receptionist was very rude on the phone assuming right away that i am a telemarketer without listening of what i have to say. Was trying to make an appointment with them. I was shocked. How did she managed to get her job i wonder. Poor customer service.

I was referred to Cypress by friends of mine after breaking my top plate. Victor and Lelia saw me as soon as they were able and had my denture repaired the same day. I recieved a warm welcome and great communication and feedback with all of my questions and concerns. They are great people and went above and beyond to help me. I am happy to say thay I will be a devoted client for any denture services I may need and strongly reccomend them to anyone ! Thanks so much Victor and Lelia !
