However, it is fair to say that this office exceeded my expectations by a far margin. Dr. Farshid Feizi seemed to be a real professional and his staff were really friendly and informative. I've had my front chipped tooth replaced four times by four different dentists in different cities. Although Brickyard have been cleaning my teeth for 3 years, I've been avoiding getting it fixed this last fourth time because the other three (from Kamloops and FSJ) were not great. Have to say that I'm so happy I finally decided to ask them to fix it. This dentist (i forgot to catch his name) is an artist. Even though my tooth is half artificial, it looks real and feels good. I'm so impressed that it's worth my first dentist review. While I'm here, I'll also comment that the entire office is a pleasant experience. Very genuine and friendly bunch of people. Well worth the drive from the far side of town!

This is the first time I saw a dentist without any fear, because I chose the right clinic. Doctor Feizi is super professional and patient. His assistant Alison and other employees (sorry I didn't remember their names), they are all great! I would be very willing to recommend them. In fact, I not only have to challenge the shadow of seeing the dentist before, but also challenge my language. Because I am a foreigner who is just learning English, you can imagine how difficult it is for me to step into an unfamiliar dental clinic, especially during this period of the epidemic. Fortunately, I am very lucky to have such a pleasant experience of seeing a dentist. Just because I met Feizi and his team, I thought he was indeed trustworthy by patients.

Brickyard Dental has been nothing but awesome to me since I started going back in December. I was going in for bad tooth pain and Dr. Feizi fixed it only a week later. Then, I came in again on Jan. 23rd for an emergency visit (they fit me in fast) with severe tooth pain and was told I'd need a root canal. I was told the earliest appointment I could get would be Feb. 1st. I was in a lot of pain and emailed them the next day and they made it possible for me to come in today instead! They really care about their client's comfort and it shows. Dr. Feizi even told me to email him if I'm in too much pain before my next appointment to finish the work I need done. I was really scared to go to a dentist before December but nowI feel at ease.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Feizi and his fantastic staff. As a dentist he has the ethics of a saint. I went in to see him about getting veneers put on my teeth. He examined me and said this would be an unnecessary procedure as my teeth where already great. WOW - I was shocked. He walked away from $8000 which I am sure 9 out of 10 dentists would have jump on all over. I have since taken my family into have cleanings and check ups and they all like him and his staff very much. If you want an A1 Dentist, who TRULY cares about his patients, do not hesitate to go to Brickyard as they will treat you right!

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist for some weird reason and I can honestly say my previous experiences have been rather unpleasant to say the least. But my teeth were at such horrible condition that they either had to be fixed or taken out at the age of 25. So I called my friend who’s father is dentist and he suggested I book an appointment with their office immediately before the things get any worse. So I decided to give Brickyard a try and booked an appointment to come to the Island and get this done. Because I live in Vancouver and it is hard for me to commute, the receptionist was kind enough to book me in for a longer appointment and since I explained the situation the wait wasn’t to bad either. When I got there I was welcomed with the friendliest staff who offered me tea/coffee among other treats. The wait wasn’t too long to see Dr. Feizi but while waiting I was extremely worried about the whole thing. They took x-rays and did a full check up before I sat on his chair. I felt confortable right away and he perfectly explained the procedure after reviewing my file, said he was glad I’m treating it early before it turned to a nasty infection and even explained the costs. I literally DID NOT even feel the injection and after that everything went easy and smooth, although it took much longer than I anticipated. It was a rather time consuming getting to the Island it self, but it was definitely worth it. I booked my next appointment with the people up front and for the first time I actually look forward going back to see my dentist.

I've been going here for a while now and always have the best experiences. Recently, my wisdom teeth have come in and one is pushing against my teeth causing lots of pain in two of them. I knew it was probably the pressure, but got a check up just in case there may be a cavity. The dentist and assistant knew it was probably just my wisdom teeth too but did an x-ray and a couple other tests just to be safe. In this day and age it's so rare to not be assumed fine and rushed out of the clinic!

Had previous bad experience with them for my first 2 visits where they burned my jacket off with some fluid and were unable to fit me in to the point where the temp filling they put in was breaking apart as it was only supposed to last a month. ( beginning of reopening after covid-19 ) Ever since they have been great so I decided to change my review . honestly they are very friendly , helpful , & you can feel that they are more a family than just work mates and that reflects in their work and cooperation. great work every time , zero pain ( they know what they are doing ) and they plan out what procedures you need and prioritize as needed explaining everything to you making sure you are comfortable with the plan Would recommend in a heart beat , everyone makes mistakes and they were pretty backed up when they first reopened

Recently visited Brickyard Dental Clinic, and I am very pleased from my experience. I would describe DR. Farshid Feizi as a professional with golden hands, a doctor with an extensive academic background, and most importantly a person with a good human heart. I was surprised how painless the whole process was. I haven’t even noticed how he injected for the local anesthesia. I don’t know how he did it, but I absolutely didn’t feel the needle. Also, the next day, I was feeling very comfortable, as if nothing had been done to my teeth. It can’t be any better. The staff were very warm and welcoming, they were very good with scheduling and communications. I was receiving several reminders during the week before the appointments, and conveniently re-scheduling my appointments when earlier openings were becoming available.

Fantastic! Believe me when I tell you I don't write reviews for anything because my mother always said if you cant say something nice.... well you get the idea. That being said I have never met a more courteous group of people to whom I would trust my dental services to..mostly because until I went there I would not trust my dental services to anyone. Necessity took me to their office and im glad it did. My oral hygiene has suffered due to a long standing fear of the dentist and today is the day I can finally say that fear is over thanks to the fine folks at brickyard dental!

Dr. Feizi is simply the best dentist I have had the honour of meeting. He is the benchmark of what an empathetic and caring dentist should be. As a parent who has put his children first, I have on several occasions had to forego necessary dental care in order to provide for my children. Most dentists who I have seen have looked down their nose at me, because my teeth are damaged and in poor repair, and then suggest only the most expensive options available to fix the problem. Each time this happened, I would walk away from them never to return. When I first met Dr. Feizi, I had several issues with my teeth that needed immediate attention, but I still had limited means to have them repaired. Dr. Feizi made me feel very at ease and I could tell that he understood my circumstances. He discussed with me which teeth were a priority and which ones could be saved at a later date. I had several teeth that were severely damaged to the point where I was convinced they would have to come out. Instead of making me feel ashamed of my situation, Dr. Feizi smiled at me and told me that he loved a good challenge, which made me like him instantly. My wife and children also go to Dr. Feizi, and when my nine year old daughter had to have her first cavity filled, we were worried about how she would handle it. Dr. Feizi was amazing with her and she came away from the experience with a smile and said that she did not feel any pain during the procedure, and that Dr. Feizi was kind and friendly. From the techniques he uses to minimize pain and his amazing staff who are helpful and always friendly, to his extensive knowledge of the craft of dentistry, there are simply not enough words to describe how amazing this dentist is. Dr. Feizi, you are a natural humanitarian, and I am honoured to have you as my dentist. Thank you for everything you do for our family.

Lovely office, very kind reception staff, caring about Covid safety issues and relatively scent free or low scent. The dentist I saw left, but the dentist who’s practice it is was helpful when I asked questions about work still needing to be done, so I will continue with this office. I really liked the hygienist who did a great job cleaning my teeth and was understanding of various sensitivities I have to scents and other things like latex.
