Dr. Annie, Heather, and the entire team are incredible: they are able to answer any questions you may have and take the time to explain procedures so you always know what's going on. They offer excellent service, do amazing work, and every visit is full of smiles and laughter.

I'm so pleased with Eva the dental hygienist, she was sweet personable and gentle and made me feel comfortable and she did a terrific cleaning! The staff is professional and friendly, the location is clean with ample parking. The cleaning came to 200$ and worth every penny especially when your happy with the results. About two weeks ago, I saw Dr. Annie Thomas (Bristol Dental) for an emergency visit on a Saturday evening. As a result of a fall earlier that evening, my front tooth was pushed in. When I was unable to see my dentist, I asked my brother, who is a patient and neighbour of Dr. Thomas, if he wouldn’t mind showing her a picture of my injuries and letting me know if it was something that could wait until I saw my dentist. Minutes later, I got a call back from my brother advising me that Dr. Thomas was on her way to her office, where she would be waiting for me to do an examination and X-ray of the tooth. Dr. Thomas was able to successfully reposition the tooth and bond it so that it would stay in place while healing. I went for my follow-up today, and everything looks like it is healing nicely. It could have been a very different situation had I not received immediate attention. If I could give Bristol Dental a 10 star rating I would. To say that they went above and beyond is an understatement. When I had no other options available to me, they offered their help without hesitation, to someone who isn’t even a patient. I am very grateful and would highly recommend Bristol Dental for their professionalism and quality of patient care. Thanks Dr. Annie and Thomas

Really disappointed in the covid safety measures of this clinic. Not only will they call you endlessly (almost desperately) to get you in for an appointment. They do not care if you're not feeling well. I had an appointment booked for last week, Simran called me the day before to book me in. I called that morning to report that I had a cough. Michelle answered and I let her know that I'd be cancelling because of this. She then dismissed it and told me that its "okay" and I can still come in. She assured me it couldn't be covid because I confirmed my appointment yesterday. I was really thrown off about it but I decided to still go in. On my drive their I felt really weird about the response so I called to express my concern because I didn't feel safe going to a dentist that I knew was accepting patients with covid symptoms. Spoke to Michelle who then passed my concern on to Thomas who was very passive aggressive, he explained that a COUGH IS NOT A COVID SYMPTOM and they accept all patients regardless! I was in shock! He eventually just said "if you're not planning to come in we don't need to even bother with this conversation." I've since tested negative for covid, thankfully but to even go to a walk in clinic you have to have proof of a negative covid test. I understand that money may be tough in this industry but ATLEAST make your clients feel safe and assure them instead of offend them. I will not be going back here and personally think Thomas's licence should be removed from the ethics board and his staff undergo customer proper service training. I use to love this clinic because of the friendly staff and proximity to my work + they were very accommodating. I never leave bad reviews but this experience left me very great sadness and I will be looking for a less money-hungry dental office in the future.

We have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Annie Thomas and Dr. Laura's; both have been incredible in providing exceptional service. Please keep in mind when attending, any covid forms that patients are asked to complete are not the requirement of the practice, but rather that of the government. The best dentist I have ever been too hands down! They treat everyone like they are royalty and do such an amazing job! I have been going here for 8 years because it was close to my work but now I've moved to a job closer to home (Cambridge) saying goodbye to Dr. Thomas, Thomas and the whole team was harder than saying goodbye to work colleagues! I know it sounds over the top but they have honestly been that wonderful. My veneers are the best I have ever had in my life! Dr Thomas was very fussy about making sure the colour was perfect and did an amazing job! (I will be back if I ever need new veneers, check the website to see my transformed smile with confidence!!) They have never pushed any recommendations on me either. They always go above and beyond to help you. I will seriously miss going here and may even take the hour drive to go for my next cleaning if I don't find someone with high rating like this place. I have been with Dr. Thomas and this practice for 12 years. My mouth is a complicated piece of work due to damage done in an automobile accident. She has always had the patience to deal with my problems. Finding solutions for my mouth has often required thinking out of the box - and she has done that extremely well. The service is great, they are accommodating with changes required for appointments and emergencies. In all my years of dealing with them, I can definitely call them "an ethical practice." Just because your insurance covers it, they will not push you into doing a certain procedure - which is a common practice with a lot of dentists. That is a value which is important to me.

When looking for a great dental team, the Bristol Dental Clinic is the place to go. What drew me into coming at Bristol Dental was the close proximity to where I lived. I called them up to have braces done to mainly close the gaps, as both upper and lower set had plenty. The whole process of prepping my teeth for my braces was eventful. I had a limited time as I was leaving for a trip. They had two weeks to do an assessment, root canal, fillings, tooth build-up, fittings and installation of the appliance. I can say I may have just made me a bed in the office. With these in mind, with the help of the girls at the front desk, my appointments and payments were surely up to date. They worked to the tea to make sure everything went seamlessly between appointments; all with a great smile to greet you upon entering the clinic. All the doctors, dental assistants and my hygienist who were and still involved in the transformation of my smile are all very commendable. I cannot stress my thanks and gratitude with all the work that was done. And not to forget Mr. Thomas who is always there to check in the progress and lend support in the whole process. There are too many awesome people in the whole clinic to name one by one. However; rest assured, Bristol Dental Clinic will make your dental transformation as painless and awesome experience to have.

I generally do not write too many reviews but I thought that I have to put in my two cents worth about Bristol Dental Clinic in Mississauga. I am truly amazed by the care Dr. Annie and her team, including Mr. Thomas put forth towards myself and my family, during every visit, always ensuring that we are properly taken care of. I was particularly amazed by how Dr. Annie took care of my daughter who was petrified of the visit to the Dentist. But Dr Annie kept her in the loop during the entire procedure explaining each and every step and eventually making it a great visit for her ! Good job Guys !!! 5 stars from me :)

I tried this dental clinic when i moved to mississauga. It has been a very pleasurable experience for me. Dr. Annie Thomas is a very understanding dentist who is able to see the patient's perspective and treat accordingly. She dies her job with immaculate precision. She is also able to get specialists to her clinicfor any specific issue rather than asking you to foi elsewhere. The staff is very courteous and helpful and more importantly, flexible. I am so happy that my entire family are now going to Bristol Dental for their dental needs. I would highly recommend Bristol to those looking out fur an excellent dentist who is capable, understanding and friendly, backed by an excellent infrastructure and very friendly and flexible staff. My family made the call to Bristol Dental and they took me in right away. They finally figured out the problem thanks to Dr. Laura. He made it a priority and got me one immediately, this is something that normally takes 9 to 12 months to get. He assured me that they will take good care of me. They also always take the time to chat and listen to me! Dr. Laura looked after me and made sure that she explained each step of what she was doing while she worked on my teeth. I felt comforted and really appreciated the care she took. Whenever I see her she is always very friendly and she genuinely cares. I have had the opportunity to have Dr. Annie looked after me as well which was also another really good experience. The staff are awesome and the services provided are excellent! Thank you to the receptionists , hygienists, dentists and everyone else involved in making the clinic a great one! The best team!

HORRIBLE DENTAL CLINIC, DEFINITELY A PLACE YOU NEED TO AVOID. Went there for initial consultation for partial snap on smile, waited 1 hour 45 minutes even though I had a scheduled appointment. I reside over 50 km away and prefer to complete what is necessary such as fitting during the initial appointment, which is always done for snap on smile during the initial appointment, the dentist started showing patient files for whom she ordered snap on smile. Personal patient info and pictures were shown during the appointment (definitely a breach of personal information). They kept saying they’re not able to bill my insurance for the initial consultation appointment, I gave them my credit card and told them to call the insurance company the next day for assistance in billing since it was already past 7pm , if they still can’t bill then they can charge my cc. Now I was told to come in for another visit for fitting. This visit was horrible, the dentist’s gloves smelled moldy and the room had paper towel , dust bunnies everywhere, the dentist kept repeating the fitting process because her and her assistant weren’t putting enough putty to take a proper mold, repeated over 3 times. The dentist will send it to the lab to confirm if they will be able to make my mold. I was asked to pay $1500 even though the lab hasn’t confirmed that they will be able to make my mold. Other dentists take a deposit ( the lab fee) upfront but not 50% of the cost. So I gave them my credit , and they refused to bill my insurance first, they said they will bill my insurance for the other 50% when I pick up the appliance ( that’s if I get an appliance the lab didn’t confirm they can make the mold). They then said the cost may vary depending on what the lab says. At that point I paid $1500 on my cc and wanted to just leave because I was there for almost 2 hrs . The whole thing didn’t feel right so I called the next day and told them I don’t want to continue the process. The owner said he’s not sure if he can refund me the 1500 I paid he needs to review things. He called me back saying that I took up the dentist’s time and need to pay the same amount I paid during my initial visit. This place is just out to get people’s money, during the initial visit they should’ve done the fitting but wasted my time. He said he will deduct a consultation fee and whatever else from $1500 and refund the rest. I disagreed and wanted my full 1$500, I called my insurance told them the issue ,my insurance covered the second consultation fee for this dentist so I can get my $1500 back. So basically this dentist maxed out my consultation visits for the year. The owner refunded me the money. On my insurance statement I noticed that the dentist tried to bill my insurance multiple times without my consent , thankfully those claims were rejected. I forgot to mention during the process of getting my refund there were multiple calls made to the owner he was rude and I had to request my invoice and proof of refund multiple times. Few weeks ago I got an email from them saying they never received the consultation fee payment from my insurance, to be cautious my insurance directed the claim payment to me because like I said the dentist was putting in claims without my consent, paid them for that second consultation fee even-though they shouldn’t be charging a 2nd consultation appointment fee. RESPONSE TO OWNER: The insurance diverted the $130.00 claim payment to my account due to your clinic putting through unauthorized claims please see attached photos, also see attached message indicating that your clinic didn't respond to my inquiry about pursuing the treatment, which I wasn't planning to do but wanted to see how you find a way to overcharge. The reason I posted the review a few weeks ago is because I remembered the horrible service I got when you reached out to me stating you haven't received payment for the additional consultation appointment you decided to bill me for. You indicated you don't refund deposit, please clarify the reason why you charge for a service that wasn't rendered.

I have been seeing Dr.Thomas for over 10 years! I have never needed emergency work and only a few cavities. The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. The office keeps great notes, and is always very clean. I do have benefits so can't comment on pricing, but can you put a price on price of mind? The Hygenisits that do the cleanings are gentle, kind and can accommodate my personal quirks(I don't like the polishing so no rinse, just do it!) I would highly recommend Bristol Dental.
