Christina was very friendly and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Appointment started on time and the staff were all very competent. Fees are reasonable and they direct bill. Open Saturdays which is really great. So glad I made the switch to River Dental.

It's been over 3.5yrs since I saw a dentist last & before that over 10yrs. Childhood trauma prevented me from ever going to another dentist ever again. But I had a 45yr old filling fall out & within days a major infection. I wasn't going back to the last dental clinic so I took a chance on River Dental. The front staff are amazing. Friendly & extremely helpful. Dr. Leeann(Wasylyshen) made my first visit more calming than I could have prayed for. Sarah was also a great calming voice as she did the x-rays. Dr. LeAnn recommended I go see Dr. Gallimore for the extraction. I took her advice & last Fri Dr. Gallimore( w the great Eleanor), extracted a very difficult number 16 tooth. One wk later, my jaw is almost healed & anxiety almost all gone. Thank you to the entire team for making what was an extremely hard choice to go back to a dentist into one with, finally, a good memory. Mike

I totally recommend this place! We’re new to the Hat and I had to find a dentist asap. They took me in right away without an appointment AND gave me sedation. They are the most friendly staff and Doctor I’ve ever met at a dentist’s office. Very caring!

I am extremely scared of the dentist however Tenille was so friendly and welcoming during the consult I felt very comfortable and able to ask any questions or raise any concerns I had. Sandra the assistant was amazing during the procedure. I went in shaking in fear and she was so accommodating, helpful and kind. She helped me relax and anticipated any need i could have possibly had. Dr. Douvis was excellent, I felt so comfortable with him doing my dental work and again any questions I had he was happy to answer. As someone terrified of the dentist I have never had a better experience and I would recommend to those who fear the dentist like I do.

River Dental has a friendly atmosphere. The ladies at the front desk are nice and welcoming. However they are never on time at least 20-30 min past my appointment before I get in. Once in the experience is friendly and quick. Good job!

Super disappointed I made an appointment for oct 23rd months ago and then turns out they didn’t have anyone working that day and then made it really difficult for me to reschedule as they claim new staff are starting mind you I’ve never even been here just was looking for a new reliable dentist very very disappointed not impressed at all and I will be sure to let my acquaintances know as-well! Overall I received excellent services at River Dental, Dr. Michael Wenzel is very good at what he does, he would take pictures during his dental procedure and explain to you what was going on and what it looked like after he was done. I am completely satisfied with his work. Admin staff is very helpful too. Great experience.
