Why is your receptionist turning away potentially new patients? You do realize you just lost out on profit because your receptionist told my cousin to bring her son back when he's 3. He is 1 and has teeth. In what area of her position does she have the right to deny services? This is not up to her and it is unprofessional. I hope Doctors Povey, Prestie & Lazurko sit down with this woman and make her realize that it is not her call on who gets to see the dentist or not!

Took my 3 year old for dental work and Dr. Lazurko was amazing! His assistant was wonderful too. He explained everything and was kind and patient to my boy. Took time to ask him about his interest in dinosaurs too. Front desk staff was really nice too. Highly recommend this dental group, especially Dr. Lazurko.

In Extreme pain from a cracked tooth that needed extraction. Reception would not even book an appointment or help in any way till a missed appoinment fee of $52 was paid. I said i would pay on Friday but still refused to help. Zero empathy or customer service. Ah well, another business will make quite a bit from the thousands in dental work i need done.

The receptionists at this place are horrible. They are extremely mean and bitter-hearted. They have said cruel things that they have absolutely no right to say. After the years I’ve gone here, these ladies have treated my family and I with such disrespect from their nasty attitudes. Why are they still working here? I’m very disappointed but still proud to say I have switched dentists because at least it means I never have to interact with those ladies again.

EVERYONE in the office is fantastic!!!! The ladies at reception are always friendly & helpful, Dr. Lazurko is always efficient/friendly & Krista is amazing! And thanks to Tasha for the cleaning today!!!

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I always feel very well informed. Dr. Lazurko is professional, friendly and warm. I trust his recommendations and know that I am in good hands.
