Very friendly, caring, competent staff. Beautiful offices. Dr. Tansey is skilled at handling my sensitivities to anesthetics and patient when the freezing doesn't take properly. I have been happy with all the work he has done on my teeth, which has been extensive.

The staff are great. They make you feel comfortable and welcome from arrival, throughout the dental procedures, and through payment and benefit plan coordination. The precautions in place for Covid-19 are very good.

Everyone at Dover View Dental are amazing. I have anxiety and panic disorders, and having things like dental work can be very difficult for me. I had two wisdom teeth pulled, a filling and a cleaning and I was relaxed and calm during the whole experience. They were great at working with our insurance and made sure what I needed done would be covered by my insurance. All options for ny treatment were explained to me which allowed me to make the best decision for myself. Huge tha is to everyone there!

The Dover View Dental office is the best Dental office I've ever had. Our daughter had braces 10 years ago she had had numerous cleaning in another city over the years. She had a cleaning at Dover Dental and they found some glue from her braces that the previous dentist office had never found. The staff are all very friendly, professional and explain everything very well. The front reception staff are also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this dental office.

Service is consistently professional. I feel welcomed here by everyone from front-desk staff, to the dental hygienist and dentists. I have been a patient for almost 12 years, and have been happy with my dental visits! Tried a different dental clinic for a few visits, but I still prefer Dover View Dental. Each patient is treated in a separate room for complete privacy and comfort. The warm wood doors and cabinetry are also wonderful design elements that I like about this dental office!

I highly recommend all of Dr. Tansey's work including root canal treatments, crowns and bridges. In the seven years I have been at his practice, I have always been treated professionally by all of the staff and trust his abilities implicitly. He has a very calm approach, which helps to relax you.

The receptionist here are terrible. As a student attending university I would not recommend this to any other student hoping to use their insurance to cover the costs. As I was attending school I was covered by green shield. Upon receiving a cleaning the receptionist promptly informed me that I no longer had insurance. This was a huge surprise to me as I was still attending school and I expected to be covered. I paid what I expected to pay (the deductible) and the receptionist decided that it was best that my file be sent to a collection agency. She didn't offer any payment plan or even took responsibility for their mistake. I am a poor student who spent thousands over the last year. Way to retain business. I have told people not to go there and I will continue to inform people of their inability to recognize their mistakes. I would give them zero stars if I could. Detestable behaviour

Everybody was friendly and really easy to talk to. There were able to repair a broken tooth I had, that day. The procedure was quick, they did a great job on the numbing (and as far as I can tell, a great job on the repair), and the price was really reasonable. Highly recommend them!

Such an awesome clinic, I have been twice now when it was an "emergency" and they were able to get me in right away. Most recently the emergency was with my 6 year old son who was not doing well with a swollen jaw and major pain. He was NOT being very helpful when the hygienist was trying to get the photos taken, but she was SO incredibly patient and so accommodating to him. He literally told me that going to the dentist is "not bad like people always say"!!

Dental work is expensive no matter where in Canada. Some insurance plans are better than others. Communist countries may offer free dental work but in Free countries we still have to pay for the right to make our own choices. As I walk into your office I'm treated like a family friend and wait with a free ( it doesn't have to be there ) cup of coffee. I always leave feeling happy about my visit and that my time in your office was very respected. I don't like having to spend money on my teeth anymore than anyone else, but I like my teeth and you take good care of them for me. Thank you
