My experience at Creditview dental has truly changed my self concept on how a visit to the dentist should be. Between the warm greetings at the front desk and the "spa" like setting in the back room, backed up with Dr. Kaplansky's expertise, positive attitude and charisma, I'm confident I found my new dentist for life! I first found Creditview dental when I googled 24 hour emergency dental service at 1 am on a Saturday night with major pain. I called and left a message Sunday morning at 7am. My call was returned by Dr. Brian Kaplansky himself at 8am. Who was more then willing to open the doors to his clinic and take me in on Sunday, even tho I'm not one of his patients. We found out I needed a root canal and he promptly booked an appointment for me and we were able to relief the pain. The root canal itself was painless. At the end of this experience I have already recommended Creditview dental to all my family and friends. And I would recommend them to anyone who's seeking a dentist. Lastly you will truly enjoy the state of the art equipment (messaging chair)!and the water fall in the operating room ohh and he puts earphones on me and plays relaxing music. The only thing missing was a facial at the end!!

I've always had trouble with the idea of dentist appointments- for shear fear of the sound of the drill. So apprehensive would be my self description for my mode in setting the appointment. When I first got to the office, I was met with much needed warmth and my nerves settled immediately. Everyone was very professional and kind, the office is a beautiful space- my teeth were thoroughly looked after, and I felt confident in the care I was given. I am extremely and forever grateful to Dr. Kaplansky. I flew over the handlebars of my bicycle and snapped off my front tooth. Although I was not a patient of Dr. Kaplansky’s, he drove out to meet me at his dental office on the Sunday afternoon just after my accident to deal with my crisis. Dr. Kaplansky was extremely compassionate and caring, and kept me calm throughout this traumatic experience. He was patient with me and reassured me everything would be ok. As a result of my accident, I required both a root canal and crown for my front tooth. Dr. Kaplansky was very professional and did an incredible job on the procedure. Thanks to the precision of his work, I left the office with my smile back, good as new :). I can't thank Dr. Kaplansky enough for the work he did, and I would absolutely recommend him as a dentist.

Dr Kaplanski will ruin your good teeth. They did lots of dental filling for me; my wife was scheduled for many more. I got a second opinion and she required none. My wife was given a rinsing solution that was for extreme case of gum disease which the other doctor said was way overkill. Should have checked RateMd before, many have similar experience like me. This doctor is punctual by the minute but that's the only good thing I can say about him.

This is the best dentist I have ever been too . dr Anna is highly skilled and very professional at her dentistry. I was surprised at how fast she does my teeth yet how perfect she makes them . ???? If you have children or are afraid of going to the dentist this place is the spot to go to! They all make sure you are comfortable. The 5 star reviews are all fake and one time users. You can also tell they are repeating similar vocabulary. Before you see Dr kaplansky for dental treatment, please be very cautious. He is a money grubbing sales man and only cares about maxing out your insurance coverage. He will advice you to get treatment you don’t need while your main issue is unaddressed. He is also known to advice patients to get a root canal.

I've been going to Dr Kaplansky for 5 years now. I must say, he is the most genuine, down to earth, honest medical professional I have ever met. He recognizes my weaknesses as a patient (low pain tolerance, anxiety etc.) and he works with me on this. He is always ensuring I am comfortable during my procedures. The best thing I like about Dr. Kaplansky is his honesty. He tells you exactly how the procedure is going to go step by step, what you should expect in regards to pain or no pain. He doesn't tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what you need to hear. And that's what I appreciate the most. Dr. Kaplansky did a phenominal job on my 2 front teeth. When I was 3 I had a major accident that damaged my teeth and I suffered through bonding procedures and ugly looking teeth for 30 years. I would never smile. I ran into an old friend from high school a few weeks ago. They said there was something different about me. I thought they were talking about my 200lbs weight loss, but no, they said you're teeth look amazing and you are smiling. Dr Kaplansky gave me the confidence to smile and show off my pearly whites. The teeth look natural, you would never know anything was ever done. He does amazing work. He is also very great with Children. Creditview Dental is the best choice I've made for my dental needs.

I have not seen Dr. Kaplansky for approximately 3 years as I moved to Abu Dhabi (which is 11,000 kms from Toronto). I told myself that during my next trip to Canada that I would see Dr. Kaplansky and ensure my teeth are still in good working order. Dr Kaplanski is always smiling and very polite, but frequently did not complete the work that was scheduled and frequently did other work instead causing a return visit for my children and wife eating our entire plan. All I ask is that you do the work we came for, plans are limited and we do not want to waste them. After taking my kids to a new dentist it turns out most of the so called cavitity work was needless in the opinion of the new dentist.

I have been attending the Creditview Dentistry for over 5 years. Dr. Kaplansky and the staff have been very thorough when it comes to their services, informative with my dental concerns and knowledgeable on proper oral hygiene practices. The receptionist Felicia is very welcoming, friendly and professional, she always tries to work around the patients’ needs and schedule. From the looks of it, the practice is fully equipped and capable of handling patient’s needs. It is clean and has Wi-Fi for those who need it. Dr. Kaplansky has completed some of the best dental fillings on my teeth. I can say this from the feedback I have received from the feedback I have received from other dentist. I travelled to the United Kingdom for a few months, and while there I maintained my routine check-up covered through a private insurance. I used to different practices and during my visit two different Dentist complimented the work that was previously completed by Dr. Kaplansky. They commented on the outstanding work of my fillings, and said it was considered some of the best they have seen. I look forward to many more years of not having to worry about the quality of service I receive, and enjoying the friendly atmosphere during the visits. Patrick

I used to be deathly afraid of dentists...but then I met Dr. Brian Kaplansky 34 years ago! Yes, I was among his first 400 patients and I truly believe that I still have most of my own teeth AT 68 YEARS OLD... due to his diligence and care! I never see, nor feel, any more than the very slightest pinch of his needles! Furthermore, his staff, especially Felicia, have always been most helpful and caring! For these reasons, I have moved from his locale, to Bramalea, Puslinch, Cambridge, Guelph and then on to Rockwood...and I still travel an hour each way to see the best dentist in the greater Toronto area! I dread the day that he ever decides to retire...because then I will need find out where he lives, drive God knows how many hours and knock on his door for help!!! ;-) ...PS: His care is so gentle that I've fallen asleep in his chair numerous times! Going to the dentist can be a difficult experience for many of us but I find coming to this office is like visiting with friends. It's a warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Being greeted by Felicia and having her take care of all my details from billing to appointments doesn't get any better. Anna is my hygienist and is gentle but thorough and does an amazing job. She has patience and is extremely personable. I've been with Dr. Kaplansky for many, many years and he has looked after me in the most kind and caring manner. I am not happy at all with the service and won't return. The hygienist has been argumentative with me twice now and Felicia is somewhat rude yet friendly. When I wasn't able to make it in because of a snow storm I was met with "people from downtown Toronto made it"...however they did so during the day and not at rush hour. Last night (January 24/18) I had a cavity fixed (hygienist did not tell me it was as large as it was nor did Dr. Kaplansky before the procedure) by Dr. Kaplansky and came home to two flat teeth and a badly (and I mean brutally) bruised tongue and cheek. I have an appointment with my family physician tomorrow.

I recently saw Dr. Kaplansky about a possible root canal and pain in my upper right jaw. He, over two visits, replaced 3 defective fillings and did a root canal on the problem tooth. I have had a number of root canals in the past and have never experienced so little pain and discomfort. I am very happy with the results, The professionalism of Dr. Kaplansky and his staff was exceptional. I will continue to use Creditview Dental despite the 40+ km. drive.

After putting off going to the dentist for far too long (we're talking years on years), a bout of persisting wisdom tooth pain caused by severe cavities in both of the exposed eights finally nudged me to look into getting checked out. Man, am I glad I did! My brother is special needs and is an existing patient of Dr. Kaplansky's, and I figured that anyone who treated my brother with respect and patience would be very understanding of whatever was going on with me. Not once did I feel judged or lectured about slacking on keeping up with regular visits or having problems dealt with before they progressed; instead, Dr. Kaplansky set up a plan to ensure that my mouth would be in the best shape possible for getting my wisdom teeth extracted. I didn't know what dental scaling was until my first follow up visit where I met Jass, a hygenist who is absolutely phenomenal! She described exactly what the process would entail and what to expect, and I was genuinely surprised by the visible difference after one hour-long session. By the second, all the nasty built up plaque and bacteria (enough that it was actually visible in the intial xrays - not exactly the most ideal situation when you're about to have two massive holes in your mouth!) was gone and my teeth were already looking significantly better than they had in years. Jass is incredible at what she does and I'm genuinely excited to go back for a routine cleaning with her in July! Dr. Kaplansky himself is extremely passionate about what he does and made it his mission to repair the numerous cavities riddling my teeth, including a particularly large, deep one in a back molar directly next to one of my decaying wisdom teeth. Over the course of two visits, I now have eight perfectly filled teeth, but what I really want to mention is the bonding job he did on my two front teeth. I've had splotches of discolouration on my upper front teeth since I was a child and just kind of learned to live with it, assuming there was very little that could actually be done to remedy the situation. Dr. Kaplansky, during my first filling appointment, managed to work some kind of magic that left them looking uniform and fantastic, including smoothing out a minor chip that I'd honestly forgotten was even there until I looked in the mirror post-procedure and noticed the difference. Truly amazing work! Special mention to Felicia at the front desk, who always greeted me by name with a smile and, more personally, hustled to make sure she got through to the oral surgeon's office given that they were scheduled to close within minutes of me ending my first filling appointment. She got through and ensured I had an appointment booked as soon as possible, along with scheduling my second filling appointment so everything would be completed before going in. Wonderful and friendly, she definitely sets the foundation for the caring and attentive atmosphere that spreads throughout the entirety of Creditview Dental. If you're like me and have been putting off seeing a dentist, I'd highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Dr. Kaplansky and his team. As someone who once had severe dental anxiety, I now look forward to my visits and couldn't be happier with the results.

I am absolutely delighted with the level of attention and service I received at Dr. Kaplansky's dental office. I recently moved to Mississauga and finding a dentist was on my to-do list but always at the bottom because it has never really been a positive experience for myself or my 3 children. I walked into Dr. Kaplansky's office and from the first greeting onwards going to the dentist was a completely new experience. I was lucky enough to secure appointment for all of us on that same day. The receptionists were very friendly and so helpful in filling out the paperwork for 5 new patients. The dental hygienists were exceptional in their care and were very informative when providing further instruction to my kids to help develop better oral hygiene routines! My impression of Dr. Kaplansky was equally as good. He was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable about the level of care he and his staff would be providing to my family. I cannot thank them enough for making this step of our move so easy and pleasant!!

In addition to keeping our mouths healthy, I appreciate greatly that they let me know when my dental expenses may be higher than usual (like a root canal and a crown) and they always submit to my insurance company a request for a quote for the special work to ensure that I'm properly informed of my coverage and of my out of pocket expenses before performing the procedure. I had an extreme fear of the Dentist. I had not been since I was 18 years old... 14 years later it had caught up with me. I was so incredibly nervous and in pain. Dr. K and his team put me completely at ease. My wife & I have been regular visitors to this clinic. Initially we were very happy with the services, but of late we are totally unhappy with the services provided by Dr.Divaris. The last two fillings we had have already come off for both of us and it's not been even been 2 months since our last filling. My wife was even told she wasn't taking care of her filling! The last time she got a filling was 5 years ago from another dentist and it was good all these years so we are really shocked with Divaris' reasoning! On top of this my wife was told to reschedule her appointment because she was 10 mins late. There have been times when we waited for almost an hour for our appointment and we never complained. This is totally unprofessional and we will never come again and we don't recommend others to go here as well.

I am not one that people would call "Dentist-Friendly". As an ex-smoker, my mouth was never a priority in my life and a cavity here or there, and staining did not scream "EMERGENCY!". My recent visit was due to nerve irritation within a cavity. Dr.K assessed not only where problem areas were, but prioritized these fixes to help me handle the expense of the work financially. He made the decision to heal the nerve damage instead of a root canal, and it was a great decision. I have gone back twice since to solve the highest priority issues, and he has suggested that I wait until next year to fix remaining issues since they are less significant. I am quite pleased with the way I was treated as a human being and not just a patient.

cant say much about Dr.Kaplansky as I havnt had any procedures done by him yet. But I am very impressed with Dr.Darren Kaplan and hygienist Anna. They are very kind, knowledgeable and caring! They actually listen to the patient and give honest opinions. Anna was so gentle and nice during my teeth cleansing appointment and Dr Darren is very experienced in wisdom tooth removal, got my wisdom tooth extracted here and didnt feel a thing! however , i do agree with some of the negative reviews here. They do tend to overcharges you, and the receptionists are not the nicest. They are super nice when it comes to $$ but have so much attitude when you want to reschedule an appointment since they schedule you in the wrong time! was a patient of here for 2 years but not coming back.

He tries to squeeze in extra services just to bill your insurance company. He will recommend unneeded work for you to overcharge you. If you question why, he will get really angry. As a new patient to Creditview Dental I was incredibly impressed with Dr. Brian Kaplansky and the staff as a whole. The atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and the process of accepting my insurance, booking appointments, and reminders were all easy. I had a bunch of work done, and it was well worth the time and expense. The sensitivity following was minimal and expected - Dr. Kaplansky's work was efficient and precise. What struck me most was not only Dr. Kaplansky's energy and clear enthusiasm for his work, but also the knowledge and attentiveness of the hygenist who saw me first. She gave me great insights into taking better care of my teeth that I had never experienced with previous dental offices - I was very satisfied and as a result my dental health and awareness has improved. Dr. Brian Kaplansky has been my dentist for more than 20 years and in that time has performed a wide variety of procedures and a couple of surgeries. All of which have been done with extraordinary skill and compassion as I’ve always been anxious about being in the dentist chair. He is honest about the work he’s doing and clearly explains how best to care for yourself after you’ve gone home. The team that works in the office is equally attentive and friendly. I have been a patient for fifteen years. I hadn't been a patient of Brians' until three years ago when late one Friday afternoon i phoned in with an emergency- i was suffering with alot of pain(infection) and i was told that they would contact Brian. He was attending a seminar out of town and drove back that evening to meet with me even after business hours and help me. Needless to say i have been a patient of his ever since. Dr. Kaplansky and his team made sure that I was very comfortable during the procedure. Everything went very well and I am thrilled with the result. I went to go see Dr kaplansky for a very minor cavity few years ago and I expected to have a filling done. He convinced me to get a root canal because supposedly the cavity was close to the nerve and could cause harm to my tooth. I went ahead and got the root canal done as per his suggestion. He then recommended that I get a crown. I left dr kaplansky and went to see a new dentist who reviewed the X ray taken before and after the root canal by Dr kaplansky. The dentist I went to confirmed with me that root canal was not necessary based on the image. Dr kaplansky obviously didn’t care about treating the real problem, he was looking out for his pockets and a way to over bill my insurance. Be careful of this dentist.

My wife had part of her old filling fell out. After reading the Google review, we booked an appointment and saw dr. Parneety Randhawa. She wasn't courteous and insisted to do a root canal without much explanation. We decided not to go with her opinion. We saw another dentist who decided to do just tooth filling without the need for a root canal. From the other hand, the reciptionist called me multiple times to get my insurance information even after I had given her the insurance card and filled out the forms completely. It turns out that she didn't copy the information correctly. Unfortunately this experience made me not to trust all Google reviews..

Dont be fooled by the fake five star reviews. This place doesnt even deserve a one star.The whole team is a fraud. My experience was very bad. Starting with the receptionist the white lady she is so racist.She said some thing which were so offense and racist. These people do insurance frauds. Even the dental hygenist and the dentist do the treatments that are not required. All they care is money "period".They have no respect for their patients. The healthcare authorities should close this place and cancel their licenses. Forsure im gonna lodged a complaint against these pathetic people. Shame on you all.

My family has been going to Dr. Brian Kaplansky office for almost 8 years, every time my family and I walk into the office we are greeted with smile from his wonderful receptionist Felicia. My kids never give me a hard time about going to see Dr. Kaplansky they have never had a bad experience and absolutely love Felicia! I am a new patient at Creditview Dental and I would like to commend Dr. Kaplansky on his ability to handle nervous patients who suffer extreme anxiety when sitting in a dental chair! A few years back, I had a routine root canal go wrong and ever since, I have suffered severe anxiety over any type of dentistry which includes a basic cleaning! When I first met Dr. Kaplansky, I told him about my anxiety condition and how my last dentist asked me to leave her practice as obviously I was wasting too much of her valuable $$$ time!! Dr. Kaplansky was very empathetic and during my last visit, he worked through one of my anxiety bouts in a professional manner -- showing much care & patience which left my dignity intact because these bouts are highly embarrassing to say the least! I would highly recommend Dr. Kaplansky to those who suffer from dental anxiety because the whole experience that you will have is one that is directed towards making you, the patient feel relaxed and stress free. The experience starts with "Felicia" who is the first person you will meet when you walk in to the clinic. She is not only warm and welcoming, but she goes out of her way to make you feel like you've been a patient for 10 years at Creditview Dental! Next there are the hygienists - who also understand dental anxiety. My hygienist "Dragna" was so calming and sweet! She assured me that she would help me through whatever I experience - if an anxiety flash would rear it's ugly head! And last but not least... there was Dr. Kaplansky who has gone out of his way to incorporate "special aids" into his office like: a waterfall wall and a pair of glasses that allow you to watch great TV shows like Big Bang Theory whilst taking the edge off the whole experience. Needless to say, these "aids" coupled by Dr. Kaplansky's witty personality, thoughtful nature and skilful ability makes him THE "Go To" person for us who for whatever reason in life... had to go through some kind of dental trauma that has left us fearful and nervous about dentists in general! During my first routine cleaning with his staff, I was greeted with a smile and excitement that I have never seen in a dentist before. They could pinpoint and clarify exactly where my problems were and provided solutions. I was scheduled in for the following week. You will be imidiately welcomed by a tranquil trickling waterfall, wall decals of playful swimming fish and warm and loving pictures of his family. While he and his team were at work I listened to soft-rock via headphones and focused on the calming decorations of his work space. Before I even realized what little time had gone by my teeth were finished and good as new! I experienced little to no pain. I was completely comfortable. I will be going back for all of my dental needs.

I was recently looking for a new dentist and came across Dr. Kaplanski on google. I was taken back by all of the positive reviews and thought I would give Creditview Dental a try. I was so impressed by the gentle dental hygenist Maggie. I braced myself for pain because I had assumed after years of not having my teeth professionally cleaned that I would definitely be getting a beating, but was pleastly suprised by how gentle and smooth the whole process was. The staff at Creditview Dental are all so friendly and always call you by name which is nice. Of course after not being to a dentist in years I had a few procedures that needed to be done and I got the pleasure of meeting Dr. Kaplanski. He really seems like a genuine, caring soul who wants to make your dental experience as positive as possible. Never have I had my cavities filled in a spa like environment. His dental chair doubles as a massage chair and he provides earphones so you can drown out the sound of the drill with pop music, which was so appreciated! Dr Divaris at Creditview dental is INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend her enough. Having bad dental anxiety and moving from Montreal, I was petrified of going to the dentist in Toronto. Becoming Dr Divaris' patient has changed how I feel about going to the dentist! I did lots of research for the dentist online before I decided to choose Dr.Kaplansky's dental office. I have serious dental problems--more than 10 cavities and some of my teeth need root canals. Dr.Kapalansky is very professional and caring about his patients. The first time I met him, he carefully checked my teeth and designed a treatment schedual for me based on both my dental situation and financial ability. I used to be very afraid to visit a dentist because of some bad experience when I was a kid. But everytime I go to Dr.Kaplansky's dental office, it was such a great experience! The reception was very kind, always smiles and makes you feel like home, the nurses always set things up in a professional way and my favouriest part is the massage chair and the music in earphone when the doctor is operating a surgury. Everytime, I just lay on the massage chair and enjoy the professional service from the doctor! It's been a year since I started my dental marathon, I did 2 root canals, 2 crowns and more than 10 fillings including the deep ones. Not one time did I feel pain or uncomfortable after Dr's treatment. Here, I want to say thank you to Dr. and his team again. It's them that has totally changed my life and made it much more beautiful.

Creditview Dental office provided good service to me and my wife, but they are very money hungry, meaning that they extend the issue to make business. A problem that needs one visit may take them several visits, jut to make money. More over, although we have full dental coverage, and never paid a penny for dental services in other dental offices for many years, they issued us a statement after several months asking us to pay the difference between their service change and what the insurance has paid them. They never told us for several months that they are accumulating a balance for us. This is not but robbery. I don't recommend this office to anybody.

It's no wonder Creditview Dental is rated as the best dental office in Mississauga. Dr. Brian Kaplansky is far and away the best Dentist I have ever had in my 58 years, and I have had some extensive work done with crowns....I've been known to fall asleep during a root canal ! Dr. Brian replaced one of my front crowns about 15 years ago and it has been like a rock ever since. So when my other front tooth needed work this past year, I had no qualms about Creditview Dental. I went in for a root canal and the dentist told me I needed a filling (took ten minutes) which he charged me 300 dollars for .. ( knowing I was working a part time minimum wage job with no insurance ) he told me it would heal and if I still feel pain that means I need a root canal , I came back for a root canal and he said it would be 700 dollars on top of the 300 dollar filling . My new adventure is Invisalign - and so far it has been a very positive and successful journey. I saw a new hygienist yesterday, Maggie (new for me) and she was great! I am usually very sensitive and cleanings are very painful for me - but she was awesome and I didn't feel discomfort at all. Thank you for being such a great place to come to.

Although the place is professional and efficient - the staff have passive aggressively discriminated against my mother, mocking her while she stood right in front of them because may be they think her english is not very good? I have gone in because of pain in my gums to see the dentist and signed up to be a patient after seeing all the good reviews, but in my first appointment, they failed to give me a complete exam (measuring gums etc) which, after doing my research, would have been vital in diagnosing or at least addressing the concern i walked in for - if I had not come in for a recall exam, i wonder when they would have caught that. that being said, she did address the major concern about my wisdom teeth i walked in for - by providing me with a referral. the dentist did not mention i had issues in my teeth - the hygienist, on my second appointment a few weeks later, is the one who listened to my concerns and took the time to explain what i should do/ what i have. the dentist did come in to talk to me and explained some things, towering over me, rushing out, but without even acknowledging that anything was wrong or anything was missed. if I had not asked for her to check my mouth again, she would not have, despite this being a recall examination. I am angry that I did not call her out. as a visible minority a part of me hates to make things about race. going to the dentist with an issue is scary and vulnerable enough on its own - and i did not feel heard. perhaps this is not a race issue - in which case perhaps it is just an issue of lack of giving the time and attention to the patient's concerns, not providing them with thorough care or providing preventative proactive actions/steps in that care. this has obviously just been my experience - others have clearly had positive experiences - although I see most of them referring to their experience with customer service rather than actual dental care. yes, i chose to keep this anonymous. -march 2021

I can fully smile again without holding myself back and has given me a boost of confidence. Had the worse experience with Dr Klapansky! He does not know how to do a frenectomy and completely misinformed me! Mistakes he made which another specialist caught and fixed: He cut the frenulum half way and said to do nothing for care, just leave it. Results: everything just healed back together where he made the cut and I ended up in an even worse situation where I could barely move my tongue! Said he would fix it, then when I went back, despite my complain, he said it's fine and he can't do anything. Went to another specialist who explained that you can't cut halfway, there actually should be like a diamond shape cut when done (which I didn't have w him) and you have to keep moving your tongue so it doesn't heal back together (like our bodies do when we have a cut). Had to pay again to get his mistake fixed it by the other specialist! Won't even admit his mistake!

Yay! root canal is over and out. Dr Kaplansky is fast, efficient, and a good listener when you try to talk through a dental dam and bite block. Very positive experience, in this my first go around. There is also some cool add on's which help to sooth your troubled psyche such as a rippling water wall, a massage chair and James Taylor singing through a pair of beats. Dr Kaplansky is very deft with a drill and I felt no pain during and very little after the freezing wore off. I would without hesitation recommend Creditview Dental.

I arrived at Creditview Dental for my regular semi-annual checkup. I have been seeing Dr. Kaplansky for over 25 years. An x-ray found an abscess, which Dr. K removed by utilizing all kinds of interesting dental procedures (even the other dentist watched what was going on!). The tooth itself was fine. Afterwards, I felt as if a cloud of calm & peace descended upon me; obviously, the abscess had been poisoning my brain for a very long time, without any obvious pain. I had booked an appointment to see Dr. Kaplansky because I was not happy with how my previous dentist that I had for 10 years had fixed my tooth. I heard good reviews for this dental office and was looking for a quality dentist I could go to moving forward. I have dental coverage and ensure to attend the dentist every 6 months minimum plus any extra dental work I have to complete. I had made an appointment and on the day of my appointment I had a work meeting that I had to attend. I tried calling the dental office multiple times in the morning and it would go to the voice-machine and whenever I selected Dr. Kaplansky's receptionist Felicia there would be no tone. Besides trying to call all morning to cancel I also e-mailed the office through the website to call me back so that I can reschedule the appointment and provided my office number. After a week or so I tried calling to reschedule a new appointment. Felicia the receptionist started accusing me that I had missed my appointment twice. Which never happened. I would never make an appointment in the time she said I did. One of them I did miss which I tried to explain I called for. She continued being rude and saying I was a no show twice and she remembered speaking to me. Not only is this not true but the tone of her voice was so condescending I could not continue the conversation. I work in a very reputable customer service environment and I lead my own team and train people how to provide customer satisfaction. I was shocked by the treatment I received from Dr. Kaplansky's receptionist. When I tried to explain that's not true but ok thank you, she simply said ok bye and let me off the phone. There is a way to go about things and that is certainly not the way for someone that's trying to bring you business. I will take my business and money elsewhere if this is how potential clients are being treated. This place should not have a top choice award by any means. The rude staff is the face and represents the business.

His dental office had a relaxing view of the sea and the beach and it was my first time to try a massage dental chair which was awesome. Obviously their 5 star reviews are FAKE! Compared to my previous dentist , this dental clinic (both dentists) charge extra and try to squeeze additional cost in to bills. They did it for me and for my wife. I do not like feeling cheated. Also, whenever I ask or question any procedure/surgery they get offended and defensive. I moved from My dentist to Dr Brian Kapalansy then I insisted to move to the other Dentist at the clinic Dr. Parneety Randhawa, she was worse! Not going back again. If you have full insurance and do not care about cost and additional unnecessary treatments then ignore my review.

I am very pleased with the dental treatment I have received so far at Creditview Dental. Based on the experience of three visits, I believe I have found in Dr. Brian Kaplansky a dentist who combines competence with compassion. I was suffering from pain in a tooth that needed a root canal. The receptionist Felicia helped me setup quick appointments to meet my urgent needs. From day one, Dr. Kaplansky made me feel comfortable. Patiently, he heard my TMJ pain-ridden dental history and confidently assured me that he can alleviate my tooth pain. I felt comfortable telling him that I am a high-anxiety patient and he did not try to invalidate or trivialize my fear of dental procedures. For my root canal, I was amazed to find that he could administer the anesthetic within seconds and without causing me pain. Thanks to his exceptional skill and that of his assistance, I did not have to take a single pain medication after my root canal. During the root canal, they made me feel comfortable by giving me goggles to wear and music to hear with headphones. Tomorrow, I will be going to get my permanent crown. Fingers crossed! Following the root canal, I will be getting two cavities filled by Dr. Kaplansky. I appreciate him not trying to push me to get the cavities treated the same day as the placement of my permanent crown. I do not like to be railroaded. Dr. Kaplansky is not a pushy person. I value that he combines skill with empathy in his role as a dentist.

Very expensive compared with other dental clinics. They are sloppy and they do unneeded treatments. They get frustrated if you ask them for details of the treatment that you are going to have. In addition to that they didnt allow me to stay with my 8 years old son while he is having his filling.

After a hirrible experience with a dentist in the past i was terrified and suffer anxiety. I must say this is the first time I had a dentist make sure i was comfortable and had great chair side manner. Throughout my root canal he checked my comfort level and ensured that i was ok. Brian Kaplanski is the worst dentist. A year ago he did a bonding job on my front teeth, it chipped twice and he messed up fixing it twice leaving me with crooked front teeth and that are not symmetrical and different colour. I’m extremely disappointed and upset till this day about my experience with his person and I thought I owe it to everyone out there to know in case you’re thinking of going to him, please save your money and your teeth! I would not recommend him to anyone.

Creditview dental office is very welcoming with Felicia greeting you with a smile and saying hello as you arrive. Dr Kaplansky is a polite, friendly and courteous man. Whether going for a check-up or more involved work he has always shown great care and concern for myself, my husand and my 3 children. He makes you feel at ease, especially when you are worried about a procedure. He listens to you and encourages you to ask questions and is more than happy to answer them. Along with this he explains any procedure that will be happening so that you are comfortable. Dr Kaplansky does not pressure you into anything that you are unsure of which helps you make the best decision for you. Any work that he has done on each of us, was of a high standard and did not have to be redone or adjusted later. As long as he is a practicing dentist we will be his willing patients.

Terrible experience!!! The machine had technical difficulties at the beginning of my tooth extraction and it stopped in the middle of the surgery. It should be the duty of the staff to check the functionality of the machinery prior to any procedure, and calling the technician in the middle of the pause in surgery and leaving a message is highly unprofessional. I appreciate the work of Dr. Kaplan but strongly advise the management to fix their equipment prior to surgery.

I haven't been to CreditView in a long time due to living far away but I've always had a positive experience there. The negative reviews stating that the positive reviews are fake is completely false. How would they even know. I actually had a very negative esperience with a different dentist when I lived in Cambridge that I insisted on driving the distance just to see Dr. Kaplansky. He fixed the mistakes made by the previous dentist. The office also allowed me to pay through a payment plan.

I never liked going to the dentist at all but when I went to Creditview Dental my attitude changed totally. When entering the office, the friendly service from staff and the warm welcomes made me feel more comfortable. When meeting Dr. Kaplansky, he is so easy to talk to and friendly. During my dental work he always made sure, I was comfortable and relaxed. I had to have two root canals done and I was in a lot of pain. He made sure I got in right away and wasn't in pain. During the whole process, I was pain free and I'm very happy with my new crawns and how they look. I wish I meet Dr Kaplansky sooner because I wouldn't of avoided the dentist like I used to. In the busy walk of life, we come across many people…some come caring of others as you… for which we can only say in response --- "Thank U” I know Dr.Kaplansky since 2013 every time he fixed the problem with Great Professionalism! 5 years ago when I have a very bad infection in my back tooth and went to see him he sort out the problem right away and fixed it. Last week again I have a problem on other side of my teeth I went to see him in Emergency and after couple of visits today I am pain free plus problem fixed. You know the Best thing like about Mr.Kaplansky he is an expert with a lot dedication to the profession and gives a lot of Respect and Confidence. His whole stuff see you with a nice smile don't mind calling Taxi for you if you can't talk after a surgery there. I went to this dental office after reading the reviews online but beware ! Not a good place to be. The reception staff is nice but the dentist was not knowledgeable at all. I was having severe wisdom tooth pain and she simply stated that I need to "take pain medication" and if that doesn't work get them removed immediately. I tried to tell her that I have been taken Advil for the past few days and she simply told me to get them removed. No followup, no advice and just simply trying to make money. And that 5 minute conversation cost me $200. Luckily I had insurance coverage. Thankfully after a few days, I felt much better and did not need to get them removed. Morale of the story, this office will try to take as much money as they can from your pocket. Avoid at all costs !

The appointment booking and confirmation process is simple and easy and up to date with technology. The receptionists are very friendly, in particular Felecia. Who can really say they look forward going to their dentist ? Well I can and I do. Dr. Brian Kaplansky is great. I had a root canal and a temp crown and each time the experience was the same which was fantastic . Dr. Kaplansky explains everything in detail so you know what to expect . He makes you feel reassured and dissolves any anxiety you may have about the procedure . He goes out of his way to make you comfortable and at ease. His dentist chair provides a light warm gentle massage and you are given headphones where you can listen to crystal clear great music . He checks in with you throughout the procedure to make sure you are doing ok. He is sincere and cares for his patients . It is like a spa type setting which adds a calmness that one needs during dental procedures. I can see why they won the Top Choice award for best dentist office in Mississauga . Dr Kaplansky is a caring and skillful dentist. I had severe pain in one of my tooth I couldn't sleep the night and I was taking pain killers every 2 hours. I called the office for Dr Kaplansky on a Sunday morning and they have a great system if it's emergency you can talk to Dr. Kaplansky at home. He answered right away and gave me appointment next day early morning while I am not his patient. He even didn't mind open the clinic on Sunday for me but He had an important meeting he had to go to.In the office, it was very fast service, very nice staff and great doctor. after what he had done in my tooth, I felt great with little to no pain and I am grateful for his help.
