As someone who hadn't been going to the dentist until recently, the thought of going was very intimidating and I was anxious as to what I should expect. As soon as I walked in that went away. The environment is extremely calming and quiet, and you're welcomed with friendly faces as soon as you enter. Dr. Bella and her staff are amazing at what they do and always make sure the patient is #1! I have had amazing experiences with Dr.Bella and her assistant Sharon, they work together as a team VERY well and make sure all options are presented and understood before anything continues in treatment. I am glad I chose to get my work done here and would recommend to anyone!

I wanted to find a dentist who could fill four cavities for my six year old without using gas which our current dental provider suggested when he had a melt-down. Hi Tech came with great reviews, both online and word of mouth, but they actually exceeded every expectation I had. The clinic is located on Millidge Ave in Millidgeville so there's ample free parking in the parking lot. The signage makes it easy to find but it still looks like a home more than a clinic which made kiddo instantly less scared. There is a well-built, nicely sloping ramp for anyone who needs mobility assistance and the parking lot is very flat and well groomed. The doors also open easily which is a minor detail until I feel like a linebacker trying to get a heavy or 'sticky' door open. His appointment was at noon and we arrived about twenty minutes early with little brother in tow. It was his first appointment here and the receptionist asked if he was 'kiddo' and greeted him warmly. Prior to this point, he had been saying he was nervous and he had a belly ache from being afraid. The reception area is small but warmly decorated with a beautiful little tank with glo-fish and a treasure cabinet for kids. After initial paperwork was done, we met Sharon - kiddos dental hygienist. She made sure he was comfortable and within minutes, he jumped down from the chair and walked off with her to get x-rays with no fuss. She took the time to explain her mask and face shield and got YouTube ready on the screen with his favorite show (Rescue Bots). The free wifi is fantastic and allowed younger brother to watch something different on my phone during all this. Dr.Bella came in and kiddo took to her instantly. She's soft-spoken and took the time to converse with kiddo and get him comfortable. She has an impressive resume and taught dentistry in BC before moving here for a slower lifestyle. She explained the procedure in kid-friendly terms and after each step was complete, would explain what comes next. It's instantly apparent that Dr.Bella and Sharon work as a team and have a way with kids. Every time kiddo asked them to stop, they stopped the second they could. They also allowed me to hold his hand and help comfort him. When finished, Sharon took the time to watch Isaac mega evolve a Pokemon in his game (which was a reward for getting through his appointment) and then, both boys got to pick out a toy from the toy cabinet. They now own water guns! To say I'm impressed is an understatement. Dr.Bella took the anxiety away from kiddo and he's willingly going back in a couple of weeks for another filling!! If you are unsure of a dentist, I highly recommended checking out Hi-Tech Family Dental.

If your looking for a pain free Dentist and don't like needles this is the place to go ! Dr.Bella Panjwani and her Dental assistant Sharon made my dental experience the most calm and relaxed that i ever had going to a dentist and their kind, loving and caring people ! They kept asking me if i was okay as they were removing a bottom right hand side wisdom tooth ! They also gave me sunglasses to keep the light out of my eyes as this was the first time i have worn sunglasses while at the dentist and i found this really nice ! The place was really clean with top of the line equipment to make everything a lot more comfortable and with more accurate and better results for their patients ! They also have a nice friendly dog who wags his tail at you when he sees you through the glass door i think his name is Floss ! I highly recommend this Hi- Tech Family Denistry ! They are so amazing I haven't been to this Dentist in around ten years give or take and they went out of their way to help me out when no one else would and the pain that I'm in at this time and point as I post this to put it into perspective when a Doctor asks what is your pain level at the old 1-10 scale on a good day an 8 on a bad day 10 doesn't even put a dent in it my jaw has a infection so I need an antibiotic and something for the pain and they are so amazing that they brought me in when they didn't have to and God bless Dr. Bella & Shannon and the team here a very merry Christmas and happy new year

What a pleasant experience at the dentist's! The Hi-tech family is lovely and so welcoming. I have been there 3-4 times now. Briana was my hygienist and she was great at putting me at ease. The entire team here is so friendly. Dr Bella has done a great job with all of my dental work, competently assisted by Shannon. I was also impressed that Rhonda, at the front desk, remembered my name, despite having only met her once before, and wearing a mask both times. As a person with physical disabilities, it is also important for me that they have a wheelchair accessible entrance. That's not the case with every dentist in Saint John. She was so gentle and calm and great at explaining things down to laymen terms, that I instantly felt comfortable. Dr Bella and her staff are wonderful and their work is exceptional. They are accommodating and very patient. I feel my oral health is in good hands with this team and I do recommend them! My reason for the 3 stars, however is they seem to over book their slots and you end up waiting long past your appointment time to get your work done. On the rare occasion this can happen, unfortunately this seems to be routine everytime I have been there. I have waited either in the lobby or in the chair anywhere from 30-60+ min past my appointment time. For someone with dental phobia I do find it adds an additional amount of anxiety!

She then wanted to redo my root canals as she did not know what was done to them. Again they don't bother me so why would I. I was not impressed with her. I will not be going back.

Anyone in need of a dentist, please do not come to this clinic, poor service, lack of response. These are trying times and you want things done safely but properly in care of professionals, which starts from the front desk to the doctor. I was a new patient here and in the beginning felt very welcome and comfortable, however, as I got more services from them, upon the staff’s suggestion (of course), I experienced a different approach all together with which I was not pleased at all, I only hope Dr. Bella, can read and rectify the issues, but not too hopeful. Take heed and stay away please! **************** EDIT: Dr. Bella and Sharon took the time to communicate with me and rectify the issue. In fact, Dr. Bella had contacted me immediately and after several scheduling conflicts and long waits due to COVID, we finally got to meet. I did not want to delete the review rather share my experience with everyone. The team had acknowledged the mishaps and did absolutely everything to make possible changes to prevent it from a future occurrence. I am going to continue with them for my dental needs. A big thank you to Dr. Bella and Sharon for making me feel valued and comfortable.
