I have been a patient at Crestwood Dental for many years. Dr. Elwin Kershaw has taken very good care of my dental needs. He has done some amazing work...in some tight spaces, but what I really appreciate is his chair side manner and the care with which he goes about his work. He is quick and efficient while at the same time being gentle. I also appreciate that he is vigilante in looking for other less noticeable issues that could arise (early detection) with my dental care. The assistants and office staff are excellent as well... friendly and professional.

Th doctor is great but my appointments were switched on me and made to be my fault when it wasn't. Times dates and people were changed at a moments notice but give me grief and try to argue with me because I cancel an appointment that was hours earlier then I originally booked it for and now I have to wait months now while Im missing 9 teeth. Overall not impressed with a rude staff member but the dentist himself is awesome sure wish I could keep an appointment for the time and date I actually booked it for.

Crestwood Dental is the place to go if you need a more than satisfactory Dental service. The staff are very accommodating, and the very experienced Dentists and Hygienists produce excellent results. I have been a part of the Crestwood Dental Family since I moved to Medicine Hat 9 years ago and I wouldn't trade them for the world.

If you are going to have your dental assistant do the checkup then I should only pay for a dental assistant's rate. Honestly the dentist came in for <3mins of the checkup, did the most cursory look at me, hardly even opening my mouth and somehow that generates an 104 dollar bill. These are the rates set by the Dentists' syndicate, presumably as an hourly rate, since there is no breakdown or explanation for the obscene cost. Then I book a cleaning, which they "helpfully" book for immediately after my exam, but what joy! they book in hour blocks so I get to sit in the waiting room for 45+ mins (again, 104 dollars for maybe 10mins of actual dentistry by an assistant!!). Expect nothing but skyrocketing costs, worse and worse service and a contempt for their clients that borders on sociopathy. But that's the common thread through all modern health services. Smash the syndicates and properly regulate these bandits.

Great staff, very accommodating and friendly. These guys will be my permanent destination for my oral health. My only wish would be getting a painkillers prescription after the fillings were done initially, cause the 24-48 hours afterwards was pure agony. Only relief I found was at the bottom of a whisky bottle, and I really hate alcohol.

Veerrryy professional, friendly and knowledgeable! I was squeezed in for a tooth emergency last minute and was treated with skill and compassion. I was fit in due to a tooth infection. I expected to get a prescription and leave. Dr. O’Connor said I needed an immediate extraction. Due to a trauma history, I’ve never done dental work without general anesthesia. She talked me through the extraction with such patience, kindness, empathy, and a high degree of competence. I have never had a negative experience at this clinic, from walking in the door to walking out, but this time I was so impressed. I would highly recommend this office for any age, and particularly for anyone that struggles with dental visits.
