I went to this dentist a few years ago when I didn't have benefits - while getting stuff done they were great, but today I had to get a root canal they did redone because not only did they forget a root from the tooth, they used improper cement to fill in my root canal and the bottom didn't harden. I have since developed a bad infection and needed to spend more money to have it fixed. Funny thing is this has also happened to my family members who would go to this dentist - root canals, missed roots, infected teeth and having to redo the procedure.

Everyone at the clinic is so friendly and very accommodating. My son had severe anxiety coming to the dentist- due to covid restrictions I was scared I wouldn't be able to join my son, however their receptionist was very understanding and allowed me to accompany my son. After this amazing experience my son said he won't need me next time. His hygienist was so calm, patient and very gentle. I will definitely be bringing the whole family here !

This is the most amazing dental office. I had several crowns and fillings and did not even feel the needles, it was amazing. The cleaning of my teeth was thorough and gentle, white teeth at the end results. I highly recommend this dental office with their amazing staff. They worked very well with my insurance and a payment plan for my share.

COVID UPDATE: Went recently and they have protocols to ensure safety. Fill out the form before the dentist will see you. Staff are dressed in PPE gowns and masks. Rooms are cordoned off for future renovations. Rooms have air purification machines. Overall I felt safe knowing all precautions are addressed. Been here for decades and even though I moved out of the community, i have always stuck around. Friendly service by everyone including the front receptionist.

Amazing service. Appointment was on time and both Dr Sinnan and my hygienist Emily were excellent in their respectivw roles. Both went above and beyond and I was very happy with the outcome. Amazing family dental clinic. We recently had to go for an emergency exam and Dr Nofel was kind enough to accomodate both of my daughters despite the fact that clinic was really busy. I would highly recommend Mississauga Valley Dental Centre. From the moment you walk in you are treated with kindness. I was incredibly pleased with the attention and care by Dr. Zeyad, Emily and Maryanne. I have had some extensive work done and I cannot thank Dr. Zeyad for the positive experience. If you are someone who is scared of the dentist like I was, I will definitely recommend you book a consultation with them. I have been going here for 20 years and have been through a lot of dentists before Dr. Batista. I have never experienced anything like this dentist. He’s kind caring, stops to ask if your ok and does solid work that last for years. Other dentists think pain is just part of being at the dentist. Before I found this clinic I was TERRIFIED of the dentist. I had been stabbed, poked, prodded and cut, all without an apology. Well not with Dr. Batista. I can honestly say In 20 years he has yet to EVER do anything like that. I highly recommend him to everyone. There is no better dentist out there.

Since my first appointment with Dr. Nawfal Al-Hashimi I've been extremely happy with the time and attention to detail he provides on each and every visit. My treatment started over a year ago with Invisalign clear aligners followed by porcelain crowns and finished with a beautiful smile. I couldn't be happier with the final result and with all the fantastic team of professionals that took care of me during the whole process. Fantastic team, extremely professional and courteous.

If you are afraid of dentists, go here because they will change your view. I was terrified of the procedure I had to get done and it was a piece of cake. It took over 4 hours (over two appointments) and while it is uncomfortable to have your mouth open for that long, there was no pain before, during or after the procedure. I recommend MVDC to anyone looking for awesome dentists.

The dentist office is around the corner. In fact I went here as a kid. As you offer emergency dental services, today I called for my Mom. You chuckled and said “oh no, we are closing for the day.” In an emergency situation Miss. Receptionist, it is not good form to passively laugh as to indicate my request was extraordinarily unique or not without merit. There was still time until you closed and if you could not accommodate my Mom, at least have the decency to be professional and perhaps direct me to other resources.

For Dr. Nawafil Hashmi - VERY NICE DOCTOR. I am suffering from severe anxiety issues due to the current pandemic situation, and I was afraid of going through a dental surgery. He made me so comfortable, took out all my fears, and oh he is so gentle in doing the wisdom tooth extraction - I hardly felt any pain!! All the equipments used were sterlized and in new packets. The doctor infact allowed my husband to stay with me while he did the extraction just to make me feel comfortable and confident. I also got a follow-up call two days later my surgery, to check upon me if I am doing fine. Much appreciate such a positive supportive culture. Thanks once again! I would highly recommend the doctor and hospital. I will visit him again for more dental work! :)

Last night Tuesday night i received thd best cleaning experience from hygenist Sura. I have had countless cleanings but this cleaning was done with wonderful warm water instead of ice cold water. I honestly did not know that warm water was an option. This is my first hygenist appointment at the clinic since returning. Thank you Sura.

Dr Battista has been my dentist for 30 years .He is kind , funny professional and a pleasure to be around. He always makes me feel very comfortable and explains all that needs to be done .He is one of a kind and is very dear to our family .Truly a special person! Wow 5 stars for these guys!! What a great experience for both my 5 year old daughter and myself. The staff here have gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Friendly, welcoming, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this dental clinic to anybody and everybody, this was truly alll in all a positive experience. I’m incredibly impressed with the work and mannor of Dr.Nawful Al-Hashimi, kind, genuine; takes such pride in his work. This is the most amazing dental facility you will experience. The second You walk into the office you are greeted by amazing reception staff (Judith) who kindly go over the COVID question and sanitization . The waiting room is clean and cozy. My experience with Dr Nawfal has always been exceptional . Dr Nawfal always explains what he is doing and is extremely gentle. I always feel at ease there. My children 10 and 6 also love going to the dentist and getting their cleanings by Emily the hygienist. Emily is exceptional with children and patient and makes the whole experience relaxing. I have encountered everyone in this office and they are kind, and always happy and upbeat. I HIGHLY recommend this dental office. The over and beyond measures that they have taken through COVID will make anyone who is apprehensive about the dentist instantly feel relaxed and safe. Thank you so much to the whole team. We look forward to seeing you all in July for our family cleanings.
