My first experience at Wharncliffe Family Dental was amazing. All the staff are very pleasent with a high level of expertise. I am tough to freeze. This wasn't a problem. It took an hour to freeze the area that needed work. I highly recomend Wharncliffe Family Dental to anyone needing a dentist!

Dr. Patel is absolutely amazing with his dental work. He is very patient, detailed, and caring. I had some tooth pain and he took the time to find where the problem is. Dr. Patel really listens to what his patients have to say and is very gentle with his dental procedures. The best experience I have ever had with any dentist!

One of the assistants who assisted Dr Patel, was very helpful in keeping my nervousness down and also provided me some key information on how to maintain the tooth after the small incident I had to go to the clinic. Dr. Sareen’s Dental office provides top notch patient care. In my experiences, all procedures all explained to me ahead of time. Dr. Sareen is gentle and works slow when applying any freezing to ensure his patient remains comfortable. During a dental procedure he will as how you’re doing , as Dr. Sareen and his staff take great care of their patients which is greatly appreciated and noticed. Great communication! Afterwards, Dr. Sareen will have a brief chat to provided a quick overview and next steps for a follow up . I appreciate the time he takes to ensure all questions are addressed before leaving. I recommend Dr. Sareen to anyone looking for a dentist . You won’t be disappointed ????

My hygienist was very kind ,thorough and very informative as was the dentist review .The administration was very helpful as well to get things set up for my ODSP coverage.I also received a welcome package gift to help me get started .I'm ready to make an extra effort with my teeth after a long delay due to a back surgery .Looking forwards to my continued 3 month returns .BTW I just purchase an Oral B Genius 6000 at a $100 discount today ..I'm all set .Thnx for your care and I'll see yous soon!

Went here years ago when it was owned by another dentist. I was a patient during and after the transition to Dr. Sareen and wasn't happy - the office just didn't feel as professional and personable anymore. I requested my records and radiographs be transferred MULTIPLE times to my new clinic and they NEVER sent them. Which is actually illegal. Glad I didn't stick around.

I feel just as comfortable, very nice and we're very detailed when explaining what needed to be done and why. Even though it was passed on to someone else, I feel like I am still in good hands.

I wish that I could give Dr. Patel 10 Stars. I had been taking pain killers for over two years almost every day. I went to 3 other dentists and all they wanted to do was remove teeth that I did not believe had issues. I am scared to death of needles, so I closed my eyes and waited trembling. Several minutes later I started feeling freezing and had to ask if I had received the injections jet. I swear I did not feel a thing. AMAZING! They repaired the back and side of the tooth that I thought was giving me problems. The cost was less than I have ever paid. I am very satisfied. It has been two weeks since I had the work done and am looking forward to returning to have some very odd fillings replaced. They are classed as an essential service and are open during this pandemic. You text them when you arrive and wait in your car until you get a text that your chair is ready. Very safe, don't put things off like I did.

I had to have a root canal today and I am one that gets very anxious and nervous of dentists. Dr. Patel quickly put me at ease, he explained everything thoroughly to me. He froze me very well I have had issues with freezing. He is very gentle, takes his time and is very kind. After he brought up the X-ray he took time to show me and explain what he did. The staff are super friendly as well. I rarely do reviews unless I think the service was outstanding!! They are following all protocol and the office / waiting room is so clean and fresh looking ! If your looking for a great dentist don’t hesitate in having Dr. Patel. Their hours are great as well. I was very impressed with this new team !!

This was the worst experience i have ever had. Dr patel actually hurt my tooth during the cleaning and the excuse was a deep cleaning. I did NOT rebook and i would recommend never going! I don't know who these people are saying his a good doctor. My insurance was charged the most ever for a standard cleaning!

Everyone was friendly & kind & patient & gentle. Dr. Patel seemed very knowledgeble as well as all of the above. The new office is beautiful & peaceful. I booked my second apt immediately : ) Second Visit : Still happy after 2nd visit. Dr. Patel has a lot of energy ! Third visit : heck, it feels like coming home. Dr. Patel & staff even put on a favourite tv show for me & laughed at my jokes. Also, answered probably 400 ? 's about the new bridge being made. Kindness & gentleness continued......
