Wisdom tooth extraction went amazingly and I had no issues post operation. Location is very accessible and the suite has been adapted to handle the new PPE regulations. I've been to this dentist for just about 15 years. From routine checkups and cleaning to wisdom teeth removal and braces, Dr. Dhillon does a great job. I've never had an issue and if something happed like if a bracket came loose with braces, they were quick to fix it. 5 star rating and would reccommend to anyone 100%

I first met Dr. Dhillon two years ago when my front tooth was knocked out in a workplace accident. Not many dentist offices were open on a Friday afternoon or willing to take any new patients, but my boyfriend called Pearl Dental Care and they took us in immediately! I was extremely nervous but Dr. Dhillon and his team were incredibly kind and patient. They fixed my tooth and it looks even better than before! I've had a root canal and a wisdom tooth surgery at this location and their service was amazing. I felt no pain during either procedures and had everything explained to me thoroughly and I felt very comfortable. He was the only dentist to have accommodated me for emergency dental care not once but twice during the COVID-19 lockdown without making me run around in circles and wait for appointment dates that felt like they would never come. His clinic has always been a clean, welcoming environment, and the hygienists were incredibly kind as well. He saw me just this weekend to remove lower wisdom teeth, and the procedure was extremely quick (only 30 minutes!) and I've healed much better than I thought. Our daughter was 3 Year old and suffering from severe tooth decay due to milk intake in the night. There was no other way than tooth extraction as per some of the dentists. However, we went to Dr. Dhillon as per a friend's advice. Just after the first visit we felt that we have been very fortunate to bring our daughter to Pearl Dental Clinic. Mr. Dhillon did every effort to fix her tooth. He is one of the most patient doctors and has been really treating our daughter in the most caring way. Our hygienist was Tania (Acadian French Canadian) with over 20 years of experience. I learnt yesterday from her that she sharpens her own tools (she uses a new set of sharpened tools for every patient) and that is why she is so good at her skill. In over 35 years of getting my teeth cleaned yesterday was the best and completely pain free session. This practice under Dr. Dhillon excels in hiring the best staff as he is also a perfectionist. If you value your teeth hygiene, go to Pearl Dental. By the way Tania talks a lot so your time will fly!! This review is gratis. Update August 6, 2021: I had a broken tooth two weeks ago. They took me in the next morning, performed a root canal and put a temporary filling. The root canal was performed so well, that I didn't have any post operation trauma or pain! This was on Monday. On Wednesday they took an impression for my permanent crown and put in a temporary cap. On Thursday night the cap came out. I informed them through the website and Nav (the receptionist) called me the next morning (Friday) and they took me in. Even though the cap had not broken and it was only a case of gluing it back (with temporary glue), they made a new one just in case and inserted the new one. Yesterday they inserted the permanent crown without issues, perfect fit, bite, etc. Great work Dr. Dhillon and your team! Update September 29, 2021 I missed Nav the receptionist but the lady replacing was extremely polite, patient and wonderful. Tania, my hygienist, is the best. [See January 14, 2021 update above]. She first treated me 9 months ago and I had black plaque because the previous hygienists (at my former dental practice) had not done a through cleaning. Tania took 90 min at that time to bring my teeth and gums to shape. Now, after following her advice of daily flossing and using my electric tooth brush with its built in timer for 1.5 min, my gums are finally pink, healthy and no bleeding. The staff at Pearl Dental (Dr. Dhillon, his wife & his team - Tania & Manpreet) have definitely transformed my dental health to a much superior quality.

I suffered couple of sleepless nights, called Pearl Dental Clinic as I live in Streetsville. Wonderful receptionist immediately booked me in same evening for consultation. Dr. Dhillon immediately found the cause of my pain and even though I was booked for consultation only, made time to begin work on my root canal to alleviate the pain. He even booked me next morning saying, "I just want to complete the process and not leave you half-done". WOW, in this day and age, most doctors would prefer to leave the job half done, so as to ensure a continuous flow of returning patients. My root canal procedure was completed within 24 hours of my 1st call. Dr. Dhillon's other staff - receptionist, assistant, hygienist - are all as friendly and caring as Dr. Dhillon himself, which is a testimony to the services they provide. Dr Dhillon is simple SUPERB, we have been visiting him since over 2 years now and every visit has been a pleasant experience. He surely knows what is best for you and always recommends the right treatment. He started with my 6 years old daughter who had 3 extractions and 6 cavities to be treated, each visit for the child was painless and now she has no problems after the treatment. My husband has had 2 wisdom tooth extractions with him and Dr. Dhillon has treated 6 of my cavities and recently completed 1 root canal with capping. Appointments and insurance paperwork has always been seamless. His staff is also extremely polite and very helpful. We are very happy with our dentist and will 100% recommend him to anyone.

Dr Dhillon and his lovely wife(who is also a dentist) are amazing and they’ll welcome you like family! My son is 8 years old with autism. I’m a behavioral technician so I’m trained to ease my son into things, but going to the dentist is the one thing that was difficult. He would scream at the mention of a dentist. So when my son began complaining of a painful tooth, I was terrified of how my son would react. Then to find out, my 8 year old son needs an emergency ROOT CANAL! I was terrified and I think Dr Dhillon might have been too(who can blame him!). Well, I had to buy my son a new Lego set but Dr Dhillon and his wife were patient and gentle with my son and then let him pick out a toy from their toy box after. They put him at such ease that my son is now asking when he can see the dentist again. After a root canal!! I myself have had root canals done here as well, along with fillings and other things, and everyone from the staff to the dental assistants are professional and polite. They’re as close to miracle workers as it gets. Thank you!! I can’t wait to get my teeth fixed too, as soon as the quarantine is over!

Intelligent, sympathetic and gentle:) One thing that struck me about this Doctor is that he is not after money but places emphasis on doing a professional job. In this age and day, a fresh of breath air I would say. I came across him by chance when my 8 year old son had a fall off his bike breaking and cracking his front teeth on a late Friday evening. I booked an appointment to get 4 wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Dhillon gave me his honest and professional opinion. He said I only needed to remove 1 and used the rest of my insurance to fix some cavities I had. This saved me a lot of pain and money. The procedure was quick and he did a great job. Got my tooth implant done here including bone graft. Dr. Palwinder is very knowledgable and experienced dentist. In addition to being very skilled, he got his procedure costs priced very genuinely compared to most of other dentists out there. Most important implanted tooth looks good.
