I've been going to Dr. Imrie for a few years now. I have never had any problem with staff, procedures or billing. everything has been very smooth. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I went in to have them look at my teeth which were aching , they said I had a cavity and I needed a filling . I made the appointment to have the procedure , I have had many fillings before so I wasn't worried. As I sat in the chair , the dentist took the needle to numb my mouth and with no thought he rammed the needle into the back of my gum so hard , I jumped from the pain , It hurt so badly I wanted to scream.After he removed the needle from my mouth , I started hyperventilating and I had a panic attack. The appointment was canceled as they said they couldn't work while I was doing this (hyperventilating) I later went to Dr.Watson who was so kind and intelligent. I was told that if the previous dentist had proceeded with filling in my tooth , it would've made it much worse because my tooth was actually severely infected and it had to pulled. If it we're to get filled , the infection would just be suffocated and it would travel to different areas of my body which could cause serious harm. I am so glad I didn't end up having that filling. Definitely do not recommend for anyone.

Don't go to this dentist if you're expecting professionalism!! They give out forms outdated by a year, when they have been sent new ones. They do not take the correct X-rays. They do not check off the right type of insurance so your referral is aware. They do not care that this happened to myself, so why would they anyone else? This cost us $150 plus gas out of pocket and nothing even happened!

Had to have dental procedure done and was scared and nervous. But it was all for nothing. Dr. Imrie was exellent! He was very kind and gentle as well as reassuring! His assistant was as well. She walked me right through what they would be doing before hand and gave exellent insructions afterwards. The office staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend Dr. Imrie and Valley Run Dental! HOPE WENDOVER

I hadn't been to the dentist in almost 20 years because I was so scared of dentists. Finally I could wait no longer and decided to give Valley Run a call. The receptionist booked me in for later that same week. Dr Imrie and all his assistants, from front desk to exam room, are awesome! They're professional and friendly and make me feel comfortable at the dentist office - I never thought that was possible! Dr Imrie fixed a tooth problem I've had since I was a little girl, when no other dentist would consider it, I'm so thankful. The dental hygienist Erin is wonderful! She knew I was scared and so she talked me through the whole process, step by step, until my fears were gone. She is especially good with little kids, she even lets them help! She makes getting your teeth cleaned an enjoyable experience. They took care of all the insurance direct billing for me, all done within minutes. I just can't say enough about this team at Valley Run - I love them!
