The 1 star I am giving is for Dr. Thomas Colina who seemed to know what he was doing. Probably the only one around there. After my assessment, scans and so on I was given a treatment plan that absolutely no one followed up on. I phoned 3 or 4 times to check on the status of my treatment plan and the treatment coordinator there kept saying she would follow up, she would phone me but never did. This is absolutely insane! What kind of business is this? I contacted Great West for pre-determination of benefits and forwarded all the necessary information to the treatment coordinator at Pearl but she never followed up. So, you go in there, get assessed, a treatment plan is being recommended, you check in with your benefits, forward all necessary information, call in 30-4 times to see what's up but they don't care. I guess that was a waste of my time.

The staff at Pearl family dental care are very friendly and accommodating. My dentist Dr barnabe has been such a great help and I highly recommend her and her assistant Demy.

Amazing place to get your teeth issues done having an awesome experience throughout the whole process through. My dentist there is Dr Thomas Colina, awesome human being always talking you through every step and making sure you're ok before going to the next step. Will be going back for future dental plans and staying. If you see this Dr Colina thank you for relieving the pain I've been enduring for months, keep being you!

There is terrible dental clinic. They only need your money and give us bad service. They made mistake for my teeth and charged more money for fixed it . 100% unsatisfied

I've been going to Dr. Colina at Pearl and Ellice Dental for over 15 years. He is definitely one of the best dentists out there! I can't speak for the motivations of others leaving bad reviews but I've never been sold any unnecessary procedures. He and all his staff are very professional and honest people. It’s always a pleasant visit I have seen Dr. Yu today very nice Dentist just like his other co-dentist Dr. Colina. All the staff are very nice specially Donabel very nice even on the phone and in person. Anyways all their dental clinics are all good.

Dr Tom Colina has been my dentist for almost 30 years. His expertise and professionalism are as high as I’ve ever come across in any facet of healthcare. I’ve never felt I was being “sold” unneeded services. I’ve never left his clinic without being feeling good about the service I received. I couldn’t endorse his services more strongly.

Doctor Yu and Cathleen are both very nice and easy to talk to. Cathleen was gentle and talked me thru my procedure. We REALLY miss our old hygienist Laura who is an amazing hygienist and person, but we are still very satisfied by the excellent care we receive by all the staff. Please be patient with the covid procedures they take it's for our benefit and they obviously take our safety seriously. Thanks guys!
