I had a very bad experience here. Not only the price was too expensive, but also the service was not good. The first time, the nurse was very patient. The second time, she was very rude and forgot to wash the dirt out of my mouth for several times. So don’t go to this place!

These ladies are great! Very friendly and do good work. I've had bad dental experiences in the past. These ladies make me feel comfortable. My toddler just got her first cavity filled. We practice playing dentist at home with our electric toothbrush to get her used to the noise and vibration. They had a TV on the ceiling to keep her attention. When she needed a little break, they "cleaned" her baby doll's teeth too. Their positivity and willingness to adapt resulted in a smooth and successful experience for her. They didn't push to get more work done or pressure her. We left on a good note and will return for the second cavity soon. We really appreciated getting the work that was needed done in the environment she is used to from joining me on my dentist visits. Thank you ladies!

We were late coming back to the dentist but we learned our lesson! We won’t let it get out of hand again but the receptionists got us in soo quick! And were so kind and helpful! Junior was in pain and needed to be seen quickly and they made it happen! The appt was confusing for him at first bc he has Global development delay, sensory issues, and he didn’t understand what was being asked of him and he was already scared and nervous but Dr.M and her second assistant were quick with the dental work and phenomenal! She referred us to a kids specialist and we are seeing him in 2 weeks for cleanings for the boys and consult for jr so we will stay on top of it. Thanks guys!

Amber at the front desk is always such a friendly face to greet me and also when I leave. The hygienists are amazing, especially Fong, who always ensures my teeth are in top shape, and puts in her absolute best effort. Dr. MacLennan is so kind and attentive, she's taken good care of my over the years. Now that my 3 year old is starting to go to the dentist as well, I can see how well they're treating her as well. All week I was experiencing mild pain in my left teeths so I thought that it was due what I might have eat or something so I decide to take the regular Advil. But when the pain persist I new something was wrong since I was starting to find it hard to fall asleep so I took the prescribed Advil for toothache and such and it works so well that I thought the problem was solve (two days no pain). Until yesterday morning I woke up to a spilting headache and was starting to run some mild temperature along with my entire left side of my face being in excruciating pain. That's when I decided that an emergency checkup was needed and it most definitely wasn't something That could wait 2-5 extra days. So I started calling around until I saw Fort Richmond Dental Centre. With a quick prayer I called and was happy to hear that they where will make room for my emergency checkup. Upon arrival was warmly greeted and direct and what to do. The process went smoothly and was to the point not long was attended to by one of the lovely Staff named Cindy who helped with the entire procedure which was conducted in a calm friendly manner. Along with Dr. Joan help that quickly identified the problem along with other minor ones. Was prescribed a temporay relief medicine to help with pain and schedule for the next step. Thanks Dr Joan, Cindy and Fort Richmond Dental Centre for the rapid accommodation. You made an incredible and lasting impression in which I ever be grateful for. I came in with pain and left happy.

I had my braces broken during the weekend. The wire was hanging in my mouth and moving around when I was eating. My orthodontist was out of town and the emergent contact was not available. The discomfort bothered me. I phoned Richmond Dental Centre and told the receptionist my issue. She talked to Dr. Alycia Klymkiw and phoned me back. They put me in her very tight schedule. She checked and fixed temporarily. My worry and discomfort were gone right away. I could eat without worrying the wire poke on my cheek and my mouth. I am so thankful for Dr. Klymkiw for her kindness, caring, professionalism and her skills. She has the beauty inside and outside. She is a great dentist.

This is a fantastic dental facility! I have been going there for almost 30 years and have never, ever had any problems. I have referred many of my colleagues and family here over the years. You don't even feel needles if you have to have dental work done, they're that good. Dr. Bassey and all of his staff are incredibly friendly and take the time to get to know you as a person. They do all of the heavy lifting with your insurance company/companies and you basically just have to show up. I have recommended them to many people over the years, and will continue to do so. Sometimes going to the dentist can be painful. Maybe even scary for few. Fort Richmond Dental office strides beyond making you feel at home. They do the greatest job to make sure you are comfortable. All of the dental hygienists are so friendly and very efficient. Dr. MacLennan has been my dentist from the beginning and has done all my dental procedures over the years. I trust her opinions and she has a great memory of all the work I have had done. I always feel very comfortable with her. They all do great work!
