As I don't have insurance, often the dentist gets put off longer than it should. With a cavity, I called Canterbury and found they are reasonably priced and have amazing reviews. I got an appointment within a week (although I was offered one the next day which is amazing), felt absolutely comfortable and got x-rays done, estimates for cleaning which is booked for next month. I thought I'd need to have the tooth hauled but the dentist was able to avoid it. I'm rather glad because even though it was a back tooth, I like my smile in tact. If you need a dentist, don't hesitate to call here. The office is beautiful, the staff is friendly and comforting, and if you don't have insurance, it's one of the best priced spots with great service I've found.

I have been a patient @ this clinic since it opened in 2009. I have received most of my dental work through Dr. Tibbo - who is lovely with perfect bed-side manner. I had my tonsils removed, multiple cleanings - all great. Love their office space. Parking can be tricky sometimes as it always is in uptown.

Love this Dental Office. They go above and beyond, very knowledgeable and helpful. Their repairs, work, ideas and knowledge are Top ! I have been a patient for a number of years and eventhough i never feared going to the dentist, if you do, you will be at ease in no-time :) The atmosphere is comfortable not to mention the Architecture of the place itself, is stunning.

Ok.... so... I'm very nervous about dentist but John has made me feel so much better. Not because of his work(I can always count on that) but because of how real he is with me. He asks the hard questions like "if I can't fix this what are your ideal next steps" I have pretty bad teeth and they always make me confident knowing I can trust them and give me a real time line of what I will need done. Can't recommend them enough!!!!! I don't need a BS dentist that will tell me untrue things! I need a real dentist that will tell me the truth! This is what they do there.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! Everyone is so friendly and my experiences here have left me feeling JOYFUL when I walk out! I have had unpleasant experiences at dentists before, but not here, I reccomend this office to all my friends and family. The hygienists and Dentists are always so informative when I have any questions! They dont talk down to me and address all my concerns. I feel like I'm having a chat with a friend. Thank you Canterbury for being such a warm and welcoming clinic, I'm glad I found you :)

As some one who does not enjoy going to the dentist I can honestly say that all the staff at Canterbury Dental clinic go above and beyond to make you fell right at home I look forward to haveing them restore my smile. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend any one to Canterbury dental clinic!

The person operating on my tooth left to go eat because he claimed he was hungry. The nurse claimed she was unable to use the file to properly smooth the edge of my tooth! And for another tooth they grinded it round like a stub and it makes chewing so awkward. I would never recommend this place!

This is A very nice and beautiful facilitie and the service is very good from what I've been told from client's who come here. The location is very convenient for uptown Saint John. I will be looking forward to getting into see a dentist at this facility. The building is beautiful and you have lots of room to park. I honestly think it's one of the best in the city based on what I have been told from client's as well as research.

Modern facility that gives the impression the clinic is up to date in all facets of their business the second you walk in the door. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and gives a thorough explanation of each step of the dental process from appointment booking, to cleaning, check-ups and billing. I almost want to not brush my teeth ever again so I can see them more often, but that would be irresponsible.
