Je comprend qu'il est frustrant de rester après son quart de travail mais moi-même qui travail dans le milieu du service a la clientèle comprend qu'il y a des situations qui arrivent qui sont hors du contrôle des clients. I needed emergency examination as i had so much pain. The doctor Min Li Zhang was super professional. Very quickly identified the problem and i was out in 30 min - pain released and was able to sleep finally. In 4 days i got my all 4 root canals done in 1,5hour with a filling done as well. Now I am super happy with no pain whatsoever! super professional team: administrators, dental assistants and doctors of course. Will definitely recommend them!

The design of this clinic catches your eye right as you enter, it's a very modern looking dental office. The staff is very friendly, although I've only received treatments from Dr Anh Tuan. The equipment is very up to date, which might make you think they may overprice their treatments, but nope! I saw them read the fees directly from the ODQ (Ordre des dentistes du Québec) booklet. Son verdict tombe: Ma dent n'est pas fissurée et c'est un ANTIBIOTIQUE qu'on aurait dû me prescrire au départ car j'avais une INFECTION BACTÉRIENNE. Quelle nouvelle et quelle surprise! J'ai eu 2 dentistes...2 diagnostics différents...3 traitements différents à ce même cabinet. Des incompétents. Ça aurait pu me couter des sous...et une dent. Qui contesterait l'avis d'un dentiste quand on souffre, hein? Confiance aveugle peut vous coûter cher...Méfiez-vous. Rép. au proprio; je vous ai déjà écrit à l'époque mais personne ne m'a répondu!

Je dois déjà passer d’autres radiographies pour mon dos, je contrôle mon exposition autant que possible. Le dentiste a donc refusé de me voir parce que je ne voulais pas passer une 9e radiographie. Comme j'ai des antécédents cardiaques, l'abcès non traité aurait pu avoir de graves conséquences. Très déçue de cette clinique. L'abcès ou l'inflammation aurait due être traitée dimanche.

The dentist and the assistant were very welcoming and attentive to my needs. They were able to repair my tooth without further delay. Mais je suis très contente de mon expérience. Sachez qu’il ne faut pas se fier à la première impression. Le dentiste et l’assistante ont été très accueillants et à l’écoute de mes besoins. Ils ont pu réparer ma dent sans plus attendre. J’ai un problème d’audition et ils se sont bien débrouillés pour se faire comprendre. Le seul hic, j’aurais bien aimer qu’il baisse au minimum la musique ou radio pour que la communication se passe mieux entre moi et le dentiste parce que je suis malentendante. ( Je ne veux pas enlever d’étoile pour cela) Pour la place, salle d’attente éloignée de la réception donc on n’entend pas vraiment grand chose venants des secrétaires, équipement de dentiste propre et la clinique a un beau style. J’ai déjà mon prochain rendez-vous pour un examen complet. :-)

Le travail est effectué en un seul rendez-vous car ils n'ont pas besoin de les envoyer au laboratoire pour les faire. Ils le font sur place. C'est très apprécié pour les patients. The problem here is many workers seem to have severe mental health issues, which traduces in truly outlandish aggressive behaviour. Like firm and absolutely unshakable crazy believes, completely unwarranted frontal insults, calumnies and many times yelling. So much so, wouldn't be out of place one calls police to put order, and maybe sue the clinique for psychological stress. They also tend to think they do the client a favor, some techs are incredibly spoiled, docs are picky, some overtly racists, while the services are very expensive. When you speak with them by phone, and mostly it's them calling, they ALWAYS savagely insult before hanging. Even for Canadian standards (and we are talking here a situation where at least 1 in 2 has been mentally ill at some point, before reaching 40) that's too much. Professionally speaking, my plombs are all different colors, intentionally made like that for purpose of derision. Many times the plombage fells off in few days. On the flip side, they tend to give me an appointment very quickly and since I have already initial radiographies, it costs less. I'm looking forward to hear from the owners of the clinic on this topics. Let's hope at least he/she shows some courage and doesn't hide . . . because, that not serious, no matter the whatever excuses or how you look at it. ____ Mr/Ms anonymous owner, Keep in mind that I may be a bit more serious person than what you think. 1) Instruct your personal not send me SMS's or e-mails. Everytime I see them have a flashback of very ugly memories. 2) Also no more incinerating or provocateur calls from your company. That's very odd. 3) No problem from my part with my account and appointment cancelled. 4) Besides my experience there, hope your personnel has some regard of the reputation and peace of mind of the rest of your clients. 5) While everything I wrote is true, will remove the comment anyways, because I don't want to have ANYTHING to remember that. When I said them that I have insurance for this , they told me , “I must contact to my insurance for estimate this bill”.
