Dernièrement ça s’est gâché; entre l’examen et la réparation, on me rapporte une carie de plus à réparer, sans radio supplémentaire... on refuse l’accès au parent qui accompagnent leurs enfants pour les examens et les réparations (prétexte covid) MÊME À 3 ANS on doit s’obstiner ... on donne un sédatif aux enfants pour les réparations mais on les laisse dormir 1h30 avant l’intervention, si bien qu’ils se réveillent et qu’on ne peut réparer les caries... où encore on annule les rendez-vous sous prétexte qu’on a voulu confirmer mais au mauvais numéro MALGRÉ que le client se présente... on essaie de charger un nettoyage alors qu’on n’a PAS fait de nettoyage... nous ne sommes pas difficiles mais nous n’avons plus confiance. Ils ne traitent pas les enfants avec douceur et sont clairement appâtés de charger à la RAMQ pour les enfants...

My son and I both went for a first time cleaning. This dentist prescribed such harsh medications (6) to my son. The pharmacist actually refused to give me a certain one because there has been no research on children under the age of 18. Cleanings were painful ! I was told I had 2 cavities. However they can’t seem to find which teeth it was that needed to be treated. I have been going back and for with this dentist for a month now. We still do not know which teeth need filling. They did manage to give me and my son included a 25 thousand dollar estimated work to be done. I have never had more than a cavity and my son needs Invisalign for gap front teeth. 16K for me and 9k for my son. Shame on you !!!!!!!! Money hungry business !!!! They put children at risk and they have zero patience for a child that is anxious. Totally disgusted !

I started going to this dentist 2 years ago. In In these 2 years i've never spent so much money on my teeth as well as having so many issues with fillings . 2 different fillings have fallen off and even after they fixed them , one has just fallen off again which resulted in pain and me going to another dentist , spending more money to get the job done properly . Very pushy with the invisiline on my 1st visit , which my new dentist explained i would not need to fix my specific issue... I will say that the staff is nice and the place is very clean but i will not be returning with the experience that ive had .
