants as well as hygienist are all very nice and friendly. I feel at home when I walk through the doors.
