I really like Pamela Casey as a dentist. she is very truthful, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor.

Dr. Casey is not professional AT ALL. She lost me as a customer and along with several other people. Word of mouth hurts. DO NOT go to Dr. Casey, unless you want inflated prices, if you want to be told something one day by Dr. Casey and then told the opposite by Dr. Casey the next week. Save yourself the hassle. I had a horrible experience with her and she hides behind her receptionist. (Receptionist are the only ones that cares about the patients) Dr. Casey is rude, opinionated and doesn't keep to her word.

Very unhappy with the care given by Dr. Casey. We brought our three year old daughter in to see her, for what we believe is a cavity. When we first arrived the atmosphere was great, the receptionist were friendly and helpful. The dental assistant brought us in, and was great with our daughter, she is very shy and it took a few minutes but with lots of patience from the dental assistant she finally opened her mouth and let her look in. Minutes later the dentist walked in and the whole atmosphere changed. Dr Casey didn’t even give our 3 year old daughter the chance to open her mouth for her, she just automatically told me to hold her arms and legs and bend her back, saying she wasn’t going to like it but it had to be done. Which I would understand if she had attempted her in the chair and she didn’t cooperate, but she didn’t even have the time or compassion to ease a scared child into her visit with her. She was saying things that I did not appreciate. “This is my house, my rules” “have the biggest tantrum you want we will sit here all day” “she’s not cooperative” eventually I spoke up and said that if she had of been given the chance to open her mouth in the chair for her she would have cooperated. Dr Casey disagreed with me, I told her she opened her mouth for the dental assistant, which then she looked at her very nice very professional assistant and said “you shouldn’t have looked in” . Dr Casey seemed very annoyed and said she would have to be sent some where else, and referred her to a specialist, that would take months to get into. Very upset me, my fiancé and daughter left the room and I told the receptionist how unhappy I was, where she sincerely apologized. Which she didn’t have to because she was great. After we left we received a call from the very nice very professional dental assistant, who sincerely apologized and gave us a number to a dentist who could help us and wouldn’t take months to get into. We are so appreciative for the professionalism and compassion given by all staff,(aside from dr Casey) I’m so sorry you have to work under a woman who clearly has no respect for anyone.
