We have been going to this clinic before the new dentist came in. The hygienist (Val) was friendly and thorough. The dentist only came in for 2 minutes to confirm Val's observation of no cavities. They record your credit card info in case your not covered by another dental plan.

I am so appreciative of the loving care that I receive at the Moose Jaw Dental office. From the smiling reception to the excellent care that I received from both the dentist and his assistant, they made my first extraction literally painless. I had a terrible experience with another dentist in Moose Jaw and was very nervous about what this experience would be like. I did not choose wrong with this clinic! The hygienist is extremely friendly and thorough. Always provides step by step instruction of how to care well for my teeth. When I had the extraction of my wisdom tooth and a filling done at the same time, the dentist was considerate, allowing me to sit up whenever I asked. Took his time with the freezing. The dental assistant even had her hand on my shoulder reassuring me every step of the way. As well, they have a large window to look outside and a television overhead. Instead of a procedure feeling so clinical, it was nice to have those features to focus on. Just can't say enough good about the clinic. Well done! Will highly recommend to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Fletcher had me as a regular for about 10 years, but he seems to have retired now. The new guy is good, but not good with kids. I took my toddler to him and his method of getting her to open her mouth was for her to lean her back and let her scream crying. Not exactly making good memories for future dentist visits. We went to Main St Dental around 6 months later, and they were the opposite with our little girl: super gentle, friendly, and non-intrusive. Guess who won our business? Update: it's been 4 months since the owner responded to my review, saying that they'd get in touch with me within 2 days. They still haven't been in touch.

An AWESOME Dentist office to take a family. Over the course of a painful year, coupled with Covid, it has been hard as heck making sure everyone is in top shape. These folks were the ones to do it, they were amazing with my wife and children. Very amazing with our children, made sure that their comfort and safety was first and fore most (Right behind all the Covid procedures which are all up to date and very thoroughly executed all around. First time going to the Dentist in a long time, and had to have some extractions done. I was pretty nervous, and told them about my VERY limited dental experience. They understood and took dang good care of me. I don't honestly know how to thank you folks enough, see you soon!

I think I had a lady named Val! She was Very friendly, and really nice and did a great job cleaning my teeth! The reason for 5 stars is that I have a hard time with spending over 250$ foot sitting in your chair for less than 40 minutes to get my teeth cleaned! I was going to come in every 6 months but I think it will be once a year now! I don’t know if this is because I’m covered under two plans or what, but I think that’s robbery! Especially if that’s what you’re charging other people who are not on a dental plan!

Was great check up and cleaning. The dental assistant (not sure if that is proper title) was great at explaining what she was doing and what she found for me and for both f my daughters. Paperwork was easy too as they have our insurance info on file.

The woman that assisted with my tooth extraction was absolutely amazing. I wish I knew her name. However, the man seemed like he just wanted to get it done and move on to the next one. They said they faxed my prescription for painkillers, but when I went to ????????????????????????????????, the fax was nowhere to be found. So now I’m going to be in agony until Monday. Also, what is the point of an “on call dentist” if they’re not going to drop what they’re doing for an emergency. They also weren’t very descriptive with what you can and cannot do after a tooth extraction.

Why would your office refuse too mention at the time of booking an appointment,That no credit card means no service?.Your new owners are aware that some of us have 95% coverage!,And That failing to mention this is almost entrapment for service. Very poor practice,I hope this policy reflects in your earnings,And upon you in the community!.UPDATE! Talked too another member of the regina dental group.And was told that if you want too pay your whole bill cash,GREAT!.but they will not submit a e-claim without a credit card!.Odd thing is your credit card has nothing to do with your coverage,Or insurer. This policy is in place to charge your credit card,And your credit card alone. As for the response from owner,There was nothing posted on the door,And it was a little 5x7 card on the reception desk!. They are purposely not submitting claims without a credit card,So they can bill your credit card,And not the company.here is the information on payment from there own page as of 5:52pm 11/01.2018. 1.We can bill your insurance provider directly and accept assignment of your allowable dental benefits. This means your insurance provider pays our clinic for the portion of your dental treatment that is covered by your dental plan and you pay our clinic only for the portion of treatment that is not covered. 2.We can electronically submit a claim to your dental insurance provider for you. Your insurance provider will then reimburse you according to the allowed limit of your insurance coverage. 3.We accept cash, debit cards, Visa or MasterCard. No where on there home page does it say credit card is required to file a claim to insurer!...This was from there own site as of 5:52pm 11/01.2018.there is two photos uploaded with this review,One showing the policy,other showing date and time,As my camera date is wrong.

I have gone to first ave dental clinic for 39 years and as of February of 2019 that was my last time dr heather was busy so was asked if dr Ted could take a look big mistake first he was very rammy secondly and most importantly he is a liar he told me about four cavities that I had which I told him were impact marks from my wisdom teeth dr bob would check them yearly and said there is nothing wrong with them then dr Ted started telling me while he was clearly agitated that no they were cavities and that I had a pile more when I left I was asked if I wanted to book in for my fillings I said no and was asked why I said I don’t believe him now jump a head to November and I went and seen another dentist had my xrays sent over and also had new ones shot and low and behold I have zero cavities so I called to find out how many I needed fixing and it was 11 plus they were watching 2 so this guy dr Ted was going to butcher my teeth to collect my insurance money i had also been emailed and told to come in for another cleaning because my insurance covered it as far for what I see since the new ownership took over they are out to just make money not to care for your teeth I warn others to stay away and go get a second opinion somewhere else before possibly have perfectly heathy teeth butchered at the moment I have been in contact with the College of dental surgeons of Saskatchewan to have them investigate and with any luck pull dr teds license
