Today I was in for my regular cleaning. They asked if there was anything I was concerned about regarding my teeth. I mentioned my 2 front teeth near the gum line we're rough and uneven, and this area stained terribly. Dr. Chisholm took a look and said, well do you want it fixed right now? Keep in mind this was at a 5:45pm cleaning appointment, so it was almost 7pm by now. I was thrilled! Didn't have to come back another time, miss work, etc. Came out with clean teeth and a smile I wasn't ashamed to smile. Great work. Super flexible night time appointments. Great clean bright facility with all the new equipment. Fantastic!

My entire experience was wonderful! Great staff (knowledgeable, caring) and excellent facility. Dr. Chisholm (she will insist you call her Heather) is a fantastic dentist and I couldn't be more pleased with the work she does. I got two gold crowns down here and they are fantastic. Eagle Point is full of new and robust technology that not every dentist is keen/clever enough to adopt. I really give them credit here for being industry leaders and using the latest and greatest for me as a client. Britanny was an awesome DA to Heather and they both really came through for me! I hate to say it but I can't wait to go back to the dentist! Lol!

All areas of the office are super clean and the Covid protocols were clearly in place and I felt safe at every turn. The staff are very skilled and knowledgeable, not to mention nice and caring. Also, if anyone suffers from coldsores, I highly recommended that you try laser treatments - which they offer. It will either prevent your coldsore from becoming a full blister, or drastically shorted your recovery time.

As a retired dentist I know a thing or two about dentistry and dental offices. This is the office my wife and I attend since I retired almost 10 years ago. Dr Chisholm is a combination of friendly, efficient, and competent. Her staff is the kind I always tried to have. The one appointment in house digital crown fabrication is what I did for years and know first hand the value, quality, and convenience this provides. Few dentists invest in the technology and learning curve for this state of the art ability for their patients.

From the time I arrived until I left the care I received was excellent. I am a nervous nellie when it comes to dental work but my fears were quickly dissipated with the friendly and professional manner of Victoria and her staff. I was assured if I was in any discomfort to let them know. I was not. Absolutely no pain after the freezing came out which is almost a first. Their investment in technology and training of their staff allowed the implant and crown repair all be done quickly and efficiently at one location. I've left eagle point dental because I went in to have a broken tooth checked out and they forgot to check the tooth. When I said something to the dental tech she said the dentist wouldn't be coming back. The hygienist knew about the broken tooth, the dental tech knew about it and dr. Chism was in my mouth and didn't notice it. What a wasted appointment.

I visited the office twice today! First thing this morning to have a cleaning. Then they called and offered me a space availble in the afternoon. I went and had four old silver fillings replaced with new white ones. I only looked at them when I got home and I was amazed at how beautiful they are. I am thrilled and pleased with all the staff, the atmosphere and the care they provided. I was also concerned during these Covid times but no worries...they have everything in place to keep you and staff safe!

Red Flag ???? Heather Chisholm is crown happy ???? After a few red flags I decided to go to Lakeside Dental for a second opinion, I’m so happy I did . Heather Chisholm told me I needed my from teeth crowned . This would’ve affected my bite . I was in and out in one day after getting a crown done . My new dentist has informed me that it actually takes two weeks before a new crown is complete. With a temporary one till new one is complete. I am already having problems with the crown she done . It’s been a little over one year . A crown if done properly will last up to 20 years . This woman doesn’t have her Patients best interest in mind , her wallet is most important. Lakeside Dental explained everything to me and took their time . I have spent several thousand dollars on Dental work from Heather Chisholm , and is now being redone . Heather is not a trustworthy Dentist. ???????????????? Cher Hull - 1 Star ⭐️

Love that it doesnt smell like the traditional dentist office. My experience with freezing has been horrible at other dentist, here I cant feel anything after freezing. And my bite stays the same after having a filling.

Just had another appointment with Joan and all I can say is that she is very professional and good at what she does! She always takes her time to thoroughly do her job and constantly checks in to make sure I am comfortable during the process. At the end of the appointment, she would also take the time to educate and make recommendations on what I can do to keep my teeth in better shape.
