I went there in the June/July time span to get some fillings done. Went into the room, they check my mouth and give me all the numbing stuff. A lot of numbing stuff which I wouldn't have minded if they worked fast. But I sat in the chair for 45 minutes, almost swallowing my tongue because I had no feeling at all, expected of course. So by the time the 45 minutes pass, the numbing is gone and they finally came back in to work on my mouth. They ask if they should add more, but didn't ask me so they just said, "No it's fine," and gave me the most painful fillings I have ever recieved. Which were also done incorrectly, which has left me in pain, so I am now booked for a root canal somewhere else.

I had an emergency situation this morning as I woke up with a severely abscessed tooth and a very swollen face. I had never been to them before but I called and Tracey got me in right away. This is no understatement...Dr. Sammy and her team went above and beyond with my care. They took care of the bad tooth and went as far as to do some reconstruction on my front teeth that needed help. Their kindness and compassion won me over and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring dentist. I couldn't speak very well when I left there today but thank you so much for everything you did for me today. I appreciate it more than you realize. Sincerely, Laure Pyatt

We just switched to this dentist and with two appointments so far for my little one, I can't say enough good things about them. They are very kind and friendly and made us feel completely comfortable both times. They were also able to book us the next day with no long wait. I definitely recommend this place!!

I went in for a check up and second opinion, and just had my first part of work done. So far my experience has been great. The staff are all very friendly, and welcoming, and they are all very accommodating. I barely felt the needles which was awesome for me because thats what gives me the most anxiety!

I can't say enough great things about Tammy. She is so friendly and cheerful everytime I come in for a cleaning. She is very accommodating, gentle, and patient, and does a great job everytime. I hope that I can continue to be a patient under her care for a very long time. It's very rare that I have a great experience going to the dentist, but she makes the experience totally different, and makes you feel valued and not just another patient in the chair. Dr. Puneet is my new dentist. He did awesome job for my teeth with professional skills and warm heart. Since I have done the my crown in another dental office, I felt my teeth has been discomfortable and aching all the time. When I met Dr. Puneet and tell him how I suffered from the dental job done by other dentist, He checked my teeth and adjusted my crown teeth with free charge. Just few minutes, He solved my everyday dental issue. High recommend

Amazing dentist, wouldn’t go anywhere else ever again. Dr Sammy is an extraordinary dentist and I couldn’t ask for better patient care and would gladly recommend them to everybody I know. I had my all four of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday and when my insurance wouldn’t cover the sedation she worked with me and my parents in a way that I could be sedated and not make my parents broke. Thank you Dr Sammy!

I would give 0 stars if I could. First time dentist appointment for my son today. The hygienist was grouchy and monotone. Miserable almost. My son was a brave little guy today. She did nothing to make him feel good. Then the dr comes in. He also did not make my son feel "important". When the issues of his teeth came up. They made me feel like the worst mom in the world. At the end of the appointment the dentist tapped my sons shoulder and said you gotta brush buddy! Since when dont they send a kid home with a toothbrush...nothing a tap on the shoulder. My daughter needs her teeth checked and you couldn't pay me to ever go here again! Awful and unacceptable! Shame on you people.

ZERO Stars... WARNING...This is the worst place I've seen for professionalism. May seem professional to your face but behind your back, they try to gouge you. They will see what you "possibly" need and try to sell it to you as if you "need" the work done. I also know of 2 people that worked for them and one person that had an interview. There have been 2 people that I am aware of that were totally humiliated by an Admin staff member and the Admin Manager for something that was later proven not to be these former employees fault. The back staff saw witnessed these awful happenings and no one stepped in. The person that went for an interview was told that they call EVERYONE back to inform them of their decision. 1.5 months later, still no call. The front staff Manager told us we would get our refund cheque in our hands with in 3 weeks, a month later and there has been no email stating it has been signed. Both times I called the Admin Manager and continually lies. Still waiting for money....

Park meadows is more than just going to the dentist, it's an experience. Obviously they have invested heavily in training as I found the staff to be quite knowledgeable friendly and warm. The attention to details by my dentist and the reassuring follow ups to ensure your comfort is laudable.

Dr. Sammy is absolutely wonderful. My son has had to have a lot of dental work done and Dr. Sammy was amazing with him. She's very thorough, patient, and kind. The staff have been great and very accommodating with our schedules. Love the fact they text/call you the next day after your appointments to ensure your ok after your procedures. Highly recommended and assured that a sometimes scary visit can turn into a positive one. :)

Do NOT visit this clinic. A routine procedure that resulted in emergency room with severe and near fatal infection. Dr Sammy took zero responsibility for this, plus wanted to charge me for further follow up treatments. Not to mention blood on the xray machine. Criminal AND disgusting.

A great experience! I am a new patient and from the moment I walked I was greeted by friendly smiling front end staff who were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Wait time was short and the office seemed to work very efficiently. My appointment with Dr. Nick was great, he is clearly very experienced and skilled and has a great sense of humour. I could overhear him in the next room with a nervous child and mother and within 30 seconds they were both laughing and totally relaxed. I will be back. I went in for an appt and had Dr Evanson who was amazing with me. Very caring, always asking if I was in pain or uncomfortable. Willing to adjust to suit my needs if I needed. I’m on day 2 of my wisdom tooth being removed and I have minimal swelling. Highly recommend him for anyone to see. You won’t be disappointed and the best part is they are open saturdays.

One of the worst places I have gone in order to get my teeth done. None of the people there actually want to do their jobs other than the ladies who are at the front desk. Often I will find them talking about their personal lives just behind me whenever I go in. I'd understand if it was for like 5 or 10 minutes while they wait for something or someone, but it's usually for around an hour of me sitting there until they actually begin working on me.

I've gone in there and had horrible experiences of my own, but my grandma went in there with a few questions about her teeth. My grandma is low income, and this is very close to where she lives and with her age it's a very easy drive for her. So when she asked about her dental issue to be turned down, not because they couldn't do it, but because they didn't feel like doing it, it was a very upsetting situation. (Context my grandma has bones in her gums that needed drilled or filed so she could wear dentures properly) The dentist explained that someone there was fully qualified to do it, and if they couldn't someone from Lethbridge could come in and do it, but they didn't feel like setting up the procedure for my grandmother because it just, "wasn't worth it."

Additional review: I returned to this dental practice because I felt I owed them the opportunity to try and fix my problem. I spoke with Melissa, the office manager, and she booked me another appointment with Dr. Grewal. I have to say my faith in this clinic was restored, Dr. Grewal took his time examining me and then we discussed my treatment options. My faith is restored in this dental practice and if/when I need further treatments I would return to Dr. Grewal First visit: I had an emergency appointment for a checkup and I was very disappointed with the dentist treating me. He didn’t introduce himself to me, which I find disrespectful. I had to return after the filling because the edges of my tooth were so rough. He attempted to fix that, but it is still rough. I won’t return. The front desk staff and the assistants were great!!

As one who does not go a dentist unless I absolutely have to, I had to go yesterday... I Was referred by a very kind receptionist at the first dentist I called to Park Meadows Dental. Because I am me I waited until it became more of an emergency. I explained myself about not being able to wait another moment, she knew they were open late and er voice had a tone that told me she trusted I’d be in excellent hands so I thanked her and called right away. The person who answered was very kind but moreover she was concerned. That evening I arrived filled out the usual first time patient forms and was greeted with calm caring staff. The waiting area was just buzzing as I waited to be called in and yet it was friendly gracious and calming. We all need to feel calm at the doomed dentist!!! Once it was confirmed that I needed the bad molar pulled Sammy “Dr. Gill” and her team got to work and let’s just say my perceptions of dentistry went out into the cold cold night. She was authentically beautiful, kind, calm, strong (very strong) and affirmative as she lead her staff and somehow got my crumbling and stubborn tooth out. Did it hurt? Of course; however it was presice, quick, and cooperative with a team who ensured I left healthier than when I arrived. For having a major molar removed, Park Meadows Dental was the best dental experience with staff, technique and follow-up I have ever had!

I am a patient who suffers massive with anxiety even thinking about going to the dentist (to the point of vomiting and shaking). Went to the dentist for the first time in a few years 2 weeks ago for 3 fillings. I had booked in to get the laughing gas for relief of my anxiety but the dentist figured we could do it without. He promised if I wanted to stop he would and administer the gas. He kept me informed every step of my dental work and constantly asked if I was ok (along with his assistant). I felt very at ease with him and was not anxious for my repeat visit today. Dr. B?? Is highly recommended in my books and will not hesitate to see him again. Amazing chair side manner and very pleasant.

Had a cleaning, polish, fluoride rinse , 4 x-rays and a 30 second visit with the dentist. $625. My teeth were easily cleaned, the fluoride that I paid $14 at another dentist was $30 here. The dentist didn't bother to ask any questions about my history (this was my 1st visit here) and didn't spend more than 30 seconds looking at my teeth. This place was about double on everything that I paid at my last dentist. They rushed me in and out as fast as they could. Not impressed and definitely won't be going back.
