This is honestly the best dentist I've ever been to!!! We went for my 2 oldest children, my youngest was with us as well as he has special needs, autism level 3 and the staff went above and beyond to help anyway they could have to have my youngest feel comfortable in the environment even if he didn't have an appointment that day!! The staff are so polite and my kids enjoyed their visit to the dentist! Definitely recommend this dentist to anyone!!!

Very friendly staff but 5 out of the 7 teeth they worked on im having issues with. One tooth wasnt filled properly so my nerve is still exposed so was basically a waste of money, they didn't properly clean some filling out from between a few teeth now so when I floss it gets stuck and pulls so i cant clean them properly and another tooth they applied to much filling so when my mouth is shut it's causing issues with the tooth that meets up with it. Great staff but am seriously considering switching dentists. As experts and dental work being insanely expensive and unpleasant I expected to not have so many issues.

Worse experience of my life, worst dentist i ever had, also waited 10 months to call me that i owed them a outstanding balance due to my insurance they guessed how much my insurance covered and was sending my invoices to a address i never lived at before. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

Today I went in and was given the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Quartey made sure that I fully understood what was causing my dental pain, and went ahead and fixed what was bothering me right away. Amazing service all around, highly recommend. Thank you! ????

Went for emergency treatment based on a call to the Moncton emergency dentist line. They got me in nice and early. The office staff seemed nice, but very busy and overworked. The dental assistant/hygienist was also very nice. The dentist however seemed to be rushed and annoyed by my visit. I felt like a bit of an inconvenience on his chair. He came in, had a quick look and feel of what was going on, and left me a prescription and told me I was done. He didn’t really explain to me what was happening, what they saw on the X-ray, or how to go about fixing it properly. I am sitting here, no sleep, still in excruciating pain, writing a google review. Needless to say, I’ll be seeking a second opinion when more offices open up....

I have been seeing Dr O’Brien for 10+ years and I scheduled my husband and I for check up/cleanings with Dr O’Brien 6 weeks before our appointment. When I made the appointment I told them we wouldn’t be getting x-rays and asked if they could still see us, they said yes. I called again a week before our appointment to confirm that we would still be seen without x-rays, they said yes. I called again the day before to confirm our appointment and asked again about the x-rays, they said we would be fine. We both showed up to our appointment and signed a waiver saying we wouldn’t be getting x-rays, we were put in examination rooms and the assistant went to get Dr O’Brien. When she came back, she removed the bib and asked us to leave because the doctor couldn’t do his job without x-rays. We were immediately escorted out of the examination rooms while saying we would pay out of pocket for the x-rays, but we were told it was “too late for that”. They asked us to rebook for a time when we could afford to pay for x-rays.. well, we said we would pay for them right now at this appointment, but they refused saying they didn’t have enough time to finish our appointment. This all took place over 10 minutes. We were in and out so fast that we didn’t even have to pay for parking. Take your business elsewhere. This office left us feeling humiliated and we will never recommend them or go back.

So happy with my experience here at Moncton smiles. I was in pain and went just to have my tooth looked at and right away they took care of it and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Quartey and his assistant were great! Did not make me uncomfortable or embarrassed with the problem I was having with my tooth. I would highly recommend them to anyone !

I was blown away by the service at MonctonSmiles. The girls who took our xrays were fun, cheerful, and engaging and Dr. O'brien was incredibly efficient and seemed to really know his stuff. Everyone was so kind. I highly recommend MonctonSmiles. My only issue is that we had some trouble with insurance coverage and direct billing that made a trip a little stressful recently but overall a great place to go.

Dr Quartey is the reason I switched to this practice! My daughter is also a patient here, and his demeanor and kindness really shine! He is patient and makes sure you know exactly what to expect.
