It’s a really good clinic, they use the latest technology in detecting or treating issues. I was also really happy with my experience with Dr Valerie. She gave me a root canal and made it look easy haha. Super thoughtful and nice, and so is all the staff. Everyone is very polite, sweet and welcoming.

Went there for a cleaning. Charged me like double because the plaque was more than they expected...I've heard of dishonest mechanics; never dishonesty like this at dentists. They said they'd call me to reimburse me after admitting that it was inappropriate to pull a surprise charge at the counter like that. My friends had similar experiences here. Never again.

The best dentist I've ever had. Chipped a tooth on thursday got an appointment at the beginning of the following week. They follow the appointment schedule and offered me different solutions at different costs. Been going there for 2 years now and I really couldn't recommend a better place.

I have only great things to say about Dr. Byar and her team with their dental services! From speaking to the receptionist, to the hygienist, to Dr. Maria herself, it was only a pleasant experience. With McGill student insurance, I came in for a cleaning and wisdom teeth extraction (2 removals). Everything was done well and I only have minimal swelling on the area that was due to an existing infection. Dr. Maria is really kinda, professional and makes the whole dental experience less nerve-wracking for those who don't particularly enjoy it. I will be seeing her from now on. Prices were reasonable and I really appreciate my time there. I highly recommend everyone to come see Dr. Maria!

First time in my life i realized the importance of doctors after i met this doctor, i came to realise why we say doctors are like God. My brother was in swere pain with this theeth infection i was not able to see him in the pain . The things went too smooth after we went to this clincic and met Dr. ola maria. i cant thank enough this doctor for her amazing care and the follow ups she did for us after the treatment, she is great human continued to call us and follow up even on weekends (after the treatment) giving us the mental support since i was so worried. I had an excellent experience on my visits to the clinic. I was pregnant when I first relocated to Montreal and Dr Maria gave me an appt for cleaning and polishing on my first visit (which isn’t the usual practice) knowing I needed it since I was almost due. I needed fillings on my teeth and she gave me a pain-free experience. I could totally relax and not worry about any pain (after a painful birth!) at all. Her hygienists are also very patient and professional and I’m so glad to have them take care of my pearlies! :) Thank you Dr Maria and your wonderful team! ♥️

If you can avoid this place, do it! I went here for a routine cleaning after which I was told that it is imperative for me to get my wisdom teeth removed, a 3D x-ray, and cavity fillings in 7 teeth. I found this extremely strange, as I had seen my dentist a few months prior to this cleaning and he didn't mention anything about any cavity. My regular dentist did mention that my wisdom teeth need to be removed, but he didn't think it was an emergency. This clinic ended up giving me a 2000 dollar estimate and the doctor created such a sense of urgency and panic, that I thought I should get a second opinion from another dentist. I asked this clinic to send my file and x-rays to me and they said that they can only give me a paper file and if I wanted a copy of my own x-rays (paid for by me), I would have to pay 25 dollars. Apparently, sending an email is 25 dollars worth. Nevertheless, I gave them the money and got a copy of my x-rays. I consulted another dentist, who said that I didn't need fillings or the 3D x-ray, and the wisdom teeth removal was not an emergency at all. He also mentioned that the clinic had taken more x-rays than were necessary. I figured, it's a great way for them to dupe students and over charge their insurance. In short- please avoid this place, they were extremely unscrupulous.

It was a really great place at the Concordia location. Since the move to McGill they hired poor hygienists who splash spit water all over my face and who didn’t care at all about comfort level. Forget it if you are an international student studying in Montreal. One of the hygenists I had did not and will not speak any English. They recommend extra procedures and specialists which is fine and normal but then they pressure you. If you say you don’t have money for those treatments, the dentist insults you by saying don’t buy the latest things in fashion and technology and save up for your teeth and gums or ask someone who cares about you to pay for it. A bit judgmental don’t you think? Look for a nicer dental practice with a friendlier staff than this one. The only nice and respectful person is the receptionist. Unfortunately for them, NOT GOING BACK and looking for a nicer dentist.

In the past few years, I've been under the care of Dr. Ola Maria and her team. She is very patient-oriented and professional.
