Had a great experience during my exam and during my procedure this morning. Dr. Kevin and Cassandra kept me entertained and feeling safe during the procedure. It's gonna be a rough recovery, but thankful for the great staff at Champlain Dental.

Thank goodness there are still professionals in Moncton worthy of this noble profession, where my child has been taken care of admirably and professionally, but there are also less good and even downright bad ones as this unfortunate experience shows. (Original) Je tiens à dénoncer l’agissement peu professionnel de cette clinique dentaire, plus précisément la dentiste qui était en charge de mon fils le mardi 22 huin à 2h pm, qui a refusé de soigner mon fils de 8 ans après avoir commencé avec lui les soins, sous prétexte qu’il criait et ne voulait pas coopérer avec la dentiste qui voulait lui administrer une piqure d’anesthésie dans la bouche, première expérience pour lui de ce genre chez un dentiste. Aucune psychologie infantile appliquée par cette dentiste. Ca n'est qu'un enfant ! - Première anomalie : l’enfant est séparé du parent et emmène chez le dentiste seule. - Deuxième anomalie: aucune explication ou psychologie de l’enfant n’est appliquée à l’enfant, la dentiste veut lui injecter la piqure sans prendre la peine de lui expliquer ou de rassurer l’enfant qui est seul. - Troisième anomalie : ’assistante dentaire qui emmène l’enfant est anglophone alors que l’enfant et la maman sont francophones. Cherchez l’erreur. - quatrième anomalie : enfant résiste et crie et pleure. Que fait la dentiste ? elle renvoie l’enfant chez sa mère et refuse de le soigner. Il aurait fallu demander au parent de venir rassurer l’enfant, mais non, on renvoie l’enfant et on refuse de le traiter, et même annuler le rdv de la petite sœur quelques jours plus tard ! Comment qualifier un tel comportement peu professionnel envers un enfant ? ou est passé le serment d’Hippocrate ? -Dieu merci, il est heureux que mon fils n’ait pas été traité ce jour, car il s’est avéré chez un autre Dentiste autrement plus professionnel et bon psychologue avec les enfants , que la dent était infectée et qu’il fallait donner des antibiotiques à l’enfant avant d’arracher cette dent… - cinquième anomalie: Comment qualifier enfin cette expérience , si ce n’est de la discrimination, puisque mon enfant et sa mère sont francophones et n’ont eu affaire qu’à une anglophone…. En plus d'annuler le rdv de la plus jeune sans raison! Dieu merci il existe quand meme à Moncton des professionnels dignes de ce noble métier, ou mon enfant a été pris en charge de facon admirable et professionelle, mais il y’a aussi des moins bons voire carrément mauvais comme le montre cette malheureuse expérience. Conclusion : je déconseille fortement cette clinique très peu professionnelle, la dentiste se reconnaitra.

Dr. Kevin and his team are amazing. I always feel better after a couple minutes with them (as I'm usually very nervous at the beginning of my appointment). The atmosphere is relaxed and happy. Everyone seems genuinely nice and welcoming. The service is great and you do not wait long to get in at your appointment time. Everything is explained clearly and the pricing seems very fair and reasonable.

I hadn't visited the dentist in years. I have a fear of the dentist. I bit the bullet and went for a first visit. The staff were great and made me feel at ease. It turns out one of my old fillings had to be replaced. I was in and out on my follow up visit for the filling replacement in 25 minutes. Parking is onsite and free.

Dr. Savoie is about making money and as much of it as possible. It has been a concern of mine since dealing with him and today it was confirmed. My 14-year-old was told by Dr. Savoie that he had 20 cavities requiring fillings. We moved to BC and had his file transferred to a local dentist who confirmed that he has 2 cavities requiring fillings and a couple other spots to keep an eye on. The public needs to be aware of this. Generally speaking NBers are not a wealthy bunch... Dr. Savoie on the other hand is!
