My schedule, and exposure had nothing to do with my bad review. Your reception staff took my personal health information from someone other than myself which wasn’t even accurate. Also, taking personal health information from someone other than myself is not even legal considering I’m not a minor. I also received 5+ reminders, confirmations etc before my appointment. Considering this all happens during work hours, I’ve asked reception before this; to only send me one reminder and one confirmation and that my paper work would be completed on my visit. This was verbally agreed and then not complied with. When I was called to “cancel” my appointment, going off of FALSE health information taken from a family member I don’t even live with; your reception would not even listen to me. I waited 3 months for a 30 minute appointment to be canceled and disregarded when speaking about MY OWN HEALTH. Extremely unprofessional on your reception.

I saw Sheila today for my cleaning and she used up some of her personal lunch time to do an absolutely perfect job on my cleaning. The fact that she is so dedicated to perfection that she was willing to sacrifice her break time just blew me away. I just wish I could have ethically given her a tip to show how much I appreciated it. The fact is, that entire office is filled with incredible staff. My dentist always has me laughing and feeling like I matter to her- and for as much as I hate having to go to the dentist, I can say with confidence that this clinic makes me actually look forward to it (within reason ;) ) Thank you so much for the professionalism, the dedication, the expertise, and the care. If you are looking for the best office in Nanaimo, you've just found it.

Sandy and the Woodgrove Dental team (especially Debbie) have created a comfortable and trusting environment that justifies my travel from Ucluelet to Nanaimo for my dental needs. Over the past ten years, they have routinely made accommodations and have demonstrated consideration. Additionally, the staff are all remarkable at the their vocations. Approximately ten months ago, I began the Invisalign treatment. At 38 years of age, I was hesitant about exploring options to straighten my teeth. The process so far has been ideal. Notably, the staff have habitually shown me kindness and have been innovative in creating a schedule that accommodates my travel. I wholeheartedly recommend Sandy as a dentist and consulting with him about Invisalign.

I had a couple of Appointments at Woodgrove recently.My First was a thorough cleaning from Rachel. She is excellent.The gentlest cleaning I have eve r had.Only problem is nearly falling asleep. It did not have the usual "jabs" that I typically get.. I also had some fillings done by Dr Sandy. He is excellent..pain free. This is a great office!

I highly recommend Corinne Bligh as a dentist who cares about her clients and gives first class dedication to each patient. I have never been a lover of freezing but when she froze my tooth I asked her, "Tell me when your ready." Her response was " I have already done it." She won me over.

I’ve been going here for 20 years. Dr Bligh is an amazing dentist. All the staff are friendly and helpful and well trained. Office is very clean with lots of natural light. My kids go here now as well. They are great with all ages!
