Called and was asking to get a Appointment due to tooth pain. Got asked if I'm a Customer of Courtyard Dental and I said No not yet. Then i got told there is no appointment for me and Good luck to find something before mid January. Looks they have to much business. Called VISTA Dental and got in right away next morning.

I came to Courtyard after a decade of not being to a dentist, on the recommendation of a friend. I have not been disappointed with this decision. I have a lot of anxiety, and I cry before anyone even touches me lol. Everyone, including Dr. Kira who has been outstanding, has been so supportive and kind and never makes me feel stupid or embarrassed. All the hygienists have also been amazing. Thanks Courtyard for making the dentist a not quite so scary place to go ☺️

Beyond doubt, the absolute best care of any aspects of dentistry ever. Dr Hyland is absolutely amazing. My son has zero fear with her, from 3yrs old she had him comfortable. Reception staff at Court Yard again amazing! Hands down the best practice I'd say alberta/Canada wide!

All staff , from reception to Hygienists to the Doctors themselves are tremendous. They are all professional, courteous, caring and so willing to go out of there way to help. I have had some complications this past week and Dr King whom I’ve just met for the first time is such a pleasant person. You go away feeling good, even if you aren’t. Initial appointment fine. I needed a referral to another dentist, they said I'd get a call same day or after the weekend. When I didn't I called the referal dentist, who said they had not recieved a referal. When they called Courtyard, they said they had no record of me. And that new dentist couldn't do the work I wanted. Went in person to Courtyard, who said they'd found my file later. They claimed they'd sent the file on? No apologies, nothing. And I'm starting over again somewhere else. Terrible service.

They all work very hard to provide a good experience for something that is usually dreaded. I would like to highly praise Janelle Hyland at CDC. She is excellent. The building is in a good location, it is very pretty and clean. The atmosphere is great. Like most people, I am really not a big fan of the dentist. But I highly recommend all anxious, scared or hesitant client check this place out.

EDIT: I went for my second appointment and it was absolutely wonderful. A much better experience, and the ladies who pulled my tooth were very knowledgable and professional. Would highly reccomend this dental office. I went there to get a test to get some dental work done recently and the receptionists were very kind people, the hygienist was very professional and diligent. The dentist was very knowledgable and seemed to be a reasonable mentor to the hygienist. Overall great experience., But for some reason the dentist was quite sarcastic and rude to me at times. Maybe I said something wrong? I don't know. I was making some conversation and I said I had a science degree and I'm into all the equipment and terminology he was saying. I was just genuinely interested/curious. Maybe he thought I was 'trying to be the expert?' He thought he was being sly but he wasn't and I saw right through the tone right away. It was obvious as soon as he said "that's what happens when you do your homework buddy". amongst other out of nowhere snarky statements it was definitely a little much. I expected smalltalk and the dude was on the verge of losing it at me. Especially when I was (to my recollection) respectful and kind to all involved even after all this was said. I got another appointment so let's make the next one better.

Courtyard dental was amazing! I took all three of my kids to see Dr. Kira and had the most amazing experience from the moment we walked in! Very friendly front desk staff, Dr. Kira and assistant made all of my kids very comfortable, they all can’t wait to go back and said it was so easy, xrays and all (ages 6, 5 and 18 months so this is pretty surprising)! Highly recommend her for kids, very friendly and professional! For myself, everything was explained very thoroughly, xrays, cleaning options, fillings, veneer options/process. I can not wait to go back either and am so happy we have found such an amazing dentist and dental office! Thank you Courtyard Dental and Dr. Kira!

I have had dental work done by Mike and cleaning - but don't remember the lady's name. This is by far THE best dental clinic I have ever received service from. Their reception staff are extremely friendly and give top notch service. Mike was fantastic at explaining everything and making me feel as comfortable as possible. The lady that did the cleaning was also fantastic. I don't enjoy dental work of any kind but these people are the best - from the start to the finish; and make it the best it can be considering the situation. It is evident they strive to give the best service possible. I would recommend them to anyone wanting the best in dental service.

Excellent dentists , hygienists and secretaries. Everyone I see always makes me feel good , in my opinion Lynsey is one of the best dental hygienists and Trina is the best ever secretary. Also, a few months ago I had a couple very sore teeth. I went to see dr Armes but he told me I needed a mouth guard and this would fix my very painful teeth. I was annoyed that he didn’t fix my pain right there and then. However , I did get a mouth guard and guess what ? He was correct. Thanks dr Armes

Very please! Was at work and had one tooth chipped very badly and the other was cracked. I called in and they managed to fit me in that day and then I set up another appointment the following Tuesday thinking my surprise appointment would just be an xray, planning, ect but they managed to fix my tooth that day! Excellent service!
