Went to Dr. Kim to fix a small chip, he did a filling without the separator so I obviously that left an overhang between the two teeth. I told him at the moment but he said it will go away. For more than a year now and it didn't go away. Back to square one, I had to go to another dentist who had to break the filling and do it all over again.

My whole family goes to Dr. Kim. We always get amazing treatment, the staff is always very nice and caring. Never had any issues and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had a filling done a couple years ago. The filling was uneven despite me telling the dentist that it was very off. About a year later the filling fell out and now I have a large hole in my tooth and might have to get it removed.

My friend recommended Dr. Sorensen to me as my previous dentist retired - I'm so glad I took her suggestion! Everyone at Westmount Dental is so friendly. I always know I'll get excellent care here - no more, and no less. I have never once felt "sold to" like I did at the other dentist I'd tried before coming here. Dr. Sorensen is very gentle, and he explains procedures well. I moved away from London a few years ago, and now I happily drive an hour to continue to be his patient.

Staff is mean to me and lied to slander my business because my limo broke down to pick them up for a night out and cost me $1000 to fix, me trying to be nice giving 100% refund and give apologies during the incident fell on deaf ears didn't stop them from publicly slandering my services on social media even after 1 year had passed by. I hadn't driven a limo since then but 1 post on Facebook on my first day back driving a new limo... Wow, just trying to make a living to pay my dental bills.

10/10 always gotten me in for any issue and gotten them fixed, I get very nervous about dental work and am always met with smiles and kind encouragement which makes it a much easier experience. Reception is amazing always helped with making sure things were covered/getting clear instruction on next steps. All very good people, makes it much easier!

Not using my real name. Had a tooth chip, Dr. Kim won't bond it because he'd have to file the tooth. He takes the sanding disk to it, files it down and leaves half the chip. Don't quite understand, doesn't want to file, but then sands it with the disk and leaves most of the chip. My tooth is shorter and still has a chip. Went to a new dentist and he said that chip should've been filled in, not filed down. He obviously doesn't have any cosmetic skills, and I got charged for this botch job.

I had a horrible experience as a child and hadn't been to the dentist in too many years. The staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease and fixed all my dental issues. I'm seen on time and have never been made to wait!!! I would recommend them hands down! !

Don't go to Dr. Kim. I've had some tooth chipping problems and everytime he just files the teeth down. Now I have to have some pretty expensive treatment done. My new dentist said he should've bonded them instead of making them shorter. The sad thing is he said he didn't want to bond them because he would have to file the teeth first, but he filed them anyway. He's a joke.
