The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Solwin and his assistants explain the procedures clearly so there are no surprises which I appreciate as my anxiety level is usually at max. Dr. Solwin's warning before the first needle that 'there will be a little poke' helps me be a little calmer and every little bit helps. The same is true for the excellent job Carrie does as my hygenist. Her attention to my comfort and anxiety gives me confidence that I will be well looked after for every appointment. I've also had excellent service when I've needed emergency work done and the front staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful.

I want to start with saying the dentist and dental assistant are absolutely fantastic! I have only great things to say about their outstanding service I've had with them! But I've had problems with the receptionist every time I've dealt with them. I will continue to visit this dentist office only because the dentist and the dental assistant did fantastic work, the best than I've ever had and I feel 100% taken care of when it comes to them. But on the other hand the receptionist I feel are lacking in professionalism and just aren't doing their jobs. The first time I called to book in I was asking for cleaning and checkup and the receptionist caught me off mid-sentence and said oh yes of course we have you in for both. When I went in for my appointment sure enough I was only booked in for the cleaning. The second time I had called to ask how much I would be paying for my apt after insurance have covered their portion and I was given a total of what I would be charged, but afterwards I ended up paying a lot more than expected. I was disappointed only becuase if I was given the right total I would of been more prepared. The third thing was when the dental assistant had brought me to a front counter after my appointment she had told the receptionist that I needed to be booked in again. After I had finished paying more than I had expected because I was given the wrong total by the receptionist she never tried to book me for my next appointment and yeah sure I could have reminded her but I was kind of upset about that misinforming me about the cost so I just left. The receptionist also said that she had sent a referral for me to get my wisdom teeth out and that I would be contacted. I STILL have yet to be contacted about the referral. And also when I had booked for the apt that I had been given the wrong estimate for, I had booked it for 1 o'clock but they sent me a text saying my apt was at 10:30 instead so I called to confirm the time and luckily I was able to make it for 10:30. That's 6 mistakes in 2 appointments I've had there. Frustrating for sure. But I have to say I completely trust this dentist. He fixed horrible work i had done by a dentist in Brooks and I am so thankful. He takes pride in his work and I am very pleased. The work of the dentist definitely out shines the poor service I've had from the receptionists so I will always use this dentist for all my work and will recommend him to anyone who wants to feel confident that the work he has done is everything you'd hoped and paid for!

Best dentist around. My 5 year old had a pretty bad tooth and redcliff dentals treatment plan was literally half the cost of the other dentist we went to see. Plus they were amazing at making him feel comfortable with the whole process! Definitely recommend.

; Would not recommend going to see Dr Noh if you are in pain and need actual work done. I had an appointment booked and he called to cancel because of "my anxiety." I can hardly eat or drink anything and was told he can do nothing for me. I now have to wait over a month for an appointment at another dental office in pain, shame on you!!

Part of my initial visit was to have a cleaning done. They were not able to finish. Second visit. Was told they were not going to be able to finish because they had over booked patients. Then I received a phone call telling me that my insurance was not going to cover nitrous oxide and that I would have to pay out total amount. Why would they not advise patients that it may not be covered. Also there fees are higher than government recommended amount so you end up paying even more than 20%.

Dr.Noh Is an incredible dentist! My son even loves this place! They’re very gentle and tell you what they’re doing as they’re doing it and what needs to be done as they’re checking it. Very kind professional and knows a lot. Staff is incredible, so is the hygienist I had . It’s a little bit more money but it is 100% worth it! Very clean dental office as well. I will never use another dental office other than Redcliff dental again.

First, a confession. I'm a huge chicken when it comes to visits to the dentist. After four years of being a client of Redcliff Dental, my fears are diminishing. Dr Doughty, the hygienists, the dental assistants and the front office staff all contribute to making a visit for cleaning or filling a positive experience. Dr Doughty took me through orthodontic work using Invisalign. It was affordable, only took five months, and I am so ecstatic with the results. I highly recommend Redcliff Dental for all of your dental work.
