worst experience. My daughter went for tooth extraction. Dr. didn’t examine. My daughter was in so much pain she hardly took 7 minutes to do the extraction. Didn’t prescribe any antibiotics or take care of after the treatment. Really disappointed ????

The last time I went here was the worst expeiriance of my life. This had happened before the pandemic. I had gone there to get my cavity filled. They noticed that another filling was not put in properly and had to remove and redo it. They said that they can't numb that side becuase they already numbed the other side. They scraped out the filling and put it back in without numbing my mouth. Worst and most painful experience of my life.

Dr. Gajjar’s dental clinic is one of the finest I’ve been to. My father is a patient of dr. Gajjar & every time he visited them he would keep praising everything about the clinic. I ended up going in as well for a check up and wisdom tooth extraction & honestly never have I experienced such amazing care. Right from the ladies at the front desk to all doctors. They make sure you are at ease and comfortable at all times. I was so nervous before my extraction because I was getting all 4 wisdom teeth out but Dr. Virk is just so great at what she does. Even the staff members are so polite, they are extremely friendly & I’m honestly so glad I ended up coming into Dr. Gajjar’s clinic for my teeth. I forget the girls name who assisted Dr. Virk during my procedure but she is so so so good at her job. I did get a little anxious in between the procedure but she was great at making sure I was always at ease and relaxed. I truly can’t recommend them enough. I will be telling all my friends & extended family to visit Dr. Gajjar’s clinch for all their dental needs.

I just had 4 molar crowns and done by Dr. Novin Sabzevari who is one of a team of Dentists at Dr. Neil J. Gajjar's practice. Dr. Sabzevari is a very skilled Dentist and I would highly recommend him. I was very anxious about this procedure but now realize I had nothing to worry about. There was no pain and the procedure was completed before I knew it. We have been in Canada since 1981 and have changed at least 8 dentists in first 20 yrs. We are blessed to have found Dr. Neil Gajjar. He and his staff has a very friendly & caring attitude. When Dr. works on your tooth one never knows when the tooth got extracted or when the cavity got filled. I would recommend him to any one and everyone. I have been a patient of Dr. Gajjar since 2004 for the removal of my four wisdom teeth at once. Since then, I have recommended my entire family and friends. The office has changed a great deal since then and looks modern and chic but the care and diligence of his entire staff has never changed. During covid 19, they have implemented great procedures to ensure everyone is safe during each visit by utilizing text msg / email for filling out covid declaration forms and medical history forms to ensure each visit, your information is always current and your health is at its best. They also do their best to ensure the office isn’t overcrowded by ensuring you wait outside until someone else leaves and they can then see you - without going over your appt time.

We have been coming here for treatment for my daughter under Dr. Sunjay Suri for a few years now and are very happy with Dr. Suri level of professionalism and proficiency. However this review is especially for Pooja who sits at the front desk and helped us with our insurance paperwork etc. We were very impressed with her level of commitment and involvement in getting our insurance claims processed, WITHOUT us following up. All I did was loop her into one of my emails with the insurance provider (who were acting up as usual, finding excuses not to pay). Next thing I know, Pooja had taken over and was replying to emails and making calls on our behalf. She used to then email us with the minutes of her call and who and when she spoke to. We were honestly impressed with her tenacity and work ethics. It is employees like Pooja Patel who make this place truly a joy to come to. Thank you Pooja!

Fishy business practices to pocket insurance. Dr. Chandradeep Virk told by observing the full mouth xray, there are many cavities and lot of work is needed. This was surprise as i had tracked all teeth situation and i knew she was bluffing. She did not give solution to the paining teeth for which i went to check and focused on growing business by showing scary picture which is common in Canada. Madam, i know aapne bahot paapad bele hai dentist banne ke liye but thoda sambhalke coz little bit of time and complaint may be filed for such practice.

I would like to start by thanking Dr. Charan Virk, who is a life saver for my wife, she gave us belief and all the reasons to not lose hope. It all started with one appointment of my wife with her at your clinic, where we went to see her to blunt my wife's tooth's on the recommendation of an ENT specialist who is in his 70's and considered to be an expert in our city. Many dental clinics refer their patients to him for the oral problems. My wife got a small blister on her tongue and seen almost 6 doctors before seeing her and every one said that that it is just a blister and nothing and it will go away soon. It was Dr. Virk after the appointment insisted us to get a biopsy done urgently, which we did and results showed that my wife had an early stage 2 oral cancer. It was a heart breaking news for my wife and the whole family. We started the journey of her treatments and now waiting for her final results. All the expert doctors confirmed to us that nothing was wrong with my wife except her, if we did not follow her instructions, we would have been still waiting for her treatments or biopsy. She did not leave our hand at any time and followed my wife's treatments very carefully and also made sure to answer all our questions without any expectation of fees or rewards. Doctor and the whole team is very soft spoken, sensitive, caring to the emotion of her patients. We are very confident that my wife's final results will show her getting 100% better and back to normal life very soon. There are no words to thank her for the good work she has done to my wife and the family but we always pray that she gets all the blessings and goodness in her life. Tour team recently treated my son also for some dental work and I found the doctor and the team to be phenomenal and a through professional, they take their time to treat the patient and never rush. I wish that all the doctors and their team members show the same sensitivity, compassion and helping nature which she shows. She is an asset to your organization... By writing this review about her I get emotional. I can write multiple pages about her goodness but I am sure you would get the message which I want to convey. Extremely disappointed with this Dentistry after two years with them. They flipped completely upon us on what was discussed on the phone and when we sat on the Dr. chair and were asking us to overpay. The diagnosis was not even done properly and they were haggling over the price of the treatment! The person who booked the appointment did a complete 180 on what was discussed on the phone. Surprised on so many positive reviews here. The could not even provide a receipt provide the details of service provided. Never going to trust our teeth with them.

I had an appointment on Dec 17th for cleaning and I thought It went really good untill I started getting gums infection after the visit. Swollen with throbbing pain. Called the clinic and saw the dentist gave me antibiotics and I let it go. But after 2 weeks again I got same infection, went to see dentist again about it. Dentist gave me antibiotics and asked me to pay for visit. Even after my request and explanation no apology or anything. I paid for my visit which they caused me and affecting my work too as its not easy to talk with throbbing pain. On top when I asked the dentist if they can fax my antibiotics to shoppers he said they can’t fax it. No apology or anything for the pain they caused me and my time. Such a disappointment. Suggesting everyone to stay away as they don’t apologize for any mistake they do and they waste your time.

Dr. Gajjar and associates have been my trusted dentist for over a decade now. I was in a huge amount of pain on my bottom left back tooth. Sonia and staff were able to accommodate and book me in for a root canal within days. Dr. Gajjar made it seem like I was only in the chair for a few minutes. He is that good. Couldn’t be any happier with the overall experience, dental work and dental hygiene guidance on every visit. Best in the business. Highly recommended!

First time seeing a dentist and the service I received here was 110/100. Would recommend people to visit this location for any dentistry. You will find all in one service just in one place rather than going to different dentist to do different work. Dr Virk was my dentist and she was humble and nice. Infact her entire team was good including the reception. For them patient comes first rather than money. Completely understood what I was conveying and also tries there best to avoid you from paying more. I recommend this place and I am sure others won't regret once they visit the place.
