While receptionist and hygienist are nice. I dont like the false advertising in Groupon. I purchased both packages. One with take home whitening kit for myself and one with none. The pricing is more obviously with the whitening kit. It wasn't explained that is optional. I thought you are paying more than the other one because you automatically get the take home whitening kit. But it's not what happened. It's tactic of swaying client and getting you back to do more procedures then you might get the whitening kit. And dental assessment and xray included in the package is not a full examination. You will be ask to go back for full exam for $300+ and do other procedures. Well, Trillium Dental, I am not happy I paid more than what I got. Change that false advertisement you have or explain it in a better way. I'm not coming back.

Horrible service with no explanation of charges, compared to other ortho clinics, this clinic is money driven with triple booking patients at the same time. The doctor makes endless amounts of mistakes that at the end of the day you will have to pay to repair. Not up-front about anything, and performs her tasks in a mysterious way. Horrible clinic & strongly advise you to find an alternative place to go too.

I had some 'restorative' work done: a couple of cavities before they became a problem; a bit of fixing. I hoped my mouth would not be sore for a while after. It all went perfectly! The appointment was on time. The freezing wore off quickly. I felt fine the same day. Can't ask for better than that.

I just want to say I love my smile now. I had space between teeth and dr Tousi fixed them and made them taller. She does not rush to finish the task, makes sure the teeth are exact same size and beautiful. Asks questions about how I feel in terms of the size and bite and so on... I also had a filling with her. I did not feel the niddle. That was amazing part as I always scare of the niddle.

Scammer. Uses bait and switch tactics in her billing practices. Rather nice to talk to. But after going through everything with her. She was noticeably very smart which makes her so good at scamming people. There are so many honest dentists in Mississauga. Probably a better idea to go there. The dental hygienist was nice enough and the room where you get your teeth done has a great view. Still not worth it.

The receptionist Connie and hygienist Joanna are so friendly and great at what they do. On the other hand the dentist Dr. Zahra Tousi didn't feel like a dentist. I was there yesterday for my regular teeth cleaning and Dr. Tousi tried hard to push a product Invisalign (an expense procedure costing $4000). She kept saying I need to correct my bite because it's damaging my teeth. I have seen 3 dentists in my entire life and no one ever said that my teeth are getting damaged. On the contrary they always praised how my teeth looked and the way I took care of them. I have been coming to Trillium dentistry for more than a year and the earlier dentist Dr. Akbar was very nice, friendly and professional. She complimented me on my smile and my teeth and never said anything about the bite or that I need to correct it. When I mentioned that to Dr. Zahra she didn't seem so happy..Trillium dentistry does not feel like a clinic who has clients interest at heart rather it seems like a shop trying to sell expensive products even if one doesn't need it. Disappointing experience.. Definately not going there again. You have lost your regular client due to your push marketing strategy :-(

Entire staff is lovely from the receptionist, dental assistants to the dentists. I have had horrible experiences with dentist in the past which resulted in me not visiting one in years. After coming here, within 2 months they scheduled multiple appointments, got everything sorted out for me with no pain. Service, professionalism, and quality are all amazing. You can tell they aren’t in the business for money, but will genuinely advise treatments best suited for you. I highly recommended checking them out if you are in search of a new dentist. What’s the point in having one, if you never want to visit them?

I arrived to the clinic a bit earlier but they were very nice letting me in and accommodating, though they managed to have physical distance in place with other patients. Dr. Zahra and her team were very patient in explaining all details I asked for about Invisiline, bleaching and whitening. She advised me the best option I can have according to my teeth current status. The environment looks very quiet, calm and clean. I usually get stressed for no reason in dentistry’s clinic, but I was quite comfortable there and I am really happy of that. It was quite a drive for me to commute from NorthYork to Mississauga, and I was reluctant of changing my dentist, but now I am happy that I listened to my friends who are happy clients of this clinic. I had few of my teeth filled with Dr. Tousi and it was such a good experience comparing to previous experiences. I felt no sensitivity after which I usually do after filling for few months. She examined me pretty well and gave me her honest opinion about what needed to be done. Not pushy at all and she even suggest me to avoid unnecessary treatments. She was also reasonably priced and worked with me for the insurance paper work and claims. I will defiantly visit there again.

I had a really bad experience with another dentist and was referred to Trillium Smile to fix a broken filling. Not having insurance, it's a struggle finding a trustworthy and honest dentist that will actually help you. Dr. Tousi and Lubna were so helpful and answered all my questions, giving me a detailed analysis of what happened to my tooth and how I can fix it. I fixed it that very day and now have peace of mind. I definitely am going to return in the future!

Zahra Tousi, they were all really nice people and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. My teeth are now completely straight. After being told by other dental offices that I wouldn’t be a candidate for Invisalign but had to go with traditional braces. Trillium dental took me on as an Invisalign patient and it really worked out perfectly for my teeth.

I gave a 5-star rating quite a while ago, but I just had the dreaded root canal and had to leave an up-to-date comment. The root canal was completely painless. Not even any discomfort. The worst part was sitting with my mouth open. When the numbing wore off I felt great! Receptionists and hygienists are always friendly and helpful.
