I have really bad anxiety but people don't tend to take it seriously because I try to handle it well and they totally understood! So kind and also just there energy there is great! And I felt so much better after talking With them. and all things considered with having to be there aka wisdom teeth, I had a pretty decent experience for once at this dentist office, you were all very kind to me. thank you!

I've been a patient of Dr. Mc Kenzies for about 20 years. Her and all the staff are excellent. Dr. Sabrina is wonderful too. Dr. Kirk although lacking in bedside manner and a bit rough is a talented professional. All the hygienists are terrific. They are fallowing all Covid 19 recommendations without losing any services you need. Even my daughter who is scared of the denist is always well taken care of and leaves with a smile I recommend this dental office to everyone I know. If you have extended medical they direct bill.

Staff is incredibly rude, and do not complete there jobs properly leaving large room for errors and mistakes. And instead of trying to fix they insult people over them. Highly unprofessional. Sad they became this. When I used to visit with previous reception everything was handled much better.

Lovely, pleasant people. Appointment started promptly with excellent parking and access from road. Office was clean and functional and everything in good repair. Dentist was warm, confident and competent. Treatment options were clearly explained and I felt no pressure to move quickly with treatment. I will return to try their Hygienists next.

Lovely staff, nice blanket to keep warm. I had sedation for dental surgery and felt very looked after and cared for by all. Not your usual cold dentist. Would definitely recommend to all especially those who fear the dentist.

I almost wanted to cancel my appointment when I saw the 2.5 star review but I am really glad I didn't. Unfortunately I don't remember my hygienist's name but she was great, made me feel comfortable and cared for. It was really chilly in there and she noticed I was cold without me saying anything about it and offered me a clean warm blanket. She was thorough and professional with explaining what she was doing. Every one of the staff seemed friendly, their covid protocols made me feel safe, and overall I have no complaints and think this place deserves better recognition :)
