I first seen the doctor in December or January. Admittedly it had been awhile since j had been to the dentist as I have had horror experiences. Overall the first experience was fairly okay at first. I had quite a few fillings he did the work. My bite was off after the fillings and I was in alot of pain. I called in and they booked me in next day. Where I was told that because i clench and there is wear on my teeth from all the pressure that he was trying to build up my bite. Sounds okay. But someone I felt like it was my fault that my bite was off. My front tooth was chipped and filled in this session and rubbing on the bottom.tooth after. He grinded down the tooth too much and I left there with my front tooth literally frowning. I called immediately and was told my receptionist that they would fix it. Now I work on contract I just can't take days or time off whenever I want. I changed jobs and can't be taking off time when i just started a new job. So finally today I was able to make it in after work. This is where I became very unsatisfied. I sat in the chair. He asked me how I was doing..not too good i dont like the dentist cause ive had very unpleasant experiences and my tooth has been frowning since I left here. He says that's impossible your filling must have come out. Not acknowledging or taking ownership for the poor workmanship. Also somewhere in this very quick meeting before I stormed off he says that it must have been this or that. Even after I told him it was like this since I left after the first visit. I didnt notice at the time until the later that night when i was brushing my teeth...So i called the next morning. Needless to say....He refused to acknowledge that maybe just maybe he had made a mistake. It happens. I would have understood but to again make me feel like i somehow was responsible for this. No thanks. I'll find myself a new dentist.

Must say hands down best dentist N office ever. They made me feel comfortable and safe. I even had a laugh. My experience was more then perfect fast and a great price for the work done.. Thanks to your team I can finally sleep and eat once again..

Great experience so far! Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and try their best to take care of the patients. Would absolutely recommend to others. They also do direct insurance billing which is a huge plus.

First time at Midland Dental one of the cleanest and most hygienic places I have ever been in. Went in for a check up and got some xrays and noticed a cavity right away, fixed my tooth while making me feel comfortable. Nice to see on the fb group, my dental team enjoying drinks at their "training" sessions to help their patients! Every day on the radio this week, I heard them state on their commercial that they are always there for emergency appointments. I called at the beginning of this week in great pain, and left a message in the afternoon. The voice mail stated that they were on a training session to "better" serve their clients and that they would be checking their messages daily for any emergencies. After 5 calls and over 2 days of waiting for a response, there was none and now it's late Friday and still nothing. In the meantime, I had to schedule another dental appointment and wait several more days. I have been in excruciating pain and turns out I have an abscess which is actually a very serious medical condition. While my defences were down, I caught the flu and have had ZERO energy to complete any menial tasks and have been bedridden. I haven't been able to eat or sleep or even brush/floss my teeth due to the pain and discomfort. I may now lose the tooth and have been referred to a specialist. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE QUARTZ COUNTERTOPS AND MODERN DECOR!! ONE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!! I also failed to mention that during my cleaning there in the fall, the hygienist asked me if I had any problems. I told her about pain in the aforementioned tooth and she told me it was probably nothing without even getting the dentist to look at it.

everyone here is incredibly nice and comforting! they've also given me way more information about the science behind teeth cleaning than any other dentist i've been too. i highly recommend, especially if you usually fear dentist offices :)

I seen this dentist about 4 months ago, knowing it had been a while. I have never had any major problems with my teeth besides being crooked, that being said he had a plan of 3 filling on every corner of my mouth which was a huge surprise to me considering. I got 3 done. i ended up getting one tooth pulled and a few months later have lost a filling. i have since sought out a second opinion. Which has told me my teeth all seem fine, no noticable problems, and now have to make a emergency appointment with the new dentist to get my fillings all fixed. she also recommended i get ALL of my fillings redone. not impressed at all. however if i could rate the front desk staff i would give her 5 stars as she is always very sympathetic to all and very kind.

I found the staff all very friendly and professional. I called in the morning and was fortunate enough to be fit in that day due to a cancellation--something I really appreciated when trying to make appointments fit into a very busy schedule. Lovely office, bright and very clean. Offered refreshments. Lots of laughter shows a positive work culture--nice to see. They treated everyone with kindness and respect and seemed to have a great rapport with the patients as well as coworkers.

I was worried after spending some years avoiding the dentist that I would have a difficult time but Midland Smile Solutions is such a clean, professional, welcoming environment (despite the pandemic) it has turned going to the dentist into a fun time. They use modern technology, and a lot of sanitation protocols. Would 100% recommend.

I was at Midland Smile Solutions yesterday for a few fillings and it was honestly a great experience. Kelly at the front was very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Nari's assistant was caring and always made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Nari made the experience completely pain free and quick, he is knowledgeable and professional. I will certainly be back and highly recommend him and his team to all of my family and friends!

Although I was nervious they calmed very quickly. I had broke more than half of my front tooth and called them just after it happened and they took me in the same day. Very disappointed in the level of care. Went in for one problem, and was told I needed something completely unrelated. I overheard them talking about my insurance coverage outside the room. Very unprofessional. Clearly just in it for the money and not their patients well being. Stay away from this office if you want an honest dentist.

The dentist I was with today made me feel completely at ease understood the anxiety medication I was taking and the appropriate sedation affect that would be needed for my current meds I would highly recommend him and his associates to Anyone who has these fears. I even agreed to a second appointment next week. Which never happens! I felt calm and safe. I will never be going anywhere else now that I have dealt with these caring groups of people.

If you’re looking for dentist north of Barrie, go to Midland Smile Solutions. I’ve had the same dentist my entire life but I decided to switch out of convenience and so glad I did! From the moment you walk in you feel at ease. The ENTIRE staff are incredible. The facility is beautiful and they’re taking all the proper steps as per COVID-19. Dentists aren’t cheap and they’re no exception but they are amazingly accommodating, willing to work with you on costs etc. Well worth the money in my eyes. I had a root canal and crown performed by Dr. Nari but unfortunately I continued to have issues with the tooth, not due to his workmanship just bad luck. Dr. Nari suggested I see a specialist for more in-depth pictures of the tooth as he suspected a possible fracture in the tooth, I declined the specialist for financial reasons. I then made the tough decision to have the tooth pulled ???? On the day I was to have the tooth pulled I had a major anxiety attack in the chair and let me tell you.... they were so fantastic dealing with me. Gave me time, helped me calm my breathing and were reassuring me constantly that I was doing great the entire time. I know to most, that getting a tooth pulled isn’t a big deal but man was I stressin’ hard!! And Dr. Nari and his team went over and above to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Nari and his team are incredibly amazing. Highly recommend ????????

Have been dentist phobic all my life and it got worse as I got older. First time I’ve been to a dentist where I haven’t needed or had sedation. Dr Nari is very concerned about how you are when in the chair constantly checking if you are ok. He is quick, gentle and very thorough. I had 3 fillings and before I knew it I was done and all pain free. The practice is very modern with a tv in the surgery so I could watch friends whilst having my dental treatment done. Can’t ask for much more than that.
