This place is exceptional! From my very first visit everything was so smooth & seamless. The time & care they provide is the best I've ever experienced at a dental office. The staff is super sweet & friendly, they always with a nice smile & professionalism. The facilities are always clean & you can tell they take pride in their office appearance, unlike some places I've been. I feel better knowing that I'm opening my mouth in a clean environment :)

Pain 9/10 and the dentist says he sees no sign of anything on the xray so the pain must have been from me flossing to hard.paid close to 100$ for nothing im still experiencing full pain 9/10 im now suffering with no sleep waiting for another dentist office to try to get me in and its the weekend. My little 3 year old and I both visited Vista Dental for cleanings and check ups this week and had a fantastic experience. The front desk girls are super helpful and cheerful, and between Amber and Sarah, our teeth are feeling smooth and clean. Dr. Atwood was great and thorough with our check ups as well. Excellent experience and service provided! Dr. Atwood and his assistant made both of my appointments to enhance my smile a breeze. I have also added before and after photos to my review. I am very pleased with the results. After not smiling in photos and trying to hide the gap that was in between my front teeth while talking, I can now finally smile and talk with confidence. I had a composite bonding applied to fill in the space and to correct the bite line. My lips are too large to show the other work completed but I also had pitting at the gum line on 3 other teeth. He also composite bonded those and the end result is phenomenal. Very please with the service and care I received! ????.

I broke a tooth and they were able to get me in the next day for emergency repair on it. They were able to get me in early and get me out in time to go to my MRI appointment that same day. Staff were very friendly and professional and even went as far as finding my new insurance numbers that I hadn’t realize had expired. Would recommend this dentist office to anybody anyday.

I started going to Vista Dental a number of years ago after not going to the dentist for quite a while after a particularly bad experience. The dentists and all of the staff at Vista are awesome! They put my mind at ease and are very responsive if I'm ever experiencing any discomfort. I've probably seen six different dentists in my time there, and every one of them has been great. I no longer dread a trip to the dentist. I would highly recommend Vista Dental without hesitation.

I must say, this practice has very kind patient Dentists and hygienists. My old dentist moved and I was a new patient in this practice and was impressed with my Dr. And the hygienist who I felt were competent and efficient. My review though is reflected by the front end people. I was concerned about having accurate breakdown of my copay on my insurance. The first time I went I was given the amount I was to owe,, then it ended up being a couple of hundred dollars more than what they said I would have to pay, and I was a little taken aback. I then had another appt. and was told I was totally covered by my insurance and then after the fact received another bill via mail for over another one hundred dollars...never in all the years I have gone to a dentist haveI seen such poor organization of a billing department. After my last appt I was laid off due to COVID19 and lost my insurance, I did not have the extra money to pay the last surprise bill as I didn’t receive any CERB or EI until September and had no money. When I came to make a payment on my final bill I was treated with no compassion, there were other people in the office and the front end employee spoke loud enough that I was embarrassed at being a delinquent account...I had already spoke to the accounts people and had made arrangements for payments to start at a later date but I had some money and came in early to pay...this person up front demanded to photocopy my drivers license even though they had a copy already on my records, and made a big deal about me now having to fill out a financial agreement to pay the bill and wanted to know when I was coming in to make another payment...I was humiliated, people were looking and so I paid the entire bill although the other funds were to be used for my utility bill...I will never walk into that practice again due to the front end making me, a person never unemployed in my forty plus years of working, never couldn’t pay a bill in my lifetime , feel like I was nothing but dirt beneath their shoes and I wasn’t deserving of any compassion or understanding of my situation that was beyond my control...so good-bye Vista Dental. I would never write this sort of review had they even showed me an iota of respect. Sorry, but that is how I was made to feel and the front end of a practice is just as important as the backend where the dentistry is done.

Vista Denta is the most friendly place to go. The staff is more than accommodating to help. My mother needed a tooth pulled and she goes elsewhere and it was no problem for them to fit her in and take care of her. I'd recommend them to anyone.

These guys are amazing. Been laid off with no benefits to cover dental. I also had major pain that couldn’t wait and needed immediate attention They firstly offer great payment plan and want to work to find something that works for you..Secondly, the dentist did his best to give me as many options as possible to make it as affordable as possibly. He was honest and did his best to inform me on what was necessary work and what work could wait a bit till I had coverage, again showing obvious concern for my pocket book, Thirdly, everyone from the administrative staff to the dental assistants to the dentist himself were incredibly kind, personable and patient. Very great people. They are now my best friends and we hang out basically every weekend..... Ok the last part wasn’t true, but still. They are great. Also... ask the girls at the front desk for a juice box if your thirsty at any point during your visit.

I called first thing Monday morning due to a broken tooth. There was a cancellation and they slipped me right in fixed me up and sent me on my way. Doc was great his assistant was awesome. I have been going to this office for many years and will continue with my family. On a side note this office is awesome with kids.

Exceptional service starts with Reception when they answer the phone and greet you when you arrive. They are the business ambassadors. The cleaning with Sarah and the checkup with Dr Atwood was very relaxing. No one was suggesting to do any work that was not necessary or trying to “up-sell” services or product. Very gentle and kind staff. Dementia patients are treated with the upmost respect and patience. Well done Vista Dental!

I travel around for work a lot and was in Medicine Hat for the day, I was experiencing some pain called the office hoping to get in for an appointment. The girls at the front desk were informative that there might be a bit of a wait. I met Dr Atwood and his assistants turns out I needed a extraction. I was in and out of the office within a half hour. The office is very clean, the staff are very friendly I highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. Not to mention the office direct bills which was a bonus in the end! Thanks Vista.

Outstanding dental services in a very professional office and excellent staff. The group of dentists at this clinic do great work. From the moment you walk in, Crystal and Elena will make you feel comfortable even if going to the dentist isn’t your thing. As someone who had to travel from out of province to accompany a friend who needed an emergency root canal and couldn’t get one done in our hometown, it was particularly appreciated just how fast and efficiently Vista Dental got the appointment set and the work done. The highlight for me was watching my 65 year old friend get his token for the toy dispenser for having been such a good boy! ???? After such a great experience, this is an easy recommendation!

Was able to be seen with a bad infection on short notice. Staff was incredibly kind & helpful. Dr Atwood was so informative, was patient with my fears of the dentist. So clean and pleasant environment. As an emergency for an extraction just 4 days later again I was treated so kindly & encouraged to contact them if I have any problems at home, during a shut down due to the pandemic! I have finally found a dentist who doesn't terrify me & now feel very comfortable and excited about going back!

I was currently in for my child to have a dental surgery which went great, however during her healing she got a high fever. I called reception on Thursday and spoke with Jackie at reception because I was told by a friend her son got anti biotics after receiving the same surgery. Jackie told me Corbyn would know more and she would get her to call me back first thing Friday morning-which now 3 weeks later I have not received a call. On top of this during my 3 hour sitting time during a pandemic the receptionist were not wearing masks, were not staying socially distanced, Corbyn went into the operating room without a mask where my daughter's surgery was taking place (forgot to close the curtain), then she came right sat down beside me not wearing a mask showing me photos on her phone of my daughters mouth, and the receptionist were talking poorly about patients. If any of my children need to go for any pediatric surgery I will not be going here again. Dr Jenny was great but I felt uncomfortable the whole time sitting in the waiting room.

I switched over to Vista from Connaught around 2016. Went a couple times for cleanings and checkups but I haven't been since around 2017/18. Recently went back at the end of 2021 and it was one of the best experiences. During the cleaning they found glue that was leftover from my braces ~15 years ago and were finally able to get rid of that. They also were able to build up two cracks I had in the middle of my front teeth. Overall just really pleased with the experience I had.

We went as a family for the first time since our son was born the other day to see Dr. Atwood at Vista Dental. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the office and the friendliness of the staff. They have a nice corner for the little ones to play and the ladies were all so kind to our toddler son in all his craziness. The hygienist was great and answered all my questions, and Dr. Atwood was very thorough and didn’t make me feel rushed. He was also great with my son and was so patient with him during my exam.
